APUS Browser - Fast Download

It uses the Chromium engine (which powers Google Chrome) with built in privacy features. It is also getting better with every update and allows syncing bookmarks across your devices through anonymized connections rather than setting up a user profile. They also added a cryptocurrency wallet to the desktop version, so my guess is they will port it to mobile soon.

It's a good browser for when you have bad internet or are close to your data cap, as it blocks images. The ads integrated into the app don't appear to use much data either. However, sharing webpages with the button doesn't work, you have to manually copy the link from the top. The app is good for if you want to browse the internet without running into your data cap.

I wanted to download a vid which this did (it was slow as hell, but it worked) but no matter how many times I disable the unwanted features like weather reports from places ive never been or will never go and the screen saver that locks your phone randomly whilst playing apps or making calls they turn themselves back on, meaning this app seems to have more control over MY device than me!! Avoid! Theres far less invasive apps that can download...

Did seem fast, i'll give it that, but i clicked on maybe 4 pages on a site i know very well does not, never has, and never will use ads and Asus popped up an ad on every page. Chrome, Firefox, Yandex, Ecosia, Dolphin, Opera, Maxthon, none of them ever managed to get an ad or pop-up on that site, Asus 4 in less than 5 minutes.

When you delete a file from the browser's download section, you see that the files still exist🤕 When rename of the movie when downloading, the name of the movie does not change in the gallery and only the name changes in the download section of the program ☹ However, it has an accurate and fast search 🙃

When it tried refreshing everything how it was APUS was not restored to how it was. Also now it ask for you to login with your FB account. That just seems fishy to me. Expescially if it doesn't include backing up your data to your phone even

I used to use this browser all the time but the recent update is absolute garbage. There used to be minor ads that would appear down at the bottom, which is perfectly fine. But now there are full on pop-up ads that show up at least every five seconds. There also seems to be a bug where the buttons(?) at the bottom disappear, which forces me to close the app and reopen it, then they disappear again at some point anyway. Had a good run with this app, but I think it's time to find a new browser.

Of course the only one still on the top, Puffin Browser, #1 fastest browser for Android. Only downside is there is no desktop mode for puffin, and you can only download to an external sd card. if you're looking for browser extensions, (addons) Kiwi browser is all you got on Android. :(

Great browser. Blazing fast page loading and rendering testing on high speed 30mbps+ connection. Sure it has ads. The difference in this browser and the crappy ad free ones without ads is they need money for support and maintenance and to give us the fastest speed from the servers etc. Great job developers. Keep it up.

Historically, I've been faithful to APUS. This app changed my mind permanently. Every time I try to search I get game ads & have to wait 5 sec before I can exit it. 'Ad Block Plus' does not work at all. Loss of control & forced permissions of personal info warrants immediate uninstallation. Download crapped out once & I couldn't find a downloaded file once without a file manager. Much prefer 'CM Browser', 'Adblock Browser', 'Internet for Samsung' & any one of the five Firefox browsers available.

Despite claiming an ad blocker, the browser itself forces you to watch full-screen popup ads every two or three page clicks. Recently, even more annoying, pop-up notifications when the app is not even open to update it. Love the video download feature, otherwise, very pesky.

Wooo,what a nice app I ever found.It is working ver good in all activities,in the sense that my mi redem phone has returned back to its usual state,for sometimes back,the internent was distrupted for the fact I dont know.The leader mode is doing a recommendable job and getting the job done very fast..Thanks to the provider.

Its a nice browser, the ui is simple and looks good. The only thing is that it has a built-in ad blocker for when you surf the web but the app itself contains ads that you have to close manually. Idk seems to contradict the idea of having an ad blocker.

It's a good browser. One thing just bugs me enough to only rate it 3 stars. If you download media, even if you rename the media you were downloading, it still displays numbers when opened on file storage. Please fix the renaming function for media downloader.

It was all great until last update. When the downloading technique changed from multi threading to normal. As soon as I clear cache it all goes away and it starts from the beginning. Goes to 99 percent and starts all over again. Have to use download manager now.

Something happened within the last month or so, of which this browser has grown extremely AD heavy. Can't use it at night, because every 3rd page or so has a loud 6 to 15 second video ad to play. Now every 3rd time I unlock my phone, it's a golf ad that I have to exit. I'll be deleting soon. Shame, it was good for awhile, but the ad blockers don't work or are not blocking the same commercials.

It's been 3 years now in using this app. Features, updates and the browser itself is really doing great, but the time goes by, there are now pop ads which is really annoying.. please fix this, theres were no popping ads before.

I just recently updated the app and it keeps closing saying no data connection. Before i updated i had no problems with connection now i try to open and site wont open, search bar goes as far as the search box and stops, iwait to see if its going move any and it doesnt, might be time to find another high speed search app that will work.

Love the app, simply amazing. BUT I tried deleting some videos I downloaded on the browser,it actually deleted it, but it still displaying images(thumbnail) of the video on the download section of the browser. I've tried multiple times to delete it, but it don't clear. APUS, u guys need to work on that.

Good improvement. Please make updates: 1. Need to view all added browsers at once in quick panel. This avoid to swipe. Example: mini browser. 2. When added required site in quick panel we are unable to edit name. Site is added directly to quick panel. 3. Please add clear data under tools which is easy to clear history avoids navigation. Plz update in next version.

There are some issues with loading up the pages from websites. They most of the time don't function well when you try to push a button from the page. It just doesn't work. Plz FIX IT, otherwise, great browser.

Lately I've been experiencing this bug where the toolbars tools keep disappearing and I need to restart the app for it to comback but then it happens again, please fix it. But before the bug its really good. And can you let us customize the toolbar it'd be very helpful.

Not as good as CM browser. Lot's of ad's even though you turn off ads notifications off. One of the problem I face was the background download does not work well. It always showd 'retrying' , you have to always stay in the browser inorder to complete download. 😑 Very dissapointing.
