APUS Mobile

Normally, this app works wonderful and I can rely on it. For the past few weeks now, I have received zero notifications, zero grades, and zero weekly updates on my class. But when I login on my PC at home (after work), there is a backlog of things going on that I have missed. Copious amounts of issues and delays I don't need right now risking my grades purely because I cannot use the app. I work full time and the mobile browser on my phone is just not speedy enough to use as is this App.

I have used the app for over a year now but in the last 3 months it has completely stopped working. Shows my current class but hasn't updated any forum posts or grades. I rely on this app to work on certain assignments through my phone since I do not always have the luxury to use my laptop. But even the classroom through Ecampus has gone down hill in the last few weeks.

This app is not updating. I'm in week 8 and it's still stuck on week 5 forums. ***Update: This problem has been fixed in the May 28, 2020 update. I have upped my rating to 4 stars. Over all this is a great app for keeping up with courses. There are even some features that are easier on the app than on the site version, like viewing grades and future assignments.

App is useful as it allows you to view and manage assignments. It's too buggy though. If a professor sends me a message, I won't see it. - It happens with every message I receive. I can see them on the computer, but they don't show up on the mobile app. In case there is any confusion, there is only one messaging system that students in the online program have access to.

App doesn't update. I used to get notifications and now I don't. I uninstalled,re-installed, logged out and back in, restarted my phone,and checked for app updates. The app shows that I haven't received any grades, done any forum posts, or turned in any assignments (it's week 3). It also doesn't show any of my classmates posts. The app is frozen in time. Last this it show was an instructor announcement 18 days ago.

The app was good for a while. It seems like the latest update has ruined it. App will not send any notifications at all. When replying to forum posts, the bottom part of the post gets cut off after posting. Also, my app is currently frozen on week 8 of my last class. Deleting, reinstalling, rebooting, nothing fixes it.

UPDATE: App was working great 👍 after fix. Until recently it doesn't want to update forums and grades on current open class. Giving 4 star as app does what it is designed to do when it is working. Unfortunately, the app has been unable to log in for the past week. I believe it is also that the student login on the own website is very buggy, at times when you enter the correct information it tells you is unable to log in. Hopefully they fix these issues both on the app and website.

This app no longer works. My current class and projected class no longer show up. It seems that with this new webiste update, the app is not compatible with what was done. Even the new classroom setting online is hard to navigate. Suggest that APUS just stick with what works, change is not always for the better.

This is a pretty good app but recently I have stopped getting updates. It's not updating grades, posts, or replies. Please fix this issue. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and the same issues are occurring. When the app it updated I will change my rating. Update I have improved the rating by one. Still not fixed but making progress. It's a great app if just wish it worked

Search how many issues with that. Either I'm getting notifications like crazy or not at all. When I go to look at Forum posts if not updating like it should. I've had forum supposed to completely disappear. I'll be responding to someone's forum post and when I hit submit it tells me that it can't find the post that I was trying to respond to and it'll delete my response. If there's a spelling error in the post when I tried to click it I can't read the on the drop-down.

The app does not give the option to edit or delete posts. Also, when posting in the discussion thread, it's displaying numerous question marks (?) between words all throughout the saved post, which completely ruins it. It doesn't do that when posting through the website; only the app is doing that!

GUI looks nice and very user friendly. The only thing missing is being able to get to the "Lessons". Being able to read class books while on the app is definitely a necessity. Please put in future update.

App is not updating with anything. I have not been able to get app notifications for awhile but still been able to login and get the notifications once the app is open. Now since the last few days it is not updating at all. Please fix as it is extremely necessary to keep up with information.

A school app should be dependable. This app is not. It is not updating weekly forums, grades, or assignments. Very disappointing. Should this be a reflection of the school's attention to student needs? It is a basic which is far more simple than many other school apps. How is it that IT cannot maintain this simple platform?

The app crashed and none of my forums, or notifications are syncing. I got minus points for no forum responses, when the app didn't sync. I un-installed and re-installed the app and I still have the same issue. This needs to get fixed ASAP!

App will not update forums, send or receive email, or basically work...period. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, it still doesn't work. There's no possible way for me to heck in with my class/instructor with this app since the latest update.

Current courses are not updating, grades are not posting, notifications do not work. I have reached out to the support and have been told it will be resolved and it hasn't. Really upset with the app, it used to be extremely helpful.

No longer works properly. Whenever my most recent class started I got a few notifications for the first forum and assignment, then everything stopped. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled with no luck on fixing the issue...

While it is nice to be able to post forums and responses from the app, that requires the app to update information. Multiple classes haven't been updated with recent information after multiple days. There are multiple times where the forum I post from the app, is incomplete on the browser.

FIX THIS BUG ASAP. It is crucial that this app works as flawlessly as possible. With my work taking up majority of my time, this app serves as my main source in getting notifications, messages with important info, completing forum posts, and prepping for work that have to be done on the computer.

The app worked great for about two weeks and than it crashed. I have not received any update in over a month. Talked to the school and no fix is in site. Could be great.

App won't refresh my forums or notify me when I get replies, announcements, grades, etc. Pretty much it doesn't do any of the main stuff it should. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Nothing works

App is terrible. They basically put the entire website on my phone. Alerts do not work and I find it cumbersome to navigate, just to get to my class. There was nothing wrong with the previous app. I uninstalled this app because it is useless to me.

Like the school itself this app has seriously deteriorated in the lats few years. Connectivity issues, synchronization issues, unfriendly user interfaces.

This app is hot garbage, let be honest here. This is a for profit school and with all that money they get from Tuition Assistance, GI Bill and others we should be getting a top notch application. Plenty of bugs, lessons won't open, forum notification glitches. This app needs a major overhaul and allow the student to download lessons.

App used to work alright during past years but now it does not sync at all and is not updating information. Tried uninstalling several times, still doesn't work.
