LG G7 tmo ver. Using app for its messaging widget. The default widget some how disappeared so forced to use this 3rd party solution. Problem is that this app allows you to choose an app that is called when the header is tapped (Google messages for me), but if you tap a contact, it calls the lg "messages" app. FYI, Google messages is the default messaging...
Used to be perfect... Now on android pie issues with people widget. Not reacting on contact click... I have to refresh list to be able to use it. On Oreo everything is fine. Please fix.
Sms widget doesn't work properly since android 9 update. It loads but you cannot click on individual messages to open them. Any fix expected?
used to be okay, hasn't been updated for years. doesn't support Firefox browser for favorites widget, Facebook feed broken (not the devs fault). don't bother installing.
Can't log into Twitter. It keeps telling me to fix the time. Still a problem six months later. I had this for years too. Bummer.
Unable to login to Twitter get date/time error. Date/time is set to automatic on phone and pulled from mobile provider. Unusable at this time.

FB no longer works either.. Internal viewer for Twitter in timeline widget hasn't shown the conversation in quite a while. Even after the latest 1/17 update It would be nice if the photo thumbnails in the timeline were much larger. Right now you can barely even see that there is a thumbnail
Everyone's upset about Facebook not working but I don't care about that. I used it for text messaging and calendars. But now I can't use a theme. If I apply one, the widget fits and says "PROBLEM LOADING WIDGET" giving me no way to do anything but delete it and start over. Without a theme, it's ugly. Therefore this has no further use for me.
I have been using this app for years but for some reason it's no longer showing icons. I've had my phone LGV10 now for 2 years and I don't know what happened to this app but now it no longer works. I have to find another app now. I contacted customer service about a month ago but never got a response from them. Hopefully they can give me a call or hit me back up thru email
I'm a registered user for a long time and have been happy using this app. Now I need support on an issue I'm having with the Facebook widget not updating. First I wrote a review with my problem on Goolge Play which gave me no feedback. Then I've tried several times on email to the developer without any luck. This is not good. Developer, if you read this I would really like you to get back to me so I can get some help on the problem I'm having with your app. Thank you.
0 Stars ABANDONED APP DO NOT BUY! 0 stars I have emailed this app developer 4 times starting 3 weeks ago. No response. Other apps got hit with Facebook api changes and repaired their app and took the time to respond to my emails. Here is just 1 app that fixed this, fast pro for Facebook . I paid for this app
Through the 3 years I've had the paid version I've never regretted my purchase. It doesn't need to change much, and when a big is found (and there haven't been many), Dev is quick with a fix. Just buy it, there is no better widget set for social media than this.
The Facebook widget stopped working on the 3rd of May! Main reason to use this widget was so I wouldn't need to load the memory hogging and just out right annoying Facebook app. UPDATE: Just read that Facebook changed their API so now no third party news feed scraping apps like this one will apparently be allowed to get Facebook content anymore. Guess it's time to leave Facebook!!!
It worked till last week. The APW Facebook Widget rarely updates the news feeds and own timeline. It doesn't matter if I set up the update interval every 30 minutes or if I update manual, although it stands that the FB successfully updated, it always shows only 1 or 2 new posts in last 24 hours. I tried even to clean the cache or to reinstall the app but it didn't help.
I really like the widget that allows me to have my favorite contacts on screen all the time. It's super convenient to call or text them that way. But I notice that it gets messed up a lot and when that happens my phone gets hot and the battery drains. I've figured it out so I can catch it now but I shouldn't have to go fix it all the time.
I use the 4X4 people widget for my favorite contacts. It used to dial them directly, but now, it pulls up a popup asking for the action desired. Even after I choose direct dial, it still pops up an action choice. I don't know what you did, but whatever update you did is awful!
A nice pack of useful widgets. The only issue I've noticed is that when using the bookmark widget with Chrome, the widget uses certain sites' title text, once visited, rather than the name they are saved under. This can make it difficult to find some bookmarks quickly. Otherwise excellent.
Until the issues around themes on Lollipop & the Facebook fiasco are resolved, this app will only get a 1 star review. I see a lot of people who've paid for this (as I have) are having the same issues, with no response from the devs. I cannot recommend this app until all issues are addressed. To the dev: Lying about the Facebook api in the update notes doesn't make you look too good.
With latest update to Android 5.0.2 Facebook no longer works on Timeline. Which is why I purchased this so I can see Facebook and Twitter updates in the same place like my old HTC phone. Now it is not working, abandoning this application, especially as I have been emailing them as a licensed customer for several weeks about why Facebook no longer works. No support has replied. I see here that it is not supported in whats new ... because Facebook prevents external apps access. Bye Bye APW
Twitter widget stopped working yesterday. No updates since and now can't even log in. This needs to be fixed ASAP or I will have no choice but to uninstall and find a product that works. Lousy way to treat paying users.
Very convenient to put something on Google Playstore about Facebook's API, but there is a new API and you can certify your app at FB... So I don't see the point of your message.... I think the people who paid for your app deserve an update and at least a reply on their mail/FB message.... Just my 2 cents
As of 5.0, the FaceBook widget does NOT work. If you know you have major issues with and app, and you are no longer going to support it, then you should take it out of the market! The worst app and support ever. Why waste people's time?
This has been a great app since it's inception, however it seems it is no longer maintained: no updates since 2014. Sad for me, because I have not yet seen a good replacement. However, I can say two things: 1.) It usually stops working within a day of every Android update I've been through since 4.2. 2.) One or two cycles of uninstall/reboot/reinstall seems to do the trick of cleaning things up enough to let it run again. About an hour of that, and I am once again running, this time on Android 9.
