Generally a comfortable email client. Only downside I've noticed is that it's quite slow at editing larger texts. For a long text you would use a professional text editor and copy-paste to Aqua Mail (while writing a longer text in Aqua Mail, at some point I had to switch to a dedicated text editor to finish it, then copied it from there to the email editor).

I bought this app and have supported it for years. I think it's crappy you went to a subscription service. Luckily when I got my new phone it downloaded the old version so I didn't have to pay AGAIN like many others have complained about. How does it work? Awesome. Simply the best android mail client out there. My phone is rooted and I have an ad blocker so I don't see all the ads people are harping about. My experience might be differnt than yours.

$20 for an e-mail app is reasonable, assuming it works well. Aqua Mail offers good features, it has a good reputation, and above all else, it is privacy-focused. However, none of these features are worth anything if the concept does not work. You see, Aqua Mail does not perform well at all... it has several issues, especially when it comes to receiving notifications. Also, the notifications that you do sometimes receive when new e-mails come in is vague at best, and without much detail: Bad UI

I have used Aqua Mail for many years. It is easy to use. It has advanced features like aliases, search, rich text, image resizing, etc. I'm a person who actually uses all those features, and I have zero complaints. Frankly Aqua Mail works better than most desktop mail apps. I wish the app store would let me purchase it twice just to support the developers. :-)

I purchased the pro version of Aqua Mail in January 2016 and used it on a Samsung Galaxy S5. I was very happy with the product. It was the best app out there, as far as I could tell, for managing multiple email accounts, and one of the few that supported the use of email aliases. However, I've recently upgraded my phone to an S10, and for whatever reason now the app won't let me connect my Hotmail account. I have contacted support with information about the error the app is showing, but nearly a month later, I still have received no help to resolve the problem. Previously, I'd have rated this app 5 stars, but given its uselessness to me now in light of the inability to connect all my email accounts and the disappointing lack of support, I can't recommend it so highly anymore. I have switched to using the Outlook app.

I've used AquaMail for many years, and upgraded to pro about five years ago, which was a great investment and well worth the cost. Beyond being a great product, the support team is very helpful, with real live people responding quickly. The software is regularly updated to keep it fresh and well ahead of the competition. I especially like the slide up menu that has drag-and-drop customization for all of the options.

After 2 years of using Blue Mail which I really liked it has become too slow and cumbersome when launching the app and checking emails. I manage 18 different email accounts (2 companies and 2 non-profits) and it is not easy to make the change to a new app with all the setup that needs to take place. About a week ago I decided to move on to Aqua Mail Pro (paid email app)... much faster with 98% of the features that Blue Mail has. MobiSystems has been responsive and helpful in answering my questions on the Aqua Mail Pro App as I get accustom to using it. It is really fast compared to Blue Mail.

I've used this for several years and it's generally very good. The worst thing is very poor folder handling. It doesn't support local folders, either in IMAP or POP3. So POP3 users can't organise messages, everything you want to keep is a big jumble in the inbox. And in IMAP you can't delete a folder although users have been asking for this basic function for years. How hard can it be?

Nice app for email. Unfortunately the "Dark" theme results in a grey background, especially for the widget, which even compared to the rest of the dark theme (Night mode on my Note 10 ÷) looks a rather drab charcoal grey instead of black as one might hope. The settings menus in the app do turn black in dark mode, but not the widget or the actual app itself. It's a far cry better than the actual Microsoft widget for Outlook (bright white and blue is what you get) but it's not really "black".

EDIT: Please add an option to mark all Sent mail as Read for each mail check refresh. Yahoo has recently been marking every new Sent message as Unread, which is clearly ridiculous and very annoying! /EDIT This app is far superior to the stock Android email app IMO. The number of options is unreal so you can basically set it up however you like. Takes a bit of time to tweak but it's well worth it. Looks great on tablets in both portrait and landscape too. Very impressed.

Great for Outlook. I've used this app for several years now. I just came back to see if they have a calendar app and decided to write a review. I have two separate Outlook business accounts and one gmail account accessed through Aqual Mail Pro. The ability to sort by folders, add signatures, add or remove notifications and the many other customizations make this the best email app I've tried. I think I've tried at least 4 or 5 other 'top' apps. This beats them easily.

Used to work great, then all of a sudden some weeks ago, all of the mail accounts (Gmail and other web mails) , the delete function no longer works. So u delete a message in aquamail app but it is still there in the actual email account if u login the the computer. Totally useless now. Support are useless, say it's not their problem and have no solutions. Also lacks any kind of filters (a basic feature on any email client). Cant create new folders. Why don't u add these simple features?!?!

Best. Email. App. Ever. Very customizable, and you can transfer your setup from an old phone to a new phone. Very nice dark theme. The search works really well. Attachments are easy to manage. Links work fine in email messages. Author is easy to get a hold of. Very reasonably priced.

Excellent mail app, reliable and convenient to use. The UI wasn't great out-of-the-box for me, but it is perfectly customizable. So having spent maybe half an hour tweaking it, I've been using this app for years since, without ever going to settings. (Does it really cost $20 as other reviews state? I bought it rather for $5.)

Terrible. Lack of a calendar or ability to link properly to a calendar, long drawn out clunky print function which cannot print entiire emails, requiring twice as many steps to get stuff done as other email programs, as well as many other missing features make this a very poor choice for email programs. All in favor of different colour schemes. After using this for a month and trying hard to like it I can honestly say I regret buying this. Going back to Nine email client

My review keeps disappearing. So I try it again.. Lots of problems with this app. Sometimes it won't refresh my inbox for days(aquamail team blames it on everybody but them selfs) while outlook and Samsung mail work just fine that period. Aqua Mail won't work reliably with a VPN while the other 2 email apps I just mentioned work just fine. Last weekend had to type an important email for my job but Aqua Mail had a problem updating my send mails.. And attachments all have same symbol in my gallery

Wonderful e-mail app. It's a lot better than the native Android client (Gmail) and , for me, also better than other well rated email apps I tried. It supports many accounts and many identities for each account. I use it by msny years. When I bought a new smartphone, the paid version automatically installed to it, without having to buy it another time.

I had previously given this app a 5 star rating. I was so impressed I bought the pro version. In the last 2 weeks I can only access my mail while linked to wifi. I can't access my email while out of a wifi area through my normal internet provider. I can access my gmail so it is not phone issue. I use it for business and it is a huge problem for me. I emailed your support services a few days ago and no one got back to me. Not impressed. Looking at getting a different app. Not happy !!!

This is the mail app to have. Endlessly customizable, easy to use, simple to manage multiple accounts of varying types across different servers. Can view email headers, etc. Meets all of my needs perfectly!

Since the last update, emails sent by me in the Smart Folder keeps showing my name instead of the person I sent it to.. It does show correctly in the Sent folder though.. Please fix it, since I use the Smart Folder a lot

THE best app I've found for handling all email accounts in one place. Although there are numerous options / settings - the defaults work really well. Tweaking the settings is intuitive with a helpful search facility embedded to help find any setting quickly. The developers are extremely quick in responding to queries and providing useful solutions / answers. 5 stars well deserved !!

So many things I like about this app. But for the past several weeks have had intermittent problems with all my Office 365 Accounts. About once every week to 10 days, login will fail. I will have to initiate OATH security to get login to succeed. This will work for 7 to 10 days and then recur. Very frustrating and doesn't happen anywhere but with this app.

This is the best email app I've found, it's fast and easy to use,. It can work with single or multiple email accounts from different email providers, it's easy to switch between email accounts or get a combined inbox or create email aliases.. It's quite customizable for UI appearance and sorting/sending/reading email. The app technical support is good.

Although I like this app, I have not been able to find out how to get rid of old contact names that have not existed in years. I'm really frustrated with this thing. I just looked again in the settings and cannot find any contact list, yet there's one particular contact right at the top of my list every time I start composing a new email. Where is it coming from? Total frustration.

The constant nagging to rate on all their apps I've tried, and irritating suggestion every time to open email attachments with their office app, drew me to the point of removing all their apps and looking for an alternative. Their apps aren't at all bad, but their constant subtle advertising is a deal breaker.

It's the most comprehensive and functional email app I've seen after scouring the Internet for weeks. Including organizing and customizing options, like color-coding. It even does a full multi-email search. edit: Increased rating; had an unusual problem where factory resetting my phone caused pro to cancel. Apparently the refund hadn't processed.

Otherwise a wonderful app. The only problem I have is with widget. It goes to sleep after a few minutes. The mails show up in the widget but nothing happens if you click on them. It comes alive if you open the app through its icon but after some time it repeats its sleep behavior. I have disabled battery optimisation and enabled auto start. Has not helped.

I've used Pro for several years and have had significant problems with spell check, user interface, random server login errors and design/complexity in setup. I just read another review mentioning "where's the Spam?" Your answer suggested spam caught exclusively by email back end.. so does that mean AM can't be set to synch to the backend spam folder?! That would explain some frustration over BS. Worst of all the developer seems to not want feedback or requests for addressing serious issues.
