It could and should be better at this price. I would like to see a cloud option (the backup is nice, but I'd rather that be an offline/local option). I'd also like to see an export option for the parameter report. Adding new parameters is annoying because it only adds for one tank, not all of them. I'd rather have the option to remove a parameter from a single tank then for all of the m to be unique. I would like the back button on android to be more intuitive.
I used this app on iOS as well as Android, never had a problem on iOS. Unfortunately on Android, notifications do not work for this app and after using it for almost a year it started erasing my info and removing tasks with no warning. Not worth the hassle. Edit: Submitted a support ticket over 2 months ago with no response. Disappointing for an app that I paid a subscription for.
We are an Aquatics store in the UK and use this to prove testing for our shop licence. Used for a year no problems at all, when it was time renew was charged 4 times and to top it off all the data was wiped despite it stating that you can back up data , have sent emails upon emails and haven't had any other response bar the obligatory 'we have received your request you are ticket number *****' so around 100 tanks worth of info. has been wiped as well as £40 been taken from my bank. Do not use.
Overall a good app. However, it isn't sending push notifications no matter how hard I try to set it up. And when I contact customer support, I get no response. And finally, I find online that other people have had the same issue for years, and still nothing. If you want my money, you need to try at least a little.
is ok , it does the job , however not well planed and designed for user experience and functionality also renewing the subscription ??? how to renew in app ?? when cannot login? do you have to reinstall the app and create new acvount? and lose all previous data for all year. This is not clever at all. If subscription expire just have a popup mesage pay now whatever to renew old subscription. very simple.
It's a great app when it works. However even though you can back up your data it doesn't tell you how to restore it! And getting help with aquarimate support is like pulling hen's teeth!
Missing information on many marine animals. No support for proper android notifications, reminders pop up full screen when when the screen is locked. For $12 app this is very disappointing
Unable to edit date and time so there is no way to keep things in order if you are trying to add past events
Brought and paid for the app and been using it for ages. Now it says its not licensed and I need to buy it from Goggle Play!! Well it better get sorted out as I've paid once and all my data for my Koi pond and Marine tank is on there !!!
misrepresentation of what app can do. the app DOES NOT HAVE A DOSING CALCULATOR!!! paid for a subscription based off this and it's no where in the app. save your time and money and find something else.

Good app but bad customer service, and don't think about getting the Aquarimate Live Subscription will take your money but you can't log in via PC

Update: while support had been poor previously recent updates seem to now transfer data between an old phone and a new one (finally). So two more stars Old Review: Been trying to resolve a subscription issue and haven't received a single reply to the emails I've submitted. No follow up. I use to appreciate this app and after years of subscribing ill be switching to a competitor. Poor support is not acceptable for a paid app.
