Downloaded to use during our visit and the app worked perfectly! I was able to look up information about the species in the exhibits we visited as well as see when presentations were going on near us.
Can confirm app crashes after a few seconds. Reinstalling did nothing. It was decent while it lasted. Better go find my physical membership card.
App will not load aquriam map it's a blank screen and it tends to freeze. Developers please fix this app so it works. Thank you
came todayamd thoughtwe would use the app. nothing. can't connect or black pages. even connected to the wifi at the aquarium.
Crashes on open on galaxy note 10plus. Shows first page for 2 seconds before crashing. Tried restarting phone and reinstalling app.
Can't connect, can't leave comment, map is small, lots of failures, hire some testers, I found 8 bugs in 5 minutes, then hire qualified developers to fix them

Like it, works great. We used it at the aquarium too.
I had a free day while I was visiting in California, so I wanted to take my family to the aquarium. We had a really good time. Having to wear masks after coming from a state where masks aren't required, was a bummer, but I happily wore my mask. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved the gift shop! I made sure to bring home a wonderful coffee mug to remind me of our fun day?

Download the app to take My Daughter there on her Birthday. App will not stay open! Not helpful

Crashes on open on my Samsung S6
Great app, but loads very slowly (and things reload every time you change screens), and the back button on your device just closed the app, as opposed to going back to the last screen you were looking at. Otherwise, very user friendly and has some great info! I do wish it had more complete lists of fish, as some of the displays only show the "cool" stuff, and less on the smaller (but, in my opinion, just as interesting) creatures.

all of the pages blink on and off. If it worked right it would be a great app.

Today page doesn't work... hasn't worked at all. It says cannot connect. Everything else seems fine but I hope the first page that displays when the app is opened will be fixed.
