Pumpkinseed
The pumpkinseed is a North American freshwater fish of the sunfish family (Centrarchidae) of order Perciformes. It is also referred to as pond perch, common sunfish, punkie, sunfish, sunny, and kivver.
Neolamprologus leleupi
Neolamprologus leleupi is a species of cichlid endemic to Lake Tanganyika where it occurs throughout the lake. It is a recess-dweller, inhabiting cracks and crevices. It feeds on invertebrates living in the rich biocover of the substrate. This species reaches a length of 10 centimetres (3.9 in) TL. The color of this fish ranges from bright yellow to deep brown depending on which area of the lake it is from. This relatively small cichlid is a substrate spawner. This fish is easily confused with the very similar N. longior a fish also endemic to Lake Tanganyika. The specific name honours the Belgian entomologist Narcisse Leleup (1912-2001), who collected the type.
Channel catfish
The channel catfish is North America's most numerous catfish species. It is the official fish of Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, and Tennessee, and is informally referred to as a "channel cat". In the United States, they are the most fished catfish species with around 8 million anglers targeting them per year. The popularity of channel catfish for food has contributed to the rapid expansion of aquaculture of this species in the United States.

Very nice to study about aquarium fishe
I wanted to buy an aquarium for my study but i thought i would need to study the grass and fish first so i searched play store and got this amazing app. I started reading every article. If any one or the app maker is reading this, i would tell this app is nice for knowing everything about fishes in aquariums.
A lot of common fish missing. Only shows the most common of the most common and looks like a bunch of Wikipedia copy paste. Not worth the space it takes up just use Google or Wikipedia that way you get the same information plus more.
Great resource for fresh water tropical fish. Lots of information. I use it all the time especially before buying fish for my aquarium. I highly recommend it.
This is a decent app for learning the basics about your fish. So far I've enjoyed it although it could use some more in depth information. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's very easy to use, had what I needed.
I got my fish from a pet store, one that has the average tropical fish found in any pet store with live fish for sale. It couldn't recognize any. Not even Neon Tetra.
Great app so far easy to use and helpful. Im a new tank owner and this has helped to choose the right fish i wanted to own.
It just regurgitates Wikipedia and seems to be missing alot of popular breeds. Google brings up way better results.
Would be a great app if it didn't just have freshwater fish. 99.9% freshwater, 1 saltwater clown that's it.

They literally just compiled multiple fish Wiki pages into an app and put ads on it
This app is only for fantasy fish I tried to look up large mouth bass and they don't even now what it is.
It will be very easy to find fish if you put the names of them commonly
It's cool but as a biologist i think this app doesn't show full information....
