One of the bad delivery service in the Dubai. Courier called me when i was trying to explain address he told me that he can not deliver and he will not deliver. Courier hang up the phone on my face, even i couldn't explain address fully. I called customer service but it was unreachable. I complained by email but they are answering like they don't care. It is delivery service should be better or they can close if they can not deliver.
The previous version much better to work with. You could choose which shipment you want to deliver or collect as per your route planning. This enabled you as a courier to achieve your Service Levels and improve your Productivity. No you are wasting unnecessary time especially when you have a busy route like mine. This version is very poor.
Previous version was working fine, I was able to update all deliveries as and when I deliver for accurate data capture. After the update I was unable to update collections or deliveries.
I just downloaded the app and couldn't move past the first screen where it just said "error". Sorry, horrible app.
Horrible horrible company. The package arrives open with about 200 US dollars worth of things missing and there was no reply from the company even tho we had had proof. The package started at 4kg and when it reached it was 3 kg. No complaints getting answered.
There is a issue of using this App on my Huawei P- Smart... I am unable to Scan and Create Runsheets, as soon as I click to Create Run Sheet the App takes me out every time Please review this issue as soon as possible
Cant scan runsheet and cant finish delivary orders on app due to scan failed error. Using pocophone f1. Dont want to invest money to buy a new phone just because i cant use scanner in one app. Please fix.
Very slow service. All contacts with customer service are in vain. Not recommended at all.
When after installation openingvthe app its asking for id and password that even i havent sign off early and whenbi type my some other id and password its telling me that its wrongvid or password... How can i even sign in into this app..
Best in first time delivery, but in second time they force you to pick the item in their office even i told them that i am not able to go because of my work, i already tell delivery into my doorstep,, Lazy courier, If DSL is available in COD i would switch with them.
App is not working. Ask me for I'd and password but then said it's not working.

Your drivers are very rude. They called using a private number, shouted at me and left. All I asked for was for them to wait at least 2 minutes. They drop the phone on me workout Hearing me out. How dare he? I'm not happy at all. He said doesn't care about my package! I'm livid right now. You customer service is just as useless!
please stop this next task asking and need to select forcefully to deliver one thing it's losing time too much.

very poor service. deliver boy not communication with customer and my time lose . And every day msg through "our deliver boy tired , not available customer ". So very carefully drive.

Oh aramex aramex if you are not the worst courier company I don't know what you are. You deliver late, your consultants especially PMB are rude one literally dropped the call on my ear just because she couldn't get off her lazy behind and actually do her job. Really if I knew this company that I ordered from used you I would have organized another courier company. Really really are pieces of work.

Latest update is really counter productive. You spent a hell lots of time scrolling through all the addresses to add in the next stop. Tye previous version which allows courier to scan and pull out thee next delivery task is much better. Only good thing about current version is there's no more problem uploading photos. In any case, the needs to scan the second time before closing the task really makes no sense.
