App crashes and never starts after the last update. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still the same. I'm not sure if this is affecting samsung devices only but whatever the case is, please fix it ASAP! This is so frustrating...!!!!!
Frustrating, shocking and just unnecessary. I loved the drop at PnP and send it off method. Now they force you to use an app that doesn't work. The poor PnP staff have no clue as to how it works. (They were super friendly and apologetic, but also not in favor of the app as they don't feel it benefits customers) This is just a way for Aramex to make an extra R20 from us. From an ethical point of view I will now go an look for a different service to use...even if they are more expensive.
The worst service ever provided by aramex. If you want to have a headache, you can go ahead and use aramex services and you are guaranteed to suffer from stress. My shipment was supposed to reach on 1 May but till this day I have not received any communication from them. I am the one who has to keep calling them and on top of that they are just not helpful. Aramex is the biggest scammer I have ever come across. If you won't deliver to the address why take the order from the departure address?
Worst service ever.They keep loosing your package. I lost my job because of irresponsible Aramex. Don't trust aramex or their delivery drivers for your business. Please I beg you don't use aramex service. Its been many days they didn't deliver or update me about my shipment. Plus their app or shipment update is worst keeps getting stuck on website and on app too. Tell all your friends this is the worst service!
The app is terrible, keeps on giving errors and also one can't even edit the primary address even though from the search address you picked up the correct address but the app fills in incorrect address details. Also it forces you to enter floor number and flat number even though your address is a normal house.
It's okey but very slow to update when package have been loaded onto the system and everytime gives me a failure message when I would like to calculate a price for shipping a item overall its an okey app but still needs alot of work done to get it better .... There are better apps out there
Changing my rating, sending the otp doesn't work and when i request a verification call i dont get a call. Its become useless as i cant log in. Whoever thought to overcomplicate the login process should go back to studying basic ux Edit: emailed them as requested and no response, otp or call dont work and this app is deadweight. No response to my email and its better off being uninstalled Update 2: app is still useless, no response from support team
1. I can't update my primary address. 2. The estimated delivery date is a day late when I try to schedule the shipment. 3. You sent my shipment in Al Ain instead of Abu Dhabi. 4. E-mail cuatomer service is useless. 5. Surprisingly, they made up for my late shipment, my next one came a day early. But for the next shipment, again it was late. Estimated delivery was changed after 2days without informing me. The app does notify but doesn't update in the status ahead and in real time.
When i want to send shipment the app doesn't works it appears some error mesg "failed to get rates" since many months the app has same issue although i ve used the app to send shipment and it was ok an year ago ..do pls fix this issue soon I tried sending local and international shipment but appears same error
I got a SMS asking to pay duty and my parcel is stuck somewhere. Of course anybody would believe it at first place. Thank God I didn't give my card details. Then I understand someone got my details that I ordered from Aramex. Also it's so slow. I still didn't get my parcel from China to Qatar and CS is poor, I called them and asking me to wait another 4-5 days from the mentioned delivery date in App, like they don't give a sh**. My flight had to cancel bcoz of Aramex then. Worse experience ever!
The app has issues wgwb scheduling a shipment abd input the address details. Additionally the customer support as well as customer complaints page just keeps rotating on sane page rather then moving ahead . Very bad experience and did not expect from Aramex
Trying to make it, but Qatar 🇶🇦 Aramex as always. Never care about Qatar consumers and clients. They just send to Qatar branch the lesser employees and the worst services come up from that. I try to use this poor apk. But never received SMS. And the call back for my Pin. Also ibtry to contact this (Qatar lesser offuce) as always !! No answer. And then helpless customer services. My package is laying on their warehouse for 2 days. I pay for it in Amazon about 37$ to have this item ASAP.
Aramex app showing delivery is not done. Reason is customer not there. These people are doing on call with rejection, and u updates so as customer not responding. Please don't be over smart and being others are idiots. If you are unable delivery something inform the client, or don't accept the shipment if you have so many works. You are not a monopoly in this field 100s of other people are there to delivery on-time
They are effective, promptly communicating and to your door step.Call you in advance for a good delivery to avoid inconveniences.Will use them next time and Ali express are reliable and very fast in shipping too,relatively less than 10days from the day of ordering from China to Kenya, wonderful,! packaging was good and the product was in good condition and working on well.Keep up your good services.
There is no way to schedule the delivery within the app. Instead I have to do the scheduling through their WhatsApp Chatbot. And even after I have made a schedule, the couriers don't follow it. Delivery is late, the date and time is not followed. What is the point of scheduling it in the chatbot if it is not followed at all? The couriers just deliver it whenever they want. There should be a way to speak to someone from Aramex by phone about the schedule instead of being directed to the chatbot.
If anyone is facing a problem with receiving the verification code, while trying to log in or sign up using the app, I suggest you register using their website first then try and log in using the app. It worked for me.
The MOST frustrating app I've ever used! I cannot change the 'Default' address - no matter what I do. I've tried setting up an account online as well. After adding my new address the app just bounces back to a default address which isn't where I live. I therefore can't ship my parcel 😠
Terrible waste of money on developing an app that does little to nothing in situations where you need troubleshooting on a delivery. The money could have spent on improving the logistic service thereby the core quality that matters the most to customers instead.
Despite all the bad rap from others, my experience was very smooth. Delivered before time, help-line reassuring and cooperative. Keep it up 👍
extremly annoying with repeatative notification even status same without any change and many times repeating same message where delivery schedule is still not set and unknown!
Very helpful. If you buy from amazon, this app is the best. Very accurate and very user-friendly. No complaints at all.
This company is generally unprofessional, unreliable and uses these ridiculous apps to alienate their service from decent customer interaction. As customers, we end up paying steep delivery costs to get international shipments delivered on time. I have a shipment right now on hold with Amazon. This branch of Aramex is required to deliver immediately once Amazon informs a client that their package is sitting in the back of some delivery guy's car. Shockingly late delivery which only gets worse.
