What's wrong with the mobile version you currently offer? Why not just duplicate it if your desire is to move into this market? Keep it simple. Personally, I would not pay for this newer mobile app if you eliminated your current, older version. I would just access the full web site if I needed access via cellphone. Even that functions better from my phone than this one does. **EDIT: The app has improved. It is much more stable now. I run it on a Samsung S10E. Email is still hut and miss.

Slow to load. Everything in the app takes forever to pull down from the servers. I see messages in my inbox, but can't click on them for several minutes. I have other officials with iPhones that love the app. Tried on a friend's phone, completely different experience. Not sure why android version is horrible.

It worked great until one day it didn't. Website credentials don't match the app. Constantly crashes while trying to open. Paying a subscription fee for this service and having it work should be a priority on technical side. Very disappointed. Only way to track assignments on the go.

It's been two years since anything has been done to this app. The company shows little interest in supporting the needs of the officials who use it. It has numerous problems not the least of which is freezing up. There is no good way to report legitimate bugs and errors. Clicking Feedback leads you to a swamp of suggestions which are never acted upon (see first sentence above). It's incredibly frustrating to have to use this app

I had no issues with this app and thought it was great until the latest update to supposedly fix the app from crashing. It never once reached on me and now all of my assignments are gone and I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app in order to see my schedule. I'm about to cancel my subscription and just go off of the full website. This is ridiculous.

I have to give it a two. All of the sudden (starting 4/27/22) it tells me to check my connection and try again. This includes when I'm connected to wifi. I can access the website though. I have uninstalled the app, and reinstalled and still same message.

Useless. App does not allow me to log in using the same credentials as desktop. Prior to the most recent update when I could get in, it was so slow that it was quicker to use the desktop site even if it was inconvenient. It has never been my favorite but now it is completely useless as I can't use it at all.I'm just glad I didn't pay for it directly and received it as a part of my enrollment as an NCAA baseball umpire. Update: 12/26/19 Still a hot garbage app. Never fully loads.

Not a great ap. I know its new but I get notifications constantly about the same game no matter how many times I select it and approve it and multiple for messages well after I read it. I'd just turn notifications off but the website isn't sending emails and texts in a timely manner so the notifications are the best way to get updated. The navigation of the ap isnt very intuitive and new games dont show up on the New screen and I have to click games every time I log on.

For a company that has about 70% of the market covered, this app is a total disgrace and should be scrapped. Try transferring funds to your bank account. The app won't ask for your PIN and your funds will hang in cyberspace until you call customer support and they manually re-release the funds to your arbiter account. Login process: the biometric login doesn't work. The GUI does the user a huge disservice. Navigation is not intuitive. The only upside is instant push notification.

This app CONSTANTLY loses the schedule and the only way to fix it is to remove and reinstall it. I can view the schedule about a dozen times and then go in again and it's all blank.

App is good for on the go situations. However, it continuously says no internet connection which is bogus. Then you have to Uninstall and reinstall the app. No other way to reboot it so it will work properly.

This app is hot garbage. Does something different incorrectly every week. Notifications wont clear and always return. difficult to load game details. Freeze and force close regularly. No calendar integration from the app (you have to load an ICS feed to your calendar separately.) AS forced folks off the mobile web page and on to this app before the app was ready. AS ignores best practices and guidelines like material design.

horrible. after declining games it doesn't always show up or sync with the Arbiter website. after getting an email and checking it every 10 minutes you get another alert saying you have a new email when it's the old one that you already checked. I had to delete the app and reinstall it at least 10 times to season alone definitely not worth $9 the only reason it gets one star is because there wasn't an option for zero Stars

Works good for basic actions. But for other things there is no remedy. You have to go to website, but there Is no capability to get you there unless you have a smart phone or can access a computer. Also there are issues with blocking dates and consistently failing to do certain actions.

Somewhat functional, but it has frequent crashes doing basic things like clicking on a message it sent me! Requires frequent logging in or fingerprint or both . Doesn't remember password like many other apps. Not very user-friendly but it's the only way to get arbiter data.

It was working for some time but recently it hasn't. When I check my schedule it just keeps loading, and the notifications settings won't allow me to change anything. Also when I need to check a mass email I click on it but am not directed to the email itself.

It WAS a great app until it just stopped working. Now it won't even open. It crashes every time I try to open it. Called their support center, they suggested I remove the app and reinstall. I did that and it still crashes every time now.

Horrible App: It is nothing more than a notification that you will be getting an email. The schedule feature is a blank calendar (useless for a scheduling app), and the notifications are not useful as they don't lead to anything un the app.

I am using a Google Pixel 2 and every time I open the app it crashes out. Can never get it to open. I had the original Google Pixel and didn't have any issues at all. Worthless to pay for an app that doesn't work.

I don't like this version at all. I had another Arbiter app that was much more user friendly. New games came in on a list, the calendar was easier to read. I have to search for new game assignments on this app. They are easy to miss. Miss the old app.

the mobile app for Android is very poor. Receive same msgs multiple times. cannot erase old msgs. won't open from notification bar/crashes. customer support is poor as well. response time is lengthy and its always "that will take multiple weeks to fix once we address issue"

For as simple as this app is, it is ridiculously slow compared to other apps on my phone. Plus the display is not very user friendly especially if you have a lot of blocks which I could not see a way to filter out.

Com on!!! Arbiter, you guys are better than that. The old website was more efficient. Easier to log into, decline or accept games etc. This site is not user friendly at all. Poor design and has font issues. In my opinion as a paid subscriber, it's not worth the subscription at this time. Two Stars noted for minimal effort. You guys receive a pile of money! As one of your supporters we deserve better.

Software is terrible for cell phones. App constantly crashes. One day it is working the next day it just"spins". What's worse is contacting customer service. No solutions to the problem when there is one. It just is what it is to them.

App is lacking some basic functionality. You can't control messages in the inbox, app continues to treat messages as unread and sends constant push notifications. Schedule filtering is inconsistent. No customer support.

Haven't been able to get in for 2 days now. Sent a request for help to the Arbiter early this morning with no reply other than the automatic one. 10/27/21 UPDATE. After several emails back & forth, I received a call from the Arbiter asking for my username and password so they can try & fix the issue. Ok, NO!! There is no reason to have my password. I've worked in IT and you do NOT need someone's password to fix an issue. DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Just use the regular site on the internet.

I am still in disbelief that the website's Mobile Site was removed for this completely glitchy, non working, crashing, worthless mobile app. I paid for the annual subscription to the website's Mobile Site which has not been refunded even at a minimum a prorated rate. Please, I beg, restructure your IT management team for misguiding ArbiterSports in the WRONG direction in regards to functionality. BOO!

Doesn't show schedule, randomly asks for verification during use and glitches out. Huge waste of time and money. Functionality sucks, anything more than just taking a peek at stuff you still have to go to the website to get it working right. Don't waste your time.

It won't fully open the app. I click on it and shuts down right away. Ive re-download and installed it several times and still doesn't work. Would suggest a more reliable app

Will not allow me to log in using the same credentials I use for the full site. It used to work, but now has stopped. Changed my password twice. Can access full site, but not the app. Very frustrating.
