For people that say it won't give a composition reading, dampen your feet. The scale works by sending a signal from one side of the body to the other, if either foot has no moisture the signal can't happen.

App and scale are nice, easy to use. But cannot get composition measurements after all troubleshooting. Would be 5 stars if all features worked.

Overall, I love this scale and the app. However, I find that the bluetooth becomes "disconnected" at odd times for odd reasons. I do not know why or how it happens, but it can be hugely frustrating having to redo the whole bloody connection sequence once a week or so ... I am not sure how to fix it, or how to make it easier to repair. I do appreciate that the scale will "hold" data when the phone is not near enough, though. I'm not sure how long it holds or if it keeps the data when the bluetooth connection drops or not.

The app makes uncontrollable noises (audible annoyance) when the app picks up data from the scale. This really just makes it unusable at 0500 when I'm trying to get ready for work while the rest of the family is sleeping. Muting the sound in the app does not appear to be an option and at that time of the day, remembering to turn off volume every day is just not practical. The obvious solution. Is to not use the benefits of the app to manage the data. Give us the option of no sound.

Great scale super easy to install, from box to floor maybe 10 minutes. As long as your Bluetooth is on your phone and you get in the app you are all set,, you weigh yourself and see that it is connected right on the scale, the whole process takes seconds. I got this one because it syncs with my fitbit, and sure enough it works. I definitely see how this will motivate me to loss weight.

Great app and scale! Only now after the last update seems to be broken. The app doesn't show notification like the little animation that it is connected and updating the details. So it's difficult to know if it is updated unless I close the app and reopen it but then it doesn't show any details unless I click on the graph to see the change.

Just got the scale and the app. Not sure how accurate it is as I tried it in the middle of the day and not in the morning under ideal conditions. My big problem with this app is if the scale considers you over weight it makes a "loser" sound. The kind of sound a game might make if you failed. You can turn the sound effects off but to even have that in the first place is pretty awful and unnecessary.

I just got the scale for Xmas. Was excited about it and it only measures weight and calories by itself (you need the app for the rest). Turns out the app doesn't work. It doesn't give errors and it just doesn't register or login. As an Android Developer this app is terrible because it's not just the app doesn't work, it's also an iOS designed app. I'm thinking about returning the scale. PS: It worked after trying it out like 6 times.

I cant even sign up...been trying now for three days, have uninstalled and reinstalled this app 7 times now and it does not work. I contacted them and all they said was that they were frustrated too.... really now? They were no help at all. I will return this scale and find one that has an actual workable app. I could use any scale to check my weight; it's the app that should make it stand out... not impressed and therefore, one star -- I'd give them zero stars if that were an option.

Setup was simple and quick. To address some other people's complaints: to enter birthdate you do NOT have to scroll through 200+ months... just tap on the year and select, then scroll to your month. Maybe it was a fix, but the app works fine on my LG (Aristo 2 - which is not a new phone). I can't comment on whether the stats are accurate at this time, but I'm going to get measured at my gym this week - then I will compare.

Not like I have a choice of apps because of the scale I bought, but I don't care for this app. First, you have to manually hit the arrow 500 times to go back through 40+ years of months to get to to your birth year. Then, I did it twice and its now stuck on the wrong year so the app is registering me 20 years younger. Plus I get on the scale and 5 minutes later I have different information. I've lost 2% bone mass and 16% muscle mass over night. Hmmmm

Frustrating I recieved this scale for Christmas. Downloaded app, followed all instructions, app says connected, but i get no Bluetooth icon on scale. Measures weight but does not log in app. Called customer service, she walked me through several times. Still didn't work. Said to forward my email and they would send new scale. Never recieved confirmation email. So returned it tho amazon for replacement. Same thing. Does NOT work in app. So basically i got a digital bathroom scale.

Better than regular scale... I was wrong, turns out this thing does have a normal display, it just looks like it doesn't. Most likely a fine product, seems to be accurate as far as weight

Keeps eating my battery. Idk why but 2022 hit and I keep getting notifications that this app is causing my battery to drain. It was just fine before. Gotta uninstall.

Worst app ever Consume 40% of battery every day Autostart all the Time an the phone notify me that app is killing my battery. Even if I prevent to run in background it still does. Are they mining in your phone????

Used to work, and then just stopped working at all. Scale works, but app does nothing and can't find it.

Works well, easy to use layout. Only downside is that it drains your battery and dings constantly even after turning sounds off in the app settings. You have to deliberately exit out to close it completely. I guess it just constantly looks for the scale in the background.
