The old app was 100 times better. In fact, I have an Arbor Credit Card and I always hated the app (so much so that I have been wanting to cancel it) and now the Banking App is like the Credit Card App. It is harder to login, I can't seem to turn on notifications that are sent to my phone like with the last app (only email alters with this one), and there is just too much going on. The old app was simple but still encompassed everything you need on the go, bring it back. This one is displeasing.

Sure, some might think it looks a little prettier now, but I believe it is tacky and is remencient of all the older and worse-off mobile banking apps there used to be. The app used to be quick and have what I thought was a very intuitive interface, but now, the opposite is true: the navigation makes you jump through too many loops, the interface is not as clean, and the app is slower than molasses now. This is a really big disappointment for me as I left my old bank for the (old) mobile app....

Mostly good. Navigation is different so getting used to. Some things easier than old ap. They need to remove the automatic zeros in the transfer ap. Stupid to have to erase numbers in order to enter the amount you want to transfer. Shouldn't be anything there or when you start typing, needs to overwrite. Update: they made it overwrite so much better now!

The app was wonderful before you updated it. You completely broke it. It doesn't login, and if it does it takes over a minute. The information is frequently behind by hours. I can't trust what it says ever. There are 2 people who use my account and we rely heavily on the mobile app. If I can't have accurate information in a timely manner maybe I should just switch to a different credit union/bank altogether.

Edit: This latest release has really added some nice new features. I just got it installed, but it is a night and day difference from the old version to this one. A must have for banking with Arbor. The app was just good enough when they first launched it, but it just keeps getting better every time they update it. Now the app is quite robust. You can deposit checks via a photograph, you can pay bills, and transfer money between accounts easily. Well worth having if you bank with Arbor.

It's ok. I wish you could do more with the mobile banking app, like print statements. It would be nice to be able to get information, like account numbers, but their security isn't strong enough I was told. Mostly you can only use it to see balances, transfer between your accounts. Purchases are sometimes lagging and don't show right away, so buyer beware.

Work great most of the time. Have had to re enter password several times lately when trying to use the fingerprint option. ***update-10/15/20, ever since the new updated version was installed I have not been able to access the "alerts" section to enable the settings. Have been waiting 3 days for support help. Have not heard back. Bring back the old version, at least it works!!!!!!!

Generally Good Credit Union App. There are functions that are difficult to find, and descriptions are not clear for some functions. For check deposits, it should be fast and easy to see, and be pre-alerted to the exact verbiage that's required for the endorsement on the back of the check. I appreciate the ability to conduct banking wherever I am.

It does what I need and works great, this is my first review on the play store and I feel it is worth letting others know about it. they do need to do something about the connection issues, that can be an inconvenience and irritating when needing to get somethings done. they get that fixed! they'd be top of the game. This app worked just fine for a few months and i was glad to have access to my accounts in such a convenient app, but for the last several times I have tried it I can't do anything on it. I tap the screen to type my password and it won't even pull up a keyboard to type. It's like it is just frozen. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled and it won't do anything besides start up on the login screen.

Very clunky app. I don't need to be told I was signed out. Just put me to the sign-in screen. Why do I need to go into the main company website to see payments to my CC? If I make the payment from a transfer from savings I should be able to see that payment pending. Currently it looks lost in space until it posts and then it just decreases the payment amount owed and doesn't actually show the payment amount. Maybe I'm expecting too much but Consumers CU does this.

There have been a few changes since the main update. Things are pretty easy to use, going back and fourth between pages could be improved a bit. However you are able to do almost everything you can on the web page which is nice.

I'm only giving you two stars because your app use to work, but now I have such a problem depositing my check, why don't you allow the phone to turn on flashlight so the camera can take a good photo. I have a s10+ it's takes great photos but for some reason I'm constantly denied my deposit due to not a clear picture, I don't understand.

I used to be able to access my online account on the website. Seems like things have changed all the time and it becomes very confusing for me. Now I have to go into the Google play store app to get to what I want which appears to be another step. I'm just not happy..

While the app is user friendly, there is one very important security feature they need to improve. On the login screen, it always defaults to a checked remember my userid. You must uncheck it Every. Single. Time. If you miss it even once, it permanently stores that field.

In terms of credit union apps, this one tracks with the rest of the pack. Helpful for viewing account balances and transactions, or quickly transferring money to my checking. For serious online banking needs, though, I gravitate towards desktop. ✌️

I love the mobile check deposit. I also love the quick glance at recent transactions. I wish it had a time -out feature so it could stay open while I glance at another app on my phone rather than close out (which makes me sign back in 3-4 times in a row).

Would be nice if there was a way to set a reminder when payments were due (like most other banking apps do). It would also be nice if instead of having to type a password each time, you use a 4 digit code or a pattern type code. It would also be nice if you could see the account and member numbers.

Electronic deposits take a long time to be processed. Get the error that check isn't valid or unable to read quite a bit and have to repeat frequently when check is legit and images are clear so .... Way faster then driving to the next town too do your banking though so ty

Extremely hard to process mobile deposit. Screen hard to work with, very dark. Transaction does not show in real time. I use competitor moblie all the time , it is seamless. Transactions show in real time so it is easy to confirm that it processed correctly. Very disappointed in this "up grade".

Tired of signing in and verifying so much. Fingerprint works for a while, but then have to sign in and activate the fingerprint again. Now, new phone, is getting verified again today. It is a little too much.

LOTS of maintenance that seems like is during normal consumer hours. Would be nice if it could be done at night, like when most people aren't in need of access for their business dealings. Also, when doing these maintenance repairs, it'd be nice if it was stated as so, because when it constantly says that my credentials aren't recognized, it frustrates us as customers and the help center people who get bombarded with calls that should be unnecessary.

Continual issues getting it to take my password. I rely on mobile banking to deposit checks off hours. Very inconvenient. I called customer service and the agent said she couldn't even see the failed attempts. Sign on works fine on my laptop.

Just downloaded this app. The bank explained to me how to set it all up properly and it is still not working. It wont let me log in at all. It keeps saying it does not recognize my credentials even though my "credentials" are correct on the actual website. Please fix this so I can actually use the app.

I generally find everything I need within the app including deposits, transfers, loans, and mortgage refinance. I can message customer support with any questions I may have. I RARELY have a need to go to the physical brick and mortor, which takes extra time.

The app is solid 80+% of the time. Quick when it's working. Mostly dependable. I've been using it for a year or two at least. Banking with arbor longer. Great place.
