Worst fast food app. No rewards program. Can't select drive thru pickup - only option is in store. Just found out when I pulled up to get my food that the app also doesn't actually place your order right away. I was told the order doesn't show until 5 min before your pickup time, meaning the app held my order for 20 minutes before placing it. So now I sit in the parking lot for another 10 min just waiting for my order to even be placed. Then it has to be made. And you can't cancel.Total garbage.
Worst app for deals. Arby's used to be worth it for the price but it's not now and hasn't been for a while Edit: YOU DID IT! I can order online now! I wish there were more options for substitutions, deals, and more payment options. Put some good deals in the app and let me sub more things and I'll go from ordering twice a year to twice a week! Alright, getting some deals, now if I could get more items to substitute, like all the sauces and all meats and extra ingredients and different bun etc
I have two major reasons and 1 minor reason why I give this a bad rating. First the app doesn't track properly whether a restaurant is open or not. I made an order through the app only to find out that the restaurant was closed. Second there's no option to cancel an order once it's been placed whether or not you went to the store or not. The minor issue is there's no real reward system for ordering through the app and the deals section which is usually empty you have to look for.
100% do not use this app, I literally just lost $7 and got nothing in return. Here's my experience, ordered using the app it asked when I want to pick my food up I said ASAP as I was 2 minutes away from the restaurant. I show up it turns out ASAP is 26 minutes (literally), and I didn't have time to wait, the store didn't even have the order yet so they couldn't serve me and when I asked if they could help me cancel the order to get a refund they could not. So I literally paid for nothing. Awful
Had to call customer service. Couldn't cancel An order and even the restaurant in my town couldn't do it. Doesn't have a cancel order option in the app and what kind of app allows a purchase to go thru when the whole restaurant is out of stock.
Sloooowwww! The staff notified me that they don't receive mobile orders until 5 minutes before the time the app tells you to pick up your food which is always 20 minutes. Meaning if I'm at the restaurant, I'm waiting for 15 minutes before they even know I've ordered anything. That isn't fast food 😕 very disappointing....
No Contact, No Coupons, Very Limited. There is no way to contact app developers. The developer contact from GooglePlay blocks general emails. If you try through the app, it takes you to their website but that is only for Location issues not app issues! Coupons just don't work for me, which is infuriating. App is limited in customizability, like I hate American cheese but none of the options let you swap it.
This is the most useless app. You never get any deals, the app won't submit your order to the restaurant until 20 minutes after you order, so it doesn't expedite the pickup process at all. Might as well just order in the drive thru or inside.
After downloading the app and hoping for some coupons, I tried every Arby's within a 50-mile radius and none of them would take online ordering. I live in Dallas-Fort Worth! You would think Arby's restaurants in the middle of a huge city would be able to take online orders! We stopped going to Arby's several years ago because the food wasn't good. Having seen some of their new food additions, we wanted to try them out. But with no app or discounts, we will not be using them. Terrible app!
App orders do not go through to the restaurant. Restaurant manager had no idea about app orders, could not issue a refund, and just said to get lost. Lmao Terrible can't even create an account. The submit option is always grayed out when you enter account info. Waste of time. Can't imagine how bad it is once you get an account created
We've had a location by us for over a year and it's not even on the app 🤦♀️. I have no interest in paying delivery app fees so I was excited for this. The closest location listed is too far for delivery. What a waste.
App glitched out and wouldn't process the order and erased my free sandwich coupon. W/E, life goes on. I'll try again in a day or two. Placed an order for pick up. ASAP only time frame allowed. Ok. Fine. Pick up will be ready in 30 min? Huh... That's not ASAP. Can't go thru drive thru? Ok... I guess that's fine. I'll walk in. Oh, my order never came thru? Ok, here's what I ordered, go ahead and make it now. No reward points either. Why am I using this app again?
Apps are supposed to make ordering convenient. Having to type in all my card info every time is NOT convenient. Plus there are never any deals. Every other fast food app has deals. One of the worst fast food apps I've ever used.
Not sure what the point of the app is. You can't order anything. Anything this app might be useful for you might as well use a different one (like Google Maps for nearest location). Not even any prices.
The app is just like any other fast food app, w/ the exception that when you place your order for an asap pick up it makes it into a timed order. roughly 30mins after youve placed your order. Not really asap when I have to wait in a parking lot for 10mins
The app has been ok for a while but twice in the past week I've placed an order and arrived 15 minutes later and they haven't even received my order yet even though my card was charged right away. I had to wait 10-20 minutes at the restaurant each time before they received my order and were "allowed" to prepare my order.
I've been branching out more to Arby's, so I installed the app for quicker ordering. But what's the point of having the app when none of the locations are able to have online orders. The option of choosing a location should be removed if the locations don't offer app orders.
I love arbys and their food...but THIS APP HAS GOT TO BE UPDATED HAAARD. AND FIXED. I cannot find my location even though there is a restaurant down the road from me..and it can't pick it up to start my order. If you want to keep the app...it needs to be updated and done again to properly locate customers locations.
Awful. Placed an order for now and confirmation came through for tomorrow at 11am. Store doesn't have access to app orders w/o manager and manager wasn't there so they asked me to cancel my order.. Since you can't cancel an order once its placed I had to call the 800#. He put in a ticket to request my order be canceled and to keep an eye out for a credit via email in 5-7 business days. Since he couldn't guarantee that would happen, im to call back after that to check on my ticket. 🙄
They charged my credit card three times. As I was paying for an order you seen the app it showed that there was an issue with the payment. So I tried three times thinking that my order didn't go through but when I check my credit card found out they charged me all three times. Never seen an app like this before.
App used to get deals pretty regularly at launch, but now I haven't seen a new deal in at least half a year, now. Despite getting emails stating my account *should* have deals in the app, nothing loads in on the in-app deal page, nor if I log in on the Arby's website. +1 star just for the few deals I did manage to get before the app got worse and worse.
I placed order for ASAP and was told I had to wait half an hour for the order to pop up in the system and then wait additional time for the order to be made! Asked manager on duty if they could just make my order now and clear it once it shows up and he told me I have to wait. Order is already paid for, No option to cancel! So now I'm left waiting half an hour for a order! Very Bad Customer Service and Horrible app for making customer wait half an hour when using the option of ASAP!! NEVER AGAIN
This app SUCKS! If I could give zero stars it would be ZERO! Location doesn't work, payment doesn't save. Orders are not available to store immediately. App will place orders at closed locations and you never get the refund! AVOID THIS APP.
Mobile orders do not go directly to the restaurant when placed. We waited over 30 minutes for our order to come through. We were given a pick up time AFTER the order was placed and no way to cancel. We returned to work with no food and no refund.
Never works. Has never been able to find a location near me despite having 4 locations in the area. Absolute garbage. Same with their website.
Dont download, scam app and waste of time and money. I ordered and paid in the app and when I arrived the store said they received no order. I showed them the app and they said that it was the right address but they said they received no order. And it was a big order too so now im out like $30.
This app doesn't really do anything. At least on my phone. No online ordering available. No deals. The menu doesn't include prices. It can't even find Arby's restaurant locations on the map. What's the point?
The app is WORTHLESS. This is an email address grab. Arby's only reason for having this app is force you to give them an email address so they can sell it to marketing firms or individuals who are looking for a client list to sell / pester on a daily basis with garbage they can't sell anywhere else. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. THERE ARE NO COUPONS/ DEALS HERE. If it was bonafide app with real deals they would have fixed it long ago. It's just bait. They get your email and you get nothing
Was working yesterday when I added app. I even had a 50% off coupon for a wrap. However, today when I went to the restaurant to purchase my wrap and it says that the app has a new update. When I go to playstore to update app there is no update available. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, and it's still saying that there is an update available. I just gave up and payed full price for my wrap. EDIT: Tried again and I was able to update app and coupon is still available.
This app is trash. When you put in your payment info, it automatically orders whatever is in your bag. I added some of the order, but wanted to add some coupons and other things, but it just ordered it automatically. You can't add multiple payment methods and there is no support to cancel online orders. Also, there is no way to use the coupons or promo codes on the app. This is so outdated and archaic that it makes me sick. Fix it.
