I haven't explored yet that much but as for now I've noticed that home button sometimes doesn't work.. my phone is infinix note 10 pro. but i like it overall.. that's why I brought it right?.. there's more.. add option for icon, font size. option to lock position of home screen so they can't be moved or dragged.
No option to opt out from selling my data even though I have paid for this app. This app is keep sending data to FB which is irritating me and makes me to delete if I don't find a solution. In addition, I can't go to call history if I don't attach my contact. Beautiful graphics but no privacy. I hope someone will help to change my mind to five star. Thanks for your response. I'm not completely convinced about FB constantly collecting data and draining battery. However, I'll change the stars.
So great UI.. So unique so much clear, Looks elegant....I dont need to pull the status bar in this launcher coz everything is detailed and arranged so well.. The only flaw I see is quite battery optimization needed for older phones.. It drains out quicker than stock launcher.
I've been using Android since cupcake and I've used a lot of different launchers trying both free and paid versions. ARC launcher has been the best one so far, it's up there with Nova and Next launchers which I loved both. ARC launcher has lots of customization, themes, easy to use interface & smooth transitions. I would highly recommend this launcher. And the price is cheap for the quality. Totally worth every penny.
The design is nice, actually quite liked using it. But it slowly lost its snappy feel and started running quite slowly. Opening apps took 1-5 seconds, returning to screens would sometimes just be blank for a few seconds. Most annoyingly, and I don't even get how, it started messing up my app drawer. Apps wouldn't be visible in recent apps. I thought my phone was broken, but when switching to other launchers I have no problems with my app drawer. Plz fix, would love to use it. Thnx.
The more I use it, the more I enjoy it! I was looking for something completely different and after hunting through the play store and downloading and uninstalling a few launchers, THIS was the one that was completely user friendly while still being new and exciting. Absolutely everything can be configured to your tastes, the biggest obstacle for me was learning how to navigate everything! I love it! My friends love it but are a little scared of it, and my family wants it! THIS IS AWESOME!
Really freaking cool if you're into this type of look (which I am). Configuring and customizing goes way beyond any other cyber/tech style launcher that I've tried. It's also functional and helpful. Not just flashy looks. It's not perfect by any means, but i don't think that anything based on your own preferences can be unless you design it yourself.
I like the idea of this launcher. The set up of it was good. I enjoyed it. My issue with it though is the constant screen freezing. Or only seeing half of the screen when I really needed to see it all. It was easy to use and navigate round but unfortunately the freezing screen has made me drop from 4* to 3*
It's amazing! Only there are two annoying bugs. 1. The apps on the home screen surrounding the wave reactor thing disappear on their own. 2. The app drawer is not in alphabetical order. No matter how many times I restart the launcher. The S is where the L should be and a few other letters are scrambled as well. Please fix these when possible.
I installed yesterday. Today, the bottom buttons have disappeared (phone button, etc). Irritating! Edit: Now, a few days later, other issues have come up. For example, when I click on the home button it takes me to the empty widget page and I can't find another way to the homepage. Seriously, dont get this. The developer hasnt responded in any way. Hope this was helpful. Uninstalled.
Nice app, yet lots of bug fixing to go. The look-and-feel is novel and nostalgic at once, it feels like a golden-age Nokia phone. It may replace multiple other apps / widgets because all daily trivia is neatly sorted and placed where you would expect it. The DIY screen is supposed to quickly recolor / reshape the launcher. Supposed because it's glitchy as hell, lags and freezes all the time. Also the app has no scaling options of its own, may not work well with some font sizes / screen resolutions. Conclusion: don't use now, wait til they fix the bugs.
Installed and loved this app since december 2018. But the last update just messed everything up : messages to upgrade to the pro version I've already paid for, unnecessary hints and notifications, I guess it's gonna be time to move on to another launcher soon. Especially since it hasn't significantly changed in all the time I've used it: couldn't rotate then, can't rotate now... Shame though, the app is good, only the last update is bad, and significant improvements are non-existent.
*Samsung Galaxy Note 9* Absolutely fantastic! Responsive, intuitive, and fully customizable in so many different ways that I can't stop messing with all the different features. I'm not sure what is with everyone who's having issues but if you don't buy it I'm sure it won't have most of the advanced features and goodies that I'm addicted to lol. But if anyone thinks this is slow and cruddy, I would ask you to try again because this is the best launcher I've had yet. *Samsung Galaxy Note 9*
It stops working properly on every other update. It will be working beautifully then they'll update it and it starts crashing and doesn't work without restarting it anymore. i have an LG Q7+. At the moment, i can't even see my apps in the app drawer without restarting the aggravating thing. When it works, it's the best launcher out there.
I really like this launcher a lot. It's visually amazing, powerful features, and well designed. I love it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to try it out.
An excellent, futuristic launcher with tons of features, very customizable. You'll have to reorganize your former folders but it's worth it. A lot of system information on home/main screen. It did freeze once (tested on Samsung galaxy tab) but now seems to run stable. Amazing selection of live wallpapers. Overall a great launcher.
The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the lack of reactor options. I'd like to be able to make my own as well as themes. Not just what the launcher already offers. Otherwise though it's pretty cool.
Better and more sophisticated than Go. Love it. Used Go for 8 years and never bought it. Used Arc for 3 days and loved it so much I purchased it.
Been using for two months now. I like the futuristic layout and get asked what phone I have a lot. Takes a little bit to figure out but once you get the hang of it it's awesome. I like having my most used apps on the main page plus you can group. I constantly use the note taker at work instead of wasting stick notes...
I love it so much, the normal rows of app icons on one's home screen are ugly and boring. Not so with the Arc Launcher! Spent ages fiddling around with it, making it all beautiful, and it pairs really nicely with Glass Icons and Whicons. It loses a star because I can't hide apps, there are so many I don't use and it's annoying to have them cluttering up my 'app drawer'. You also can't change the icon size and spacing in the app drawer, and by default they are huge and very widely spaced.
Prior to the update, this app was incredible. Had it since Beata version on 3 different phones. The development progress was incredible to witness. Sadly since the last update (pro/prime Version bought at first availability) its turned into a nightmare of code that does nothing more than frustrate you, drain battery and leave you feeling like you wasted money. Developers are very responsive which is a plus👍but please get your act together and stabilize your software. It's nonsense
I quite like this launcher what puts me off is the constant asking for review and I paid good money for it. I have also come across some stuttering and crashes where I have to reboot my phone. Hopefully the dev can look into this and fix it and maybe speed up the animations. Other than that I like the way it looks on my device!
Great app. Even works on Galaxy fold for the most part. The only problem is under the themes page I cannot apply any themes whatsoever because I can't see the apply button or anything below the pictures for that matter. Otherwise it performs great. The only feature id like to see added is that when I apply a Samsung theme and an Arc theme they should work together if I so choose. Would open the launcher up to be way more versatile and customizable without having to add a ton of stuff constantly.
it's good.. iv been using this launcher for the past 6 months now after using go launcher for a number of years.. now this doesn't come close to being wasted good as Go, but it has potential.. it needs more customization like more screens, use widgets on those screens alone the option to personalize the arc would be good, add fonts and a sliding dock..but if you want something basic to change your home screen then this is for you..
It is so damn amazing ! I loved every feature that is available. My only gripe is that the Android Pie gestures don't work with this launcher and arc launcher double tap should also include screen lock and when you right swipe, provide an option to remove the page completely. provide these options and I will surely give a 5 star. Updated My review. This launchers has the best themes. Period. You'll have come a long way.
So far so good. It's a really nice and spectacular looking launcher for Android. Works with no problems on latest Android OS . Tried many launchers before but at the moment this one is my favourite.
Great launcher, so far I've been impressed. Music is missing an option for YouTube music.
It's got a great futuristic concept behind its design and I love the fact I can just press the flashlight button on the main screen for my light when needed but past that it's got flaws and a lot left to be improved on. I am hoping to see more crazy customization options coming and maybe the ability to change the ui color as well and not just the font color and then maybe download different ui options and mix and match to make your own custom look and maybe even add a custom keyboard design
