Arcaea - New Dimension Rhythm Game

Definitely the best rhythm game on smartphone I've played ! It totally fulfilled my craving to play Chunithm. Gameplay is easy to grasp, and its steep difficulty curve is perfect ! I especially like the potential score which scales with song difficulty levels. UI is also great. It has its share of good tunes, and the price is reasonable in my opinion. If it was an arcade game I would have spent way more lol Only flaw is the world map, it's a bit slow and mandatory even if you paid for a pack.

It's alight : - not that many of songs available, most of them are bought and having an option to try the maps a few time before buying would be cool. - the gameplay is not original but pretty good. - the artworks (UI, characters) are great. - no option no set the volume for the menu wich can be repetitive. - if you play on tablet it's really difficult to follow fast sky notes without burning your fingers on the screen, idk how to avoid this but this really prevents you to fc song over lvl 4/5

One of the best rhythm games I've ever played, the design, character, story, song, and chart are very satisfying to play, there are many songs that are indeed blocked by the paywall, but the price and quality of the songs are very suitable and that's worth to buy, and of course there are many free songs available too. the developers themselves are quite active in updating content and in-game events 10/10 for me

It's a fun game and providers a pretty good challenge with more advanced mechanics at higher levels. You need to tap notes at the bottom of the screen as it lines up with the horizontal line. Tapping the correct lane as the notes line up don't count as a successful tap. I'm not a fan of the line system since it doesn't feel satisfying to me. Despite this, I still had fun overall and would recommend to anyone to try. Thought I wouldn't like the songs since but I found some I enjoyed.

The free starting pack have good enough song to play freely. With additional purchasable packs with great songs for a rhythm game. The chart design also good. The game runs very well on a very low spec phone (my phone released 5 year ago). If you are an experienced rhythm gamer, this is definitely a community choice. The only downside are some things are VERY GRINDY to do, but if you're willing to cope then its a good game.

This game is gorgeous. I love the songs, design, characters, story, its all just so beautiful. The songs always get stuck in my head, some are just so enchanting. It makes me picture a scenery of sorts, something out of some sort of fantasy. And the design, oh my! It's simple and yet it feels, how should I say it.. elegant!? It looks smooth. There is also a multiplayer mode, and I'll also mention the game is available offline. Gameplay is amazing. Overall, spectacular game!

Plain and simple gameplay, challenging as can be, and great(but limited) collection of songs to playthrough! Although the selection of charts is small I find it so easy to get attached to them! I say this even though I've already spent money for more songs, yeah a little ironic coming from me. But I don't regret spending the cash; great game 9.9/10!

By FAR the most depth I've seen in a rhythm game. The amount of songs and modes make this a great experience. This game is the only mobile game I consistently play. That being said, PLEASE add a way to set the color scheme of a level. Sone levels have a bright theme while others have a darker theme. Although I understand that this is because of the story, I love playing some of the bright theme songs but most of the time it hurts my eyes. Maybe it could be added to visual settings. 10 of 10

The game mechanics are pretty easy to understand, most F2P songs are catchy, and paid songs are relatively cheap. There are things that needs to be improved such as: Arcs and some backgrounds needing touch-ups, letters in dark backgrounds needing light so I could see them better, stories need to add reader mode so I don't have to tap just to get to the next few lines, and maybe add changes to notes and lanes when using paid characters. Overall it's a great game!

Arcaea is a game so unique and fun, it has the privilege of managing to sit alongside quite literally any other rhythm game you play. The gameplay just makes you TOO impressive, it's addicting. Some gripes about the game would be the lack of a complete multiplier mode and the fact there isn't much free characters to unlock, both of which hinders the progression and can discourage any player from remaining in the game.

It's a great game and you have lots of patterns (songs). However, of (currently) 273 songs, you can only play 52, the rest have to be unlocked using memories (premium currency) which require money. I can understand that they don't want you to get memories easily because of licencing and legally borrowing another person's song to use. I would suggest an update that allows you to convert fragments into memories. E.g. 1000 fragments for 10; 10,000 for 100; and 100,000 for 1000 memories.

it takes some getting used to, 3d and all, but once you do, it's massive fun. songs are kind of costly, at about a dollar each, but there is a large free collection, and a song pack called World Extend is worth the price, since you get 20 songs for 10 dollars.

Everything is wonderful, love the game. But, im hoping that you could add a mode that allows you to practice a map that player already have at a specific difficulty and at a specific time in the future. If you can do that. That might be helping for some players. Thanks

Originally gave it 5 stars because it's honestly a really amazing game, but somewhere within the past few weeks my offset has gone completely screwy. Where I played with a +6 for over a year with wired headphones is now +130, sometimes even higher. As a player who relies a lot on the audio cues from the hit sounds, it makes it very hard to play. Not sure what changed, but it's disappointing even if I still try to enjoy the game.

Things that "could" improve the app: - difficult to understand format (makes sense with a little effort) - more songs at begginer level Good: - friend function - beautiful display - rewards work even if you haven't gotten better at the game - NO ADS :(人*´∀｀)｡*ﾟ+ Only reason why it's not a 5★: there is an immense limitation for songs at begginer level (it keeps me playing, but I know a few who have given up on the game, because of this)

This is a really great game, my only problem is that there aren't many free songs to play... almost all of the songs and the stories cost real money and players that dont spend money will get bored or feel burnt out of the game since there arent many free songs.... maybe you can atleast make some of the songs free, please make stories free? Thanks.

I've been playing this game for almost 2 years. The graphics are awsome but this is most likely a pay to win game. Only one pack is free, alright maybe 2 packs. But the rest of them? You have to buy them if you want to play the songs. The game is becoming really boring. I've been playing the same songs over and over again and I'm getting really bored of this game. Edit: I got all the main packs and it was truly worth it.

I really love this game, its lots of fun, the songs are great and really catchy, but there are a few things I'm disappointed in. For example, memories. The only way to get them is to purchase them, so you can't get them otherwise. That's a bit pay-to-play. I know you're trying to get revenue, but cmon, there's other ways, like I don't know, make a button where you can watch a ad for it? More people would flock to that, basically making you more revenue. I would say more, but there's a limit.

I don't know why people complain so much about the paywall of this game. It has to be paid in exchange for a better experiences. Those money you spent are for the further improvement and projects of Arcaea so it's worth buying. After all, if you truly love this game, you will spend for it. And for the difficulty, don't complain you just lack perseverance.

As with time passes by, loved the features especially the beyond difficulties. Despite the variety of song requiring payment, the f2p songs are enjoyable and a banger too. I'll probably buy a few song packs to read the stories, it seems others enjoyed might be worth investing money in it too!

This game is really fun, but it suffers a problem, I unfortunately cannot update the game anymore, every single update says it needs 2.3 GB when in reality its like 20-30 MB. if there is even a way to, it needs to be fixed.

This is among the best mobile rhythm games out there. Everything is high quality. Great gameplay, UI, song selection, and depth with progression and unlockables.

This game is great and i have a lot of fun playing it. There are events where you can get songs you would normally need to pay money for which is pretty cool. My only complaints are sometimes it feels like i miss notes i shouldn't (I cant tell if its me or the game though). And i kinda wish there were events where i could get songs i missed from past events.

I've only played arcaea for about a month or so and it's been great, I love the songs, the mechanics, the maps and everything. The only thing that I have a problem with is that sometimes it doesn't register my touches on arc notes even tho I'm clearly pressing on the sky input. Other than that, it's an overall great game

I've been playing this for a while now, and I must say, it's a very good game. But please, lowiro. Fix the arcs on Android. A lot of the time it just doesn't recognize any input and I keep on losing on songs I'm perfectly good at. That's the only bad thing about it arcaea. I'll give it 5 stars when it's fixed/at least playable.

This is the first rhythm game I was focusing on back when 2020. Pretty unique game especially for the arc. Looks like SDVX, and it's really enjoyable to play. The songs or musics are pretty good, I love many of them. I'm a p2p player, and it doesn't disappoint me. Thanks for the game and the songs for lowiro and those artist who support this game.

this is the best rhythm game i've ever played, first the gameplay is so unique especially the arc and the sky notes one, second the feature like link play and adding friends is so cool i have so many friends bc of this game, third the songs are so cool bc it was made by an artist (even tho u need to buy memories to buy the packs or the songs) but i don't mind spending money on this game, fourth the partner system its so cool u can play with a unique partner skill

Great game love it cause of the game play mechanics and everything that should represent a rhythm game is here. I think that if you could make it little easier to get the songs a little better people would more than what they are doing now.

I had the game before the update and after the update I uninstalled it. This was because they had removed all the previous songs and replaced them with new ones. Now, some how after re-installing it this year, I find the game to be just like how it was before its update. Don't know how things happened, but I'm glazed about it!!
