Arcane Quest 3

I have put around 7 hours in so far, and have enjoyed the game very much! I was searching for a " heroquest" type of game and was pleasantly surprised how much it feels like playing the original board game ( unfortunately I never got to play the old vidya game). Another great thing is ads only play between dungeons, give this game a shot. The only thing keeping it from a perfect score is I would have liked to create my own character even if only it was cosmetic.

Very fun! Love good single player turn-based rpg's when I just want to immerse myself in a world without a lot of chitchat! There isa new multiplayer section if you want that. Some characters seem a bit weak and vulnerable at first, and I do wish there were some more instructions on how to get started, but overall the game is fun, absorbing, and a good time-waster! Oh, yeah, one more thing, is it possible to set up a quick "save game" button without having to "leave it and save"? True, it doesn't mean a ton of extra steps, but I save frequently, so if a favorite character dies, I can go back a save point to resurrect it! Otherwise, I've been enjoying it a lot!

I adore this game! I love RPGs and adventure/quest games and have played many, but this one is unique because the game is set up more like a board game. Your heroes can only take however many steps and actions per turn and whatnot. There is a bit more reading than I'd usually prefer and I always have trouble connecting to the server, but other than that it's perfect and I wouldn't change a thing!

I appreciate the game's detailed yet streamlined mechanics. The different enemies, tons of loot and equipment, various dungeons, skills and abilities keep this from getting stale. The tuning of options allows this to run like water on my Sony ultra. Definitely well thought out and made by those who love the rpg/board game genre. Also, great design and art work. Couldnt help but purchase the bundle for 2 dollars or so.

I've played all of the arcane quest games and this one is by far my favorite. Even has an interesting storyline. I legit recommend it to anyone that likes the turn based playtime of games. This is actually one of a total of 2 games I've ever spent money on...2 bu KS and I got the full version. Can't argue with that price yo lol. Especially for a game that is just as fun when you replay it with new heros as the first time over. Thanx developers ;-).

I am thoroughly enjoying Arcane Quest 3. I love the calm and calculated pace of the game. It's challenging but not ridiculously difficult. The game system is easy to understand and makes sense. And best of all it's free to play and offline! If you're looking for a good turn-based dungeon crawler I highly recommend giving Arcane Quest 3 a try!

It is a good game. The story and characters are interesting.There are some improvements that the dev team could implement. Rolling a dice to determine movement distance is annoying when no enemy are present. Finding a rare key to open a locked chest just to find a tiny potion. Chests should have proper rewards. When zoomed out it is difficult to ascertain who is who. When passing potions, you have to remember who is standing where. Why not allow clicking on the portrait picture. I could go on.

Awesome Game... But as someone who switches devices throughout the day, being forced to purchase the ultimate 3 dollar marketplace addon on multiple devices is stupid. Yea sure whats 3 dollars on 1 device, then 2, then 3? so essentially 9 dollars to play the game? UPDATE!: For anyone else experiencing this. It seems as though the other device needed to wait a while to get updated to reflect that I purchased the ultimate 3 dollar pack.

Please please please allow us to do multiplayer quests without second player with just two characters. Its nigh impossible to find someone online. Apart from that the game is great. If you are looking for a nice squad-based RPG experience - this one is your top choice by far. Its is reasonably priced (you can buy all aditional characters with one IAP which costs less than ONE hero in WQ) and the game does not milk you for money after that. Heroes are different from each other and provede you with a chance to actually use tactics. AI is goo enough to prioritise low hp and low defense targets. There is even some plot there and decent writing. Enemies dont differ much apart from casters. Dice mechanics takes 5 minutes to figure out, but it is much more entertaining than regular "hit" or "miss" in other games. You can actually calculate the probabilities of rolling average or top numbers, which is pretty cool. Mechanics are easily visible. Overall i believe it is best priced tactical RPG i've seen so far and has more heroes, content and fun than many others.

Great game! Amazing game play. Lives up to the sweet table top game it resembles! Ultra affordable unlocks. I managed to unlock everything forever with a miniscule amount of play points. The graphics are superb for a mobile RPG. Nice character variety. Gear system is very nice and easy to understand. Highly recommended. Very addictive.

For a free mobile game the core gameplay of exploring a dungeon in a party via tactical RPG mechanics the game offers a very deep and rewarding experience. The story bits are well written, reminiscent of those interactive story games which is just the video game versions of choose your own adventure books. Except you don't choose the story, it is just the context to the dungeon you are exploring. The variation in design and atmosphere for each dungeon just shows how far this series has come.

My only complaint is that saves can only be performed with a "save and exit" feature, which is obviously designed so that if you choose to reload then you're invariably going to have to watch an ad. I like to save often, so I found this tedious, and therefore uninstalled.

Wanted to like this, especially since I've been enjoying arcane quest legends. However, I didn't even have the chance to play as the same just sat on the "downloading obb..." screen without any indication of progress or if anything was happening. No progress bar or anything. Gave up and uninstalled.

I usually think turn based games are boring but I really like this one. I like the gear customization and the ability to name characters. The enemies offer a decent challenge even at the required level. The strategy makes it an exciting game as well.

I will give this game a 5 once they give you a trial/ description of the new characters, or be able to look at their skill tree, I am not opposed to paying for content, especially in free games (everybodies gotta eat) but I want to know what I'm buying, like I went into this game hoping that their would be a summoner/necromancer type character and that could be the shaman but idk because it doesnt say anything. The controls are ok, I've definitely played games with worse but over all its good

I like the Design of the game but I miss the dice rolling movements found in the first Arcane. The dice rolling is what led me to purchase the first game because it resembled DnD, which is an awesome game. The pre-determined walking mechanics now make this game look like shining force. I don't really like the game now.

I was looking for a game that was like Gloomhaven, but on my phone, and boy does this scratch that itch. This is a great game, easily worth the $2.99 for the in-game "buy everything" package. Totally chill experience, save anytime, board-game-esque game. I love it.

One of the best RPG's on GP! Great storyline! Smooth play. Just a few of minor things that bug me. No place to buy potions, finding keys for chests and figuring out how to gain some of the magic spells. Keep hoping I'll find these things eventually. All and all it's a great game!

Was excited at first because of the old D&D style of play (Neverwinter Nights: Mask of the Betrayer), but quickly uninstalled when I saw almost all of the classes locked behind a pay-wall. Nope, not interested, especially with all the complaints about people buying stuff and then getting wiped.

DAMAGE!!!! One of the best games i ever played on phone/tablets!!!!! #2 on my list of 2 games that are worth playin falling short only to Grim Soul only because i been playin grim soul for year or two now. Great game, totally awesome with no money spent. Great developers who are attentive to issues which i can totally dig!!!!! A must have!!!!

The developers need to have serious words with themselves. The number of times supposedly trained combatants are displaying a marked inability to hit the broad side of a barn is ridiculous. One creature wiped my entire party, without taking damage in six full rounds of combat, despite being surrounded. That's just idiotic.

The action is tight. Beginning to play is intuitive and entertaining. And maintaining your party in the dungeons is unique and easy to pick up. It is one of my two favorite games on the android platform.

Me, I like the game, cool lil turn based dungeon game and nice lil graphics for what it is. I like it and find it very entertaining 👍 you can do a lot more details with this platform I'd imagine if you wanted to. Providing you gain the momentum and fan support of course 👍 But ultimately... I like it 👍
