Very easy wonderful nice app but I hope I get more features in playback mode like watching 2 screens at once or adjusting the play speed. However the last 2 updates develop an issue to me it keeps rising the brightness all the way up and that is annoying as hell.

Overall good and works decent so far. Has all the same features as Google Nest which I sold to get anran solar cams at a fifth of cost. 2 way audio isn't the best but probably due to wifi connection/ speed. App needs some work and upgrades like preview shot video notifications, zoom on recorded video. Needs to be just like Google nest. Support concerns me after reading all the reviews if I ever need to get help with anything and it's clear they don't respond either to reviews.

during ther day they're great, at night they're extremely pixelated and choppy and i can't even view them on the app anymore tried to delete and re-add them to app, just keeps telling me wrong username or password, and never any customer support, I've sent several messages never get a response

This apk is very worst. It takes too long to load, sometimes it couldn't respond. Don't know why

New Updates s-uks it doesn't work anymore I don't know how much owner did not address the issue ? I was about to give 5 stars before this Updates but now thinking of returning both the items if this issue does get resolved!!

This app is very poor. The old CamHi app was much better but does not work with the new cam version...

When there is a power interruption the IP cam does not automatically reconnect to wifi network.

lags behind, know not getting push notifications, what's going on

Crashes immediately upon opening and download in latest Android version on pixel. Have also come across a few bugs here and there on the correct language not being displayed for a dialog box. Would probably have more difficulty with the system in general if I wasn't already familiar with security devices.

Buggy. I can't register because the confirm button is not highlighted and cannot be pressed.

Zero updates on software for the camera system, zero support on their website. No firmware updates or even any firmware downloads at all on their "support" page. Although the app works ok for viewing the camera stream it turns the screen brightness up to full and makes it unable to adjust (rather suspect if you ask me) and the notifications are so slow they are completely useless

Cctv on my cell, with playback and notifications. Great app! Could make it easier to swipe from one cam to the next tho, seems like it never recognizes when I'm in a hurry trying to swipe over to cam 4.....meh still a solid app tho!

Great little system, works as intended. That it's until you accidentally switch it too 1080p format that leaves you unable to ser the menu to switch the format back. No reset or obvious way to resolve the issue and no answer when I call the contact number. Help!!

Apps works great but I suspect the hardware is the issue. I can only connect when on my own WiFi network. It started loosing 4g connectivity a few weeks ago now nothing. I've checked the DVR and settings haven't changed.

Can NOT sign in or view on phone due to a ap bug. No one has bothered to contact me about my numerous messages that I have sent to you

system seems ok until you need to download a file , then it records and nothing is on the memory stick , any advise ?

This app is worthless. It says my qr code is invalid and won't let me see, record, or do anything. Waste of time, waste of data, waste of space, this app is just as worthless as the absolute garbage DVR I got from these buffoons. I'd be better off using a rock as a security camera because this company just sells junk that doesn't work. No customer service, no help whatsoever. I will never waste money on this joke of security company again, uninstalling, throwing the dvr in the garbage, DONE!

I'm going to have to agree with everyone else here. Lots of money spent on an Anran system and the app for the phone and computer are lousy. I have strong internet and when all cameras are loaded, playback just looks at me and says "what. you want me to work now". Anran, please put some programmers on ALL your apps and programs and make them work.

I have purchased ANRAN security cameras last week and working better then I thought, just amazing! Wished I did this a month ago! High quality honestly really good for that what I paid. The app on our phones, TV and tablets is great.

This has got to be the World's, Slowest, worst Cloud base wireless camera system. " EVER ! " Just don't even bother with this product you'll thank me later it's an over seas company in China i believe . It never sends notifications, and you can't enter you phone number.
