The must app for Arclight Cinemas patrons. It has improved drastically since the first version. The only drawback is the long-long-long time bug in Rewards — even in 2020 it is still showing me a fantom (because it's not actionable in any way) reward "Get paid membership valid through 08/25/18". No typos here - 2018! Also it is impossible to pay for that said membership in the app. Actually I failed when I tried to to it through Arclight website as well. They don't want your money! 😆
First off Arclight cinemas are the very best in LA. The seats and arm rest are wider than normal! The picture quality and sound are top notch! The app is very easy to use to pick a time and movie! I do not go to any other movie house! Arclight is exceptional movie experience!
I hope Arclight plans to invest more in their app. It works fairly well, but the Customer Support functions (requesting assistance, having your password reset, etc) need work.
So far so good. Was able to get tickets using vouchers provided by customer care. This previously use to be a hassle as you could only redeem them in person.
So easy! We actually go to the movies more because we can get the seats we love and in advance! Easy to use and the points aren't bad, either.
The app rarely works. Movie history often does not update so you can't scan into your current film.
Easy to use. Can purchase tickets via the app and you get a digital ticket that you can scan scan at the ticket stand.
I'd like it to do a better job of saving my login, but other than that, there's no better way to buy Arclight tickets.

This app used to work great, but then out of the blue the upcoming purchases started showing history of last year instead. So now I can never get to my tickets after purchased because it also stopped sending confirmation emails. I've had to have the staff look up my tickets with my credit card on their computers so they can print them out. This almost defeats the whole purpose of the app. I've sent multiple messages alerting them off this problem but to no avail. Problem exists after reinstallin
