Before downloading and accessing ARCOS Mobile, your business must have the application available to their users. Additionally, your designated Support Administrator should be contacted first in order to receive your login credentials.

Absolutely garbage. We use SSO credentials, the app won't log you out, so you have to sign out and sign back in every time you want to use it. It crashed this morning when I had a call out, missed the call because of this garbage system. Works as well as arcos workbench, (which is to say almost non functional) so I guess I should have expected it. Update: 1-3-22, now I can't log in at all even after reinstalling, just get a halp page of random characters.
As stated countless times application logs you out constantly. Have to re-sign in every time app is opened. I am on the latest version still having issue. Obviously this is not for security reasons or a keep logged in tab wouldn't be on sign on screen. Sad that so many have complained about this for months and nothing has been done. Shows company dosent care. ARCOS You are costing people money by missing call outs. Please do the right thing and fix this problem.
This app requires a login every single time I use the app even if I have the box check marked to stay logged in. The SSO login for Delta does not work and gives me a error page every time. Login error for pin also. It shouldn't even logout at all. Yes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version. Time is of the essence during a call out and therefore this app hinders my ability to pick up a trip because it requires time to login each time. It's a known issue that you fail to recognize.
Constantly logs off without notification
Terrible, fix the password issues, update 12-28-2021 - you should be ashamed of yourselves for how bad this app is. Logs the user out almost every time. This app is used as part of our livelihood. Fix the logout issues
The app doesn't retain password. I would rate it 0 stars if possible. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app as advised I have done all of the updates but still it requires a password almost every time I open the app. It has cost me money when I can't answer my phone and I am being called out I have tried to go into the app and accept the call. And because it doesn't hold my login I missed the call out.
Gets stuck on 'My Account'. I have restarted my phone, deleted then reinstalled the app, same thing. Besides that it will randomly log you out without notification. Has been like this for the last 2 years. I'll argue that this is the worst functioning app on my phone and has been since original install years ago.
Crashes every 1-2 minutes response: notnsure if its company wide. I know a lot have complained about it. When I log on, view the trip, accept or deny it, I need to hurry, because every minute to maybe 90 sec it will just shut down. So basically I have 60-90 sec to open, do what I need, then save. ive tried reinstalling it same issue.
Keeps logging you out, beginning of last year worked great, whatever you did to it screwed it up. How bout a fix
App constantly logs you out. Passwords don't need to be as complicated. This app could be leaps and bounds better for how simple it is. I am a 3+ year user. Used to be better. Arcos- yes I have the latest version so don't ask.
Trying to download after uninstalling because of issues. Now install is stuck on pending. Can u help me.
After last update it won't keep me logged in. Everytime I open the app I have to log in again even though I have the "keep me logged in" turned on. It gives me a "403" error. This isn't the first update this issue has happened. How can this continue to be a problem?
Developers listened and implemented one of my requests thanks! It's way better than the old fashioned phone call system. I even assigned a different ringtone for the app :) However, it logs me out constantly. Today, I got a call and expected to be able to acknowledge or decline on ARCOS like previous and couldn't. Why?
12/10/2020 Logs out whenever it wants. Doesn't work the way it was explained it would. I've been dealing with this system for the last three years and is very sporadic on how it works. I'm sick an tired of having to call tech people. Quit charging money if you can't deliver a quality product! 11/29/2021 FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!!! FIX YOU FREAKING APP!!!!! THIS IS BS!!!!!!! It was fine until it logged me out. now it wont let me log back in. reset my password and everything, but it says to check my connection. clearly if i can write this review my connection is just fine. **update, 6 hours later it magically lets me log in. i should note that my iPads arcos always worked, so it's just an Android neglect issue.
App was just a second ahead of any call I got, therefore I could never accept a call before my phone would ring. My password expired every i don't even know how often cause it seemed to be expired every time I went on call. It may last 4 weeks, then seems would last 6 weeks. Then it i had to come with a completely different password. Why does it even need a password? Is someone going to sign in as me and accept my call out??? This app was very useless
Constantly logs me out, there's always an error 403 message.
Terrible. For the last several months it logs you out every time you close the application. I've updated several times and still no fix.
App is horrible. Won't let me sign in even after changing my password, says invalid even though I changed it with the link they sent me. Guess they get paid by the companies that use their useless service though so thats all that matters. Wish I could give zero stars.
Use to be good but recently it has been logging me out every day. So frustrating when I usually accept a call out through app but can't since logged out. Any time frame on a fix?? All updates have been installed.

App constantly logs itself out. Without being logged in, it receives no call outs. Basically as worthless as a disconnected phone.
Constantly signing me out. Get called in the middle of the night, only to be forced to sign in, again, half asleep in the dark. If it would quit signing me out, there wouldn't be any issues.
Signs me out every little bit even though i have it set to keep me logged on. When I try to reset my password and it says my email doesnt match my username, every time. Very unreliable app
Randomly logs you out. When you don't remember the password, we'll, good luck because the "forgot password" button doesn't do jack. Absolute garbage.
Can't log in at all I use my employee ID number and my pin for the call in. Which is what my coworkers use. Theirs work, mine doesn't. No email or number to call to correct this either.
App logs out constantly. Every day or every other day. Get called in the middle of the night and you have to log to accept the call or reset password and call is gone by then.
This app is garbage, every time you want to change your password it bugs out and you have to reinstall the app.
Each time my password expires I get locked out. Instead of the app letting me change my password, it just says I'm locked out and need to call my administrator. I've never used any other app or program that does this, only leaving one star because I can't leave less.
