Love the store, but not the app. Can't even sign onto the app to try it! Reset my password, cleared cache, restarted phone, restarted app...no luck. So I tried to create an account and it tells me there's already an account with my email address. After spending so much time filling my cart, I couldn't sign in to get the app promo, so I never completed the purchase. I'm just going to uninstall it and stick to the online method.
I really love the app and the shipping is very fast! If I could make one suggestion, once you've selected a sweater (as an example) that has matching sweat pants, it would be nice if the matching pants showed up as a suggestion instead of trying to find them. Sometimes it shows up right next to it but sometimes it doesn't.
I love this store bit what's with yout app. It's good and all but it seems to wanna crash all the time. pls fix it, there's SERIOUS SHOPPING TO BE HAD !!
The app was great! But the only thing I have to complain about is the wishlist. At first, it was working great, until I added more than 10 items. It won't let me add anything to my wishlist and it won't let me see my wishlist. But overall, I love how it gives you notifications on when they're are deals! If the wishlist was fixed, this would be my favourite app no competition!!
I've seen some negative reviews but I have to be honest here I've never had any issues for myself. I've always had fast shipping etc. Always got the correct items and everything was great. however One thing I will say the suprise bags aren't as good anymore, i know it doesn't have anything to do with the app itself but ardene should definitely make them like they used to (used to be lots of stuff) now you get about three items, and it looks like they threw in stuff that was faulty or weird.
Have issues with the app crashing quite often. Can't save my shipping address and can't use the membership card in store as it refuses to scan. As a result, I'm not getting the 10% off of my purchase in store; since the company made the old physical Ardene membership card obsolete. If you're going to force customers to download the app just to get the 10% savings we got with the physical card that was rendered useless, please allow us to actually USE the card on the app to get the 10% off 🙄
Can't view my wishlist!! I spent HOURS adding favorite items to my wishlist! When I open app I can see the heart says 358 but when I click on it which would usually show my wishlist items I added there's nothing!! It says there are no items in my wishlist. I even tried signing out and then back in, nada. So frustratingly came to play store going there was an update to fix this. Nope. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!! I love Ardene, but after spending so much friggin time I wanna cry now!
Love the app and also use the web version. Its just so convenient and I dont have the ability to get to the store in person and I find online has more options anyhow. Its just fabulous and I order monthly to be honest haha I just wish you could track shipping through the app or website which you can't. Other than that it would be 100% perfect
The checkout always screws up for me and I always have to uninstall and reinstall the app but usually, after going through that hassel, I can at least still use the app and my loyalty card. Just wish the app had less technical difficulties with specifically removing things from my cart. It shouldn't be that hard to NOT buy things that I never even clicked two of...
New update has ruined the app. I used to love browsing the app I go on it at least once a day but since the update on October 23 the app only stays open for 3 to 4 minutes then freezes and shuts down. Can you please fix this or is it possible for me to uninstall the update?! It is ruining my experience! I want to get back to shopping without having to restart the app every few minutes. Very disappointed with the update it worked fine before.
This app is user-friendly and well organized. I've shopped in-store many times so I know their style of products well, but this is my first time ordering through the app. Prices are pretty fair for the quality of the products, and delivery time says 5-7 days with no fees for local shipping, so I'm definitely liking the experience so far. All that aside, hopefully there are no delays 🤞🏼😊
I've always LOVED this shop. Although since I have gained some weight I now have to buy a bigger size (11) - the biggest size available for bottoms in most cases - rediculous. The sizing is off. I'm usually a M but I got a L, they fit like a M/are almost too small. I just had the worst experience with Ardene I've ever had & will not be using the app again. They sent a random green pair of shorts instead of light blue denim ones & you have to pay a fee to return items. 3 ⭐ bc I liked 4/10 items.
I love this app!!! I order from it allll the time and it's awesome, however I'm giving a 4 star rating because when I click on my orders I always get the "oops something went wrong" error message so I have to search through past emails to check my orders to make sure I don't double order items.
I have given this brand so many chances and I'm getting very frustrated. I was charged for two coats when I bought one, had it corrected and then they sneakily went straight to my bank to RE-charge me for the second coat that I never recieved. I went to my bank to get it corrected and the minute my bank contacted them to see what the charge was, they finally refunded it for real. Now I'm currently having an issue where they charged me for two items I did not receive. Sneaky and frustrating.
I love ardene clothing, inexpensive but not completely disposable and toxic like other cheaper brands. Some of my favorite joggers and hoodies are from there and have really lasted well. The reason I give a 3 star review is because their online shipping times are terrible. An order can take up to a month to arrive. I understand with the pandemic, there has been adjustments for all businesses but in this day and age... the shipping times make me look elsewhere, often.
Some things to consider which would make the app better is a shareable wishlist that can be sent to someone so they can purchase items for you. A rating system by other customers who bought the items, It would be helpful to know how things fit on people before purchasing online. Having all items available in app that are in store! Items need to load faster. Removing items that are sold out or showing how many is left. Its not cool to buy stuff then be told days later, too bad its not coming.
I love this app, I go on it all the time! Only thing is, I've received an email to let me know that my discount code is expiring in a couple of hours, and now I can't update my cart (delete items, move items to wishlist, etc) so I will lose my 20% discount.
App is useless. Deleted and installed after writing my first review but randomly wipes my cart (within 40 mins!!) - - you delete a combo item from your bag it will not load properly when you add a different one to replace- if something goes out of stock it won't notify which item in cart or just delete it auto, so if you check out it won't let you but won't say why and you have to go through each item you've chosen to see which are out of stock then go back to cart and delete it...
It took along time to get but it's the holidays so I should have expected as much. I like the items I got from my first order a lot so outside of the holiday season I think I would order again. Four stars because the app was too buggy to order from but the website was fine.
Super easy to use! With COVID, this is my new go-to, especially with their constant sales going. Very happy with all my purchases in the past year, the app is super easy to use, and they are great at getting things shipped quickly!
I'm loving the clothes and price just down loaded the app to buy some new clothes for my daughter the app is easy to use but it's freezing up and I had 100+ dollars of items in my cart and I am so annoyed every time I click a picture to add to my cart it freezes completely boots me off the sight. Then have to find it again thats frustrating I am that frustrated I might uninstall I was gonna buy my daughter shorts & shirt outfits, few dresses, rompers, shoes and accessories but taking to long..
The app install and run no problem, easy to browse around, but some reason unable to compelet the order, on final step after tap on "place order", shows loading circle then stays on same page, didn't show any error or advance to next page, tries few more times, end up compeleted the order over internet browser instead.
Got the app and spent a while building a cart and today I decided to place the order but it won't let me log in. I have no issues logging in on the website but there's an error whenever I try on the app, and if I try to checkout as a guest instead, it tells me my cart is a different price every time even if it never changes. Went from $0 to $998 when it should be about $300. Was getting pretty pumped about my order and now I'm just bummed
Terrible online and in store experience: it took over a week for my order to even be shipped but then in the shipping confirmation email I got, it shows two of my items are missing!! What the heck? I paid for those! You contact their support email and you get a generic reply to check out the FAQs. The FAQs section of their website is broken (won't show answers) and besides doesn't even have a question regarding missing items. Their store staff are also usually very rude and condescending.
Pretty easy app to find things and to navigate through but my cart kept emptying on its own. It happened multiple times where I had to keep going through everything again and add to the cart. So that was very annoying.
Excellent app, no bugs, super easy to navigate, all the info you need for all items on sizing, description, and stock available, checkout is quick and easy with multiple payment methods to choose from, clothing is good quality, true to size, and good value for your money, I recommend Ardene and their app.
Adding items to wish list is frustratingly slow. Adding to cart is a bit slow, too. Most recent update won't let me log in. It indicates my password is too long and yet that's the length it allowed when I signed up. So this app is currently useless for me.
When I placed my order it said I wouldn't be charged until the items shipped. I checked and was charged at the time of purchase and when I received my shipment notification I checked and was charged a 2nd time for the exact amount. If u place an order double check the number of times u were charged after u get the shipment notification. I emailed a week ago w proof of both charges and haven't heard back.
The app is okay, easy to navigate but I just didn't like that I can't seem to find a way to access order history within the app. I have to use a browser every time i need to check on my orders. You would've thought having an app would give you the option to check on them but I guess not.
Works great! A little slow when loading wishlist; it's annoying when the wishlist refreshes back to top with every adjustment and that it no longer shows when something is out of stock... It's helpful to be able to adjust size and quantity in the wish list, and delete items, then click an 'update' button when finished, same with the shopping cart. But otherwise, the app is cool. I enjoy using it.
