I have a problem when I take a screenshot from the app. It turn out always a black screen and nothing appears on it.

Just like the bank, or any bank now for that matter, this app is trash. And just like most banks, you should stay as far away from it and have as little do do with it as possible. So long Argenta, i'll remember the days when you weren't just another money-hungry bunch of liars
The app is available only in FR and NL. Strange that it's not available in EN when so many customers of Argenta are expats (Just take a look at the number of reviews in EN - that's a sign, Argenta). Also, the app does not provide for the option of push notifications, which even ING has. In a word, Argenta's app is far more rigid and cumbersome than the Argenta branch that I bank at.
Very frequent updates, which would be ok if you didn't have to reactivate every time and then hope activation works. Last time it was hanging on setting pin with very helpful errorcode 'something went wrong'. I figured it out eventually, but error handling like that is as ridiculous as the Windows unknown error. App itself is ok'ish, but last time ItsMe auth was broken.
I'm new client with Argenta Bank. So far so good comparing to the app of other Banks this app works just perfect easy to login and friendly userinterface. The app reactes quickly no waiting time to give you the results. Easy to link with bancontact app using It'sme. To be honest I have to tray paying invoices, which is not that important to me. Keep the good job.
Normally happy with the app, but reinstalled it on another phone and can't make instant payments anymore. Been told it's about the settings of push notifications but can't find what's wrong with my settings. All notifications seem to be enabled for Argenta.
Why AGAIN an update, of with the previous version no more supported!? This is the 5th time i have to re-install the app in less than one year, how is this possible? There is no space on my affordable phone, so i have to do a LOT of effort to make the updating process possible. Could we please have a version once which stays valid for a year or so?
Awesome app. Feature request: When paying with a credit card it would be cool to see the amount that you have spent this month on your bank account overview. E.g.: BE78 ... 6859 GREEN Total: €4000 Credit card spendings (this month): €500 Right now I have to go to the card first to check spendings this month. Don't know if other banking apps have this but as a first time credit card holder this would be nice.
The app is clear and easy to use but oh my.. the amount of updates! It's just annoying at this point. The app works just FINE without the unnecessary updates. Every time there is an update some features get added but those are so unnecessary. Don't try to fix what isn't broken please
Steady increase of new features is nice. No issues using it day to day. Only reason it's not worth 5 stars is because the app is taken down way too much for "maintenance". Most of the time this also occurs during 'normal' hours, increasing the inconvenience even more.
Very good app, A lot of functions. And they are working on new good features everyday. It's the best banking app from Belgium. I am also a developer and see they really work hard on it. And a very fast and good support team.
Since the visual updates of the app, more and more functions are added (for example credit card balance). I really appreciate the effort, although it's a bit late compared to other banks.
Good solid banking app, does everything you need it too. Available in Dutch and French. The addition of an English language option would be a positive (for me at least!)
Huge nuisance after another new (obligatory) "improved" version (spring'2021) rendered the previous version invalid. Now, I cannot re-install the app any more at all. Really very vexing/ uiterst vervelend & teleurstellend!
The app has a very nice UI and provides at least the basic functionality you would expect from an online banking app. It would be nice if English was supported.
Goes offline far too often, and seemingly impossible to log onto the web site. Also apparently very hard to simply order a new Digipass - which malfunctions constantly too.
As a Dutch customer with only a savings account the app cannot be used as it forces you to register with a bank card which i don't have. Pretty poor for 2022.

Missing a way to process bills automatically like the Zoomit feature in the Fortis app. Otherwise, nice and clean look, and regular feature updates.
I was forced to update and after waiting for 22minutes in the Play store the update didn't go through. I started again in the Argenta App but was once again forced to update which didn't work... again. After 7 attempt s I quit but was unable to do online payments. Not happy.
Won't download and chrashes, after uninstalling an re-installing it started to download. Took some effort.... App seems to work fine but the upgrading failed.
I am extremely satisfied with this app. It made possible for me to transfer money without my pc or a laptop, it's very easy to use with an user friendly interface.
App works fine most of the time but: -) the automatic instant increasement of the 1250 euro limit on the free creditcard, which was very usefull in the past, no longer works: "need to contact local office" is always the respons. -) if payconic plugin or app fails you need the helpdesk; helpdesk friendly but always redirects and often just hangs up after 15 min. of waiting line without solution. -) Payconic sometimes bugs out which can mean 'no paying with Bancontact' for several days ...
