App is fine, but change in option makes it useless. Used to use everyday but they removed the menu item that I purchase most frequently. They're all still available in store, and on the menu in store, but can't order through the app anymore. Stopped going to Argo as a result unfortunately because I went because the pre-order was such a convenient option.
Good app, but not fully compatible with newest version of Android. I updated my Android device and now the barcode is blurry. It takes a few tries to recognize barcode image and process payment.
Can't use this app for right now until it gets updated. Unfortunately the version I have doesn't work on my phone anymore.
app scan code for paying in store doesn't work because it doesn't support the updated version of my phone . please update the argo app!
All stores in NYC permanently closed. Very disappointed, loved the teas and the staff at Madison Square Park and Columbus Circle.

DO NOT USE this app! First off the store promised a $5.00 bonus for signing up and using the app, which was never received. Secondly, the app does not allow customers to select the amount of money to load on the account. The only option is a $25.00 preload that AUTOMATICALLY reloads after your balance falls below $10.00. Lastly, the app does not work well with store technology and does not provide a easier way to pay. Just use your card to pay for your products.
GOOD: 1. Efficient way to pay 2. Less laggy 3. Easy to scan credit cards in BAD: 1. Lack of custom balance value. 2. Have to remove payment method to avoid auto-charging (I used my mother's credit card since I am only a kid)
In theory, I love this idea to avoid waiting to pick up drinks. In practice, the app crashes every second time I use it. I'm constantly installing/reinstalling. It's annoying and unprofessional.
Preordering is awesome, you don't have to wait in line anymore! Paying is easy without having to mess around with credit cards.
It continues to tell me the State of Illinois is not recognized . It worked fine earlier this year.

Has always worked great and it's super fast. I didn't realize how much I'd save by joining loyaltea
Twice I've been overcharged, because the person isn't clearing previous transactions so they accumulate and whoever the sucker is when they clear, pays for all the previous transactions.
It's great for online ordering so I don't have to wait in line. My only real suggestion is to add more modifiers such as add espresso or any flavors to any drink.
Of little use unless you live in New York. Also, while I see the benefits of being able to use your phone to pay, should also have the option not to have to store your credit card data.
Being a loyal coustumer,I always trust argo for their fine tea. Find their iced tea selection more vast and budget friendly than Starbucks. I'm glad this app helped me get great rewards l!
I loved this app until I upgraded my phone to a note 4.. I can no longer preorder.. it won't load that section of the app.. anyone else have this issue..
There's a button for online ordering bit it doesn't display (is empty).

Awesome concept. Terrible execution. Was a loyal tea member. Wasn't notified that they were changing to this system and was told I would be able to redeem my purchase. Lo and behold, not what happened. Not about linking my card with an app like this. They should've just kept the plastic card. No business making a ridiculous app. ALSO YOU CAN ONLY REDEEM FROM PURCHASES MADE ON THIS APP. NO CASH OR CREDIT PURCHASES GO TOWARS YOUR ACCOUNT.
The technical support was so terrible. They could not solve the app's problem and found excuse to block accounts and not allowed customers to send additional inquiries. That way, they could save their work. There is no way to contact Argo Tea Levelup for further explanations or help. That way, they kept the account balance. I would highly recommend that you do not use this app. Even though you use, don't keep any account balance or you might have a chance to lose all of it.
