From this app I can now create job cards also for my garage work services,it is very simple to assign them in very fast.
I have used this at my shop for almost a year now.If you're looking for a simple invoicing app then this is good but as a shop management app this lacks in a lot of areas. Update 2/2/22:-Still waiting on disclaimer box,it has caused legal issue for me for not having disclaimer. There are a lot of info that needs to be on invoice which I can't add with current format of invoice.I might look elsewhere soon. Thanks for the reply. Warranty info goes in notes,disclaimer needs to be with the signature
It has multiple payment options types Credit card,cash,cheque,paypall etc which is very convenient for customers.
Has lots of default parts in the app also you can create your own inventory lists in the app systematically.!
Great amazing reminders for servicing the cars of my clients whenever servicing period comes near,this saves everyones time.
It estimates the bill very nicely format without any doubts as it shows everything on the lists that is used in car servicings.

I can simply get to know someones car details from parts to owners of the cars by simply scanning its number plate.
Wow I can put logo on my invoice which looks very professional for running the business as customers will feel great.
Still on the trial but will be going to pro soon! APP could be a little easier to navigate but isn't too bad. Wish there was an easier way to make new inspection templates with custom options(Example Brake lining could have the option to input a number like 20/32 or 16mm). Also it's a little difficult if you make a mistake you have to delete all work to get to it and after that you have to type all deleted inspection list over again. It's all little things tho app is jam packed with options!
Well this app would be headed in the right direction if the issues that it has would have been fixed back when people first complaine about. It still has the problem of not marking the invoice paid when you finalize. Plus now right after the update when you go to print the page that you go to pops up and goes away without even being able to actually print.
I am speaking to the entire system in this review. I like the idea of communicating with clients through the app, but getting your clients to use the app is a bit difficult 😕. The cell shop version I have installed but don't ever use. The tablet version works ok but kind of finicky with buttons especially in the corners of the screen. The PC browser version I love it has been great & affordable. I reached out to them since I am a single technician using this for side jobs & they gave me a slightly discounted rate. Also any issues that I have had, they have been prompt & helpful. Even when it's my fault. I see in the update that they have added OBD2 diag on the shop tablet version. I am anxious & curious to see how that works.
When I first got the app it was a little buggy. They responded quickly whenever I had an issue & helped me resolve it. Lately it just works & they have added a few cool features like license plate scan, carfax, nhsta data which provides lots of info on the specific vehicle. Best price of any reliable auto invoicing app I have come across. Even has an inspection feature however I have not used that too much to comment on it. Thank you ARI. Great App overall!

Through this app you can decode any car number plate,it will give whole descriptions of the car manufacture to parts number everything.
The experience with this app is really very nice. When I went to build my job cards, this app helped me a lot.
I have been using ARI (Auto Repair Invoices) going into my 3rd months. I am very pleased with your set up, very simple and easy to use plus the additions that were added this year with handling Finances, Calender and much more. I am hoping I will be able to upgrade this up coming year. Keep up the great work for Invoice 2 go. I look forward to doing business with you for the year 2019.
CAN'T GET CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RESPOND!!! Love the trial app but immediately after I purchased the pro app I could not use it. It kept telling me the the trial period was over and I need to purchase the pro version. Been there, done that. Have tried to contact customer service through several emails...cannot find a phone number. NO RESPONSE!!!
4 stars because there's always room for improvement. I have use it for week and it works great on my Galaxy j7. I really like the VIN number feature and car information it saves a lot of time, also I like the invoice templates. Ware we need improvement, wen i hit the ( share link on your social media ) my social media dont appear. Can always copy and paste the link but it's just a pointer. Also I would like to just have they QR code by itself so I can screenshot it & share it on social media.
what a crappy app. it don't work. was in the middle of making an invoice and just after i was about done, it repeated everything 10 times. you can't select multiple items and delete at once. been deleting items for over half an hour and still not half way done deleting the extra added items. decided to just start over with a new invoice and it won't load anything. I'm uninstalling this junk app.
I trust this app so much. As long as I have this app I can scan everything using barcode to edit or add my inventories.
This app is a joke .Even so they still charge me monthly for their services during the last update I can't use the app without upgrade to their so called pro version. I had to let cars go from the shop without being able to source a electronic invoice and send it through their email. So far the app causer so much grief to be honest. Being charged monthly on automatic payment and still want to get more on top of it . Totally unprofessional
This app is amazing, especially for smaller auto repair shops. It does everything I need and I get a lot of positive feedback from customers about the digital estimates and invoices. I just wish invoices would print out the same whether I print from my phone, pc or "view online" option.
