Update 5/27/22 the last update made the app even worse to use. I finally got to the point where I figured out how to use the broken app with tricks me and my coworkers figured out over months. Now the updated and broke everything even more. You basically need to be a hacker to even be able to use this app it is so bad.
Will not accept biometrics, locks your account for 30 minutes after password reset, really clumsy login process in general. Not a good experience.
This company / app ALWAYS forgets your password. One must reset the password EVERY time one logs in. Edited to add: The company takes over 6 weeks to respond to the review, and the response is absolutely irrelevant. I enter the password manually. And I make sure to write it down. And it is not accepted if attempted after more than one day after changing passwords. Again, the password must be reset each and every time. Glad my employer changed providers.
This App keeps getting worse with every update. I HATE that I have to log in every single time several times a day.
Why?!? Why would you change something so drastically that works for something that is basically unusable?? App crashes now whenever I try to open it from background. Keyboard pops up at every entry for Quick Trip , blocking my drop down items. And, apparently once I put in a Quick Trip, there's no way to get to anything other mileage related functions like closing out my log (just goes back to the Quick Trip entry option). When something works...LEAVE IT ALONE!!
ARI was bad enough with its logging in but this is worse since i JUST changed my pw etc and then ARI becomes Holman forcing me to go through the PAINFUL process all over again
App no longer opens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app four times since the last update and it will not open.
Updates constantly and does not function when it needs to update. Also for me the app is very unreliable. I use the app daily because it's required by my job. Unfortunately I have to force close the app nearly every day because the app hangs on loading bringing up vehicle info to do an inspection. Can be very frustrating since if I can't do an inspection I potentially will be written up. Update, now here I am again trying to use this app today and I can't log in to it. It is stuck in a loop.
I would give this a negative star if I could. Terrible. Asks for 3 login pieces of information every time I open it. Once opened its completely useless. I need to get an oil change. Repair shop called ARI. I have to initiate a request to ARI then ARI needs to contact the repair shop and set up an account. I just need normal maintenance not an engine rebuild. What good is this App? Completely useless. Maybe have someone who graduated 3rd grade write a new one.
Almost all telemetric data is inaccurate, whenever I try to use the fuel locator the app just closes itself out and I have to sign back in. For the most part this thing seems not only pointless, but counter productive. I spend more time doing required training than actually using the app
Updated but will not let me log trips After numerous attempts to install, reinstall, reboots, factory resets. App updates as directed. App still will NOT work. Called ARI, they are useless. What a joke! Pen and paper keeps better track than this App. Run, flee, get away from it as fast as possible don't update, better yet don't download or look at this App. This App doesn't even deserve the one star it got.
The password requirements are worse than useless, they say it requires 1 each of upper and lower case, symbol, and number, minimum 8 characters. They don't tell you that there is a hidden maximum of 16 characters.
Joke. It keeps saying there is a new version. But even when I remove old and install new still says there is a new version. I wish I can give 0 stars 💩🤮🤮🤮🤮 App is still not allowing you to log in with fingerprint and enter mileage. You can use only passwords to log in and then enter mileage. Mar 4 2021
Version 2.0.4 update is horrible. The dialog boxes get covered up by the keyboard. Just making everything on the screen bigger doesn't make it more mobile friendly...
highly inadequate. When checking for previous fuel transactions, it only lists the last one. Change location to be turned down for just about everything.
Worked fine before, update broke it completely. I just get a white screen on every page after login, nothing loads. A+, excellent work fellas.
It's easy to start tracking, but it keeps shutting down mid-trip. So it's pretty worthless.
Keeps saying new version available but there is no new version available. Bad development. I still have to use the webpage. Please fix this or remove it to save people time.
Unable to login in. Enter all information, just goes back to login screen. Tried resetting password, does same thing. Useless.
Since the update, this app has not allowed me to login. Even after I reset my password (even though I know I was using the right one) I still cannot log in to this app.
Was working fine, now after I log in, when I accept the terms of use, it crashes and goes back to the log in screen.
App Now unable to report monthy mileage. Entered in Odometer but it did not show up on Mileage report page on the PC full website. Some icon links don't work...says oops error.
Can you not put some space at the bottom of vehicle inspections so that they keyboard doesn't completely cover the overall comments?? That way we could scroll down so we can see and edit what we type?
Terrible app design for a simple task. Now it says a new login process is required but I get an error ever time. I wouldnt use this junk if it wasn't required.
Terrible app. It only shows vehicle info but I can click on anything to find service etc. Guess I shouldn't expect more because ARI is terrible also.
Problematic app. Everyone i know that has to use this app for work has constant issues with it (including myself).
Hate popups asking for ratings
It works all right for the few things I use it for, but i am unable to upload documents as it errors thinking the file is infected.
Terrible app. Constantly crashes. Updates fix nothing. Would not recommend to anyone.
Fails to log in, reset password. app just doesn't work like it previously did. Once you hit log in it reloads the same page with user and password over and over and over. Done the start over many times after reading all the reviews sounds like I'm not alone.... but no real help other than contact fleet manager its not our app. Credentials are good its the app that keeps reloading the log in screen
