Doesn't do what is described in the instructions for the 3D coloring. In the AR, the camera flip button doesn't do anything, you are unable to make the image bigger, smaller or move it & it disappears as soon as you are not looking directly at the page. The directions say to take a photo of the picture to access fun features but the camera button doesn't do anything. In VR mode, there are no buttons at all & it won't focus, resize or move & it disappears when not looking at the page

I downloaded this app on 3 different phones (2 Samsung's and one lg) and 2 different tablets (both samsung). all of them were running at least the jellybean version of what the app "game" requires. They would not load. all it does is say "check connection." I was not given the receipt for this so all I can do is exchange it for the clearance price of $15. My son was very disappointed.

DOES NOT WORK! I got this from Walmart earlier this year and kept forgetting it was in the closet until today (Christmas 2019). Opened it and downloaded the app on several devices, but the app doesnt even open...... I'm glad I only paid $10 for it, but it is garbage. Now I have a pissed off 5 year old on Christmas morning. Thanks a lot! 😡

It won't go from the initial screen where u choose the country/language. What a HUGE let down for a child on Christmas Day. Thanks Odyssey for screwing up a child's excitement on Christmas. I am on android, tried 5 different devices and it still won't work. It needs fixed or removed from the play store as an app. The cards wont work for the coloring portion of the game either. Waste of money and time. DON'T BUY THIS AT THE STORE - DOESN'T WORK!!!

My son was very excited when we purchased this & it looked pretty cool but I wish I had checked the reviews first. We also have not been able to get past the language screen & I downloaded this huge app on five different devices hoping it might work on one. No luck.

The app does not work. I was only able to get to the choose language screen. Once selecting the language, it only displays the words "checking network". The card series won't work without this

Won't get past the language selection. "Check connection" appears and then it redirects back to lang.selection. Bad faulty app. Not worth buying. Too bad... It was supposed to be a great Christmas present...

Doesnt work. Visited my cousins and one of them wanted to play this (bought it for them months ago and the app worked back then) only to find that the app is unusable as it gets stuck on a 'check connection.' Whatever the reason, very disappointed.

I purchased the VR helmet for my children. They were disappointed with the toy. They could not use the helmet because in order to use it you have to download and the app. The app does not work beyond the language selection page. Since neither the app or the VR helmet do not function properly I will be returning this toy to the store as soon as the store opens in the morning.

we bought the head set for christmas. we were excited for a different thing for our children to learn with. there are parts to this app that arent even working for us. the app closes out when we press the animal icon! please fix this soon, otherwise we will just return it to the store.

Never loaded, continued asking me to check my conection. Attempted to open it over both, mobile data and wifi. While the rest of my phone worked perfeclty fine, this app just never found onnection.

Terrible. It says check connection upon loading and won't go any further. It seems several people are having this issue according to play store reviews and sad thing is the developers have failed to respond. Poor customer service. Thanks for getting my kid excited for it to just not work.

Amazing! I played for a long time and it was perry cool. I wish there was more to do and I wish there were animals on the VR park. I walked around and couldn't find any animals. We have tried the headset but I will update this when we do. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy tab A.

I had no issue with this app. It worked great and I was able to use the AR cards. My only complaint is.. Where do the pictures go? They don't save to my phone

DO NOT BUY THIS! The app does not work meaning all the children can do is colour in. My son was so excited to use this and has been sat wearing the headset waiting for the app to download, whilst sorting through the animal flash cards to pick his favourites. He is incredibly disappointed.

I'm sure if you're installing this you've already wasted your $ buying the kit w headset & cards. My daughter was so excited but I installed on 3 devices & it won't work on any & causes em 2get extremely hot! After reading reviews I see this is the case for practically everyone & the dev hasn't addressed prob AT ALL, no updates 2 fix functionality (4@least a yr & that's if it evr wrkd at all)& no responses to reviewers (even ones who emailed)! How'd u like a class action LAWSUIT, Odyssey?!

Took forever to install, but still shows it's not even on my phone. I tried twice. I tried on another device and it installed quickly, but won't load to play. Junk!!

I tried to do the VR drive and look at the animals, and it froze up my phone. Also it turned the voice assistant on my phone on and it stayed on after exiting the game.

Never will open fir the App. This thing is a piece of JUNK. Don't even bother downloading. The VR headset is a peice of junk also, it fell apart when picked up. Will be returning!

It might be a good game for kids if the developers actually cared about the app to fix all the problems with the programs on the app not even loading. When are the developers going to fix these problems.

Like everyone else has said, it just says "check connection". It seems the developers got rid of the server that it's supposed to connect to.

It wont load !!!! Black screen.ugh i was excited for the boys to try it out !!! ... I will return it hope they take it back with colored thampletes its useless if just a balck screen. :(

It will not move from the first screen. It keeps telling me to check my connection. Tried on a different phone and same thing. What a waste. And so disappointing for my son. What is wrong with your app????

Getting an error "checking connection". and goes blank. I checked settings and the app is set to have access to Mic and camera. can someone please help?

I have a Samsung galaxy note and it keeps saying check your connection . and on my Samsung tablet it is hardly loading. thanks for getting my kids hopes up for nothing. don't waste your time with this cheap gift

Same review as Marta Browne's. The app does not work. However we could not even get the coloring pages. We went to odyssey toys website and it was not helpful at all.

Would leave 0 stars if I could, it was given as a xmas gift and app doesn't work. Tried multiple devices and seems to be a complete waste of time and a $ on this gift...

Won't open at all after installing. Just says 'check connection'. Any advice? This was a Christmas gift from family in America so we're so so sad that nothing on the virtual headset and all they've bought will work!!!!
