Wont login, only over web... The takes 24 hours to refresh new orders... Badically is the same as a guy bringing a piece of paper by hand, wont make things faster nor easier than 1990 programs.
I honestly thought SAP couldn't provide any worst experience than Concur 😤 (be it on mobile app or web). They stil managed to accomplish this.. 😳. Absolutely awful experience. Like probably many suppliers, I'm forced to use Ariva by a few clients, and this is an absolute nightmare in yerms of everything : UI, functional, technical,.. has anyone seriously tested the experience in real life ?

Why can't the web version be this easy to use and find things... found all the issues I had been having with the web version easily accessed and corrected with the apl
My first login is OK but am unable to login afterthen. "unknown network error" message keeps popping up...i tried to uninstall and install a few times but the attempt is futile. Kindly fix my prob. Thanks!
Worthless software. Waste of time to try to use. Only shows recent items, making it worse than their windows version.
Used this app for ages and worked well. Now it's been updated, I can't even login. Hope they fix this.
The login for the app will not allow the password to be entered. As soon as a letter is typed, it disappears.
This sap ariba is useless service burdened on vendors, since they convinced big sap users to buy it, is useles waste of time for vendors and not even a single deal has been struck. The disclosures are cumbersome i urge companies to stop using this useless software and save man hours
Not able to type password. Struggled to type username but seems impossible to type password.
Great app. The extra visibility goes a long way

It will not let me login. As soon as I type the first letter of my password it just disappears

Did update on phone app. Now app does not open. Ariba will just not respond. Even sending emails come back undelivered. Rubbish app. And we paying a high prememium for an app that does not work. !!!!!!!!!!!
