Ap works on note9, but the obvious improvements need to be made. My card currently dosen't support Samsung pay, and as an option the ap should have some kind of pay feature-maybe... Better application of gestalt design would likebe a major improvement. All that said this ap is a good start.
App works well for me . The only thing is i cant close the app. when i log off it takes me back to login screen and i cant exit the screen. I have close all apps on the phone in order to close it.
Recent issues... worked well until the last few weeks. I can rarely get it to connect, even w good connection. Please fix, i loved it before!
No way to freeze your card if you lose it. Pending external transfers don't show up as pending transactions and there is no way for me to view my account number.
Will not open most of the time, states internet is slow even when logged onto a fast network. I would call the app a dog, but that is a disservice to dogs 🐕
Fix it! For several weeks now it will not link up... The app is obviously the problem, not Internet speed. Currently it's useless.
This app was working fine until about a month ago. Now it won't connect. Please fix the problem. It worked great before.

I love this app. My favorite feature is how you can use the full bill pay site any time/place.
Very buggy, times out or errors out before I can deposit a check. Other functions just as bad!
I can never use the app when I'm not at home.
This app is really frustrating. It's like they took a website and tried to present it in an app and it didn't translate well. You have to figure out where to push a button (hint: not actually where the button is) to navigate around. Also, when you deposit a check, there's no warning that it might not deposit due to daily/monthly limits. That notices hides a few clicks into the app. This is a terrible app.
Terrible! Slow and less functional than previous app. Huge step backwards! I feel like I'm using a banking app from 2008. Get it together guys. Please fix.
Really great
The worst thing about this app is that the back function doesn't work. When I press Back on my phone instead of going to the prior screen, it asks if I want to close the app. On top of that there is no clear way to get back to your accounts summary. There are lots of other un intuitive issues. The new full site has issues too. One being that it limits your account history to a tiny window with a scroll bar. Pain in the behind.
Easier to use. Looks cleaner. Looking forward to using it. Will try check deposit n rerate. That was my past issues.
This app gets worse and worse all the time! Now it almost never wants to log in over the phone network. It will give a slow connection error over and over, even when I have 5 bars and perfect connection. This makes this app useless when it is needed the most. This is my second time complaining with zero response too. Bad customer service!
