When I first opened my account the app worked great it would send a notification to my phone every time the card was used now I get nothing. I absolutely love this app and now it's nothing but a waste of space on my phone.....update this app fix the glitches get new developers this was fantastic and now it's completely useless.
Word is, this has been updated for pie, so I reinstalled. Progress, I can see my cards but notifications still do not work, so the app is essentially still useless. RIDICULOUS. HIRE NEW DEVELOPERS FOR GOODNESS SAKE.
Worthless app. Trying to get registered and it tells me the sign on feature is disabled. Need to contact the credit union. All I did was put in my account number. That is as far as I got. The account number is correct. It's the app that is not correct. Uninstalling this Worthless app.
Since the update the app. no longer gives me any notifications on my google pixel 2 when my card is used. I checked to make sure notifications was still turned on and reset them but still no notifications when my card is used. That is the whole reason for this app. I would give it 1 star but at least I can still turn the card on and off.
I keep trying to sign up and it gives me the customer service number. Which is a useless number because they apparently don't know how to sign up for this app. Which is irritating because sometimes I need to temporarily block this card for my safety/security which cannot be done quickly over the phone, only through this app. Which the bank won't let me sign up for some inane reason.
I've been using the app for 5 years now with 4 different phones and no issues here. I love that I can control my cards by turning them on and off, set amount limits. When and where & how my money gets spent! Just wish I could use biometric login.
Love it! It has always works great for me. I can control my card in seconds . Turning it on and off setting limits. AZFCU has done a great job with this app thank you!
Just got a replacement debit card. Notifications have stopped since then. App shows my card available and notifications for all transactions. Phone also shows notification for app is allowed. Please help.
Most of the time i have a good experience. One thing I have trouble with is sending $ through the Zelle.
I use this app all the time and they STILL won't add fingerprint reading unlike the main one; it really should be the other way around if not both!
its always crashing I took it off my phone I'll reinstall hopefully it won't be crashing anymore. if I don't get any more problems from app I'll take the one star rating and change it to something better. but for now only 1 star from me.
Does not work with Google Pixel 2xl. No finger print reader any more and wiped out my password. Unable to access it all now. Mot pleased.
This app would be 5 stars, if it had this one thing, biometric login. I love this app and the peace of mind it brings, but damn is it annoying to have to always enter your password. The main AzFCU app has it, why can't this app also?
In this day and age of security, the simple ability to control your card usage with a single push of a button, is gold. Everything else in the app is gravy.
Not sure why but every time I attempt a log in the app crashes. Very frustrating.
It says I've been locked out of the app. Thus makes no sense at all. I know my password but no app. What's up it stopped notifying me as well.
I get notifications but cannot actually open the app. it constantly closes before I can put in PW. unistalled and reinstalled many times no help
it instant alerts of any transaction, love it. love being able to turn on and off my credit cards.
The app works great. Thank you for allowing fingerprint. Now if you could enable dark mode would get the 5 stars.
Notifications don't work. Which is the only reason I installed in the first place. Now I don't get any notifications when purchases are made
Having issues with my Google Pixel XL...won't retrieve my cards. But works fine on my Galaxy Tab S2 tablet... Hasn't worked on my Pixel 2 for over 4 weeks.
Very nice app. Didn't like it when it came out first, but I love it now. Works great on Moto G7. I just wish I could use it for both cards.
App no longer works. I do not recieve notifications and it allows shows no transactions.
Doesn't work can never turn it on the first time takes 4 or more attempts very fustrating give it 1star ..!!
I Love the Fact that I can turn my card on and off when I need to and able to see all the transactions I feel this is very helpful
Hot garbage, rarely works, constant errors
It's ok and only one person can receive notifications.
Ever since they did a update I only get alerts occasionally, I have been to two different branches of AZFCU to try and correct the problem and it will work one or two times and stop working again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times and still same problem. If it wasn't for the fact that you can turn the card on and off I would uninstalled the app. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
