Arizona Federal Mobile Banking

I've only been a member since January. Already I'm on my 3rd debit card-suspicious activity (security issues). My fingerprint access suddenly disappeared-3 times (so far).I marked for my over/under, etc, alerts come once a week-they come multiple times a day. My balance was less than $5 to the negative, I was charged a $35 fee. Then I was charged more fees - 5 times in 11 days (total: $175). I'm a senior living on SS. Now I'm beyond broke. Changing banks, for sure. Ugh. 😡😥

I feel as if it doesn't run as smoothly on android. I had to switch to an iPhone recently, and downloaded the app and noticed things were a little more thought out. For example, I noticed that with apple as soon as you open the app it is just a picture of your fingerprint. On android, you have to press the password and then it brings up you fingerprint. Little stuff like that. The lack of fluidity on android makes it seem half baked. Overall not bad.

The afcu mobile app is so easy to use Ive never had any problems viewing my accounts or making transfers. I would absolutely recommend the Arizona Federal Credit Union and their app to everyone! Thanks for making my banking a pleasant and easy experience. There are a multitude of features to help you in every area of your financial life. I can even make my card transactions touchless now.

It's a crummy app. Depositing checks is slow and arduous as it takes several tries to get any picture, much less a usable one. It doesn't give me access to ALL the bill pay amounts that may be outstanding, which is quite misleading. AFCU has closed most of their branches, so it's use their crummy app or drive a long, long way and hope you were able to get an appointment beforehand.

Good overall; would like the "check" item at the bottom changed back to "deposit" (more intuitive), remove the auto capture feature (too hard to point the phone in time & then I have to retake pic), show funds being deposited as added to account total but not available yet (just like at the bank) so that I know deposit was received. Thank you.

The system to turn off and on the card never works/cant even login and i called the number provided to unlock it and no one ever answers. Still can't use it. Also the check deposit function is busted. It shouldn't take over 15 mins to take a picture, especially when the viewer clearly can see that everything the app is asking to include in the image is already there. :/

Remote deposit is amazing! I made a third account while at the bank and I'm able to sort my funds through three accounts now all through the app. Even able to link others' accounts to make transfers between my family members! SO CONVENIENT! EDIT: I also started a pre-paid debit to biild credit and now I have a credit card that I can pay through my app too! Convenience at it's best.

I like that I can transfer money to my credit card and car loan and it instantly updates my account balance. I like that I can use my fingerprint to open the app. I don't like that I can't get my son's account (that I'm on too) linked to my account to where I can transfer money into his account from the app. You should add the discount/coupon section in the app too instead of only online. Just my opinions and suggestions. I've been with this bank over 30 years, they're doing great!

The Zelle integration into the app is terrible. It makes for a horrible experience, as it's slow and hard to navigate. It would be nice if I could still use the Zelle app.

Since adding the auto snap feature to the check deposit this has increased the convenience factor 100%. If you guys can help the app recognize money orders better that would be great. For some reason, your software struggles with identifying the paper edges on those and always has. Takes multiple attempts to deposit a MO thru this app. -1 star for that.

primary complaint is with the check deposit feature. it consistently has issues recognizing and capturing an image of the back of checks, even when the picture is taken beneath a well light lamp or in a well lit area. great app for all other uses.

I chose to use my fingerprint to not have to put a password in every other day, but this app always has issues and makes you full sign in. 6 months later and still random sign outs, how unsafe do you want this app? You do know key trackers are very popular and not smart to retype your passwords everyother day, makes it easy to fish. Fix that or make it a option in settings

The app works great. Easy to use. The only issue I see with it is when using your finger print instead of the password. The fingerprint option just disappears at times and if you dont remember your password. You're SOL. Until you figure it out.

easy to use. one downfall is the time for acct updates. for instance, I paid a cc bill and the cc company already applied the payment but it's still in Arizona. so if I didnt manually balance my checkbook I would be negative.. that's why the 3 stars. kinda of a big factor that's easily corrected through some app updates.

This is a very easy app to navigate. I have signed up for text alerts about my account. I always am aware of my balance, and spending habits. I can easily transfer money from my savings to vise versa.

This app is pretty great. Easy to navigate and gives you everything you need in basic online banking. I like how quick the transfers are too. If you have a bank account with AZFCU, then you should definitely have the app.

The ONLY thing I would add to this app is the opportunity to add outstanding items into the checkbook ledger. I have a payment that takes over a week to appear for payment. It's caused me to pay a bill twice.

this is a great banking app. everytning is straightforward and easy to navigate. making payments on my car loan and credit cards is a breeze. i also love all the affitinal tools i can use on it like the money management part.

Have never had any technical issues with the app. Works well for viewing balances, paying bills, transfers, deposits. My only wish is that it had fingerprint login available.

Some settings are hard to find, like opening a new account, and sometimes the Account will freeze after a transfer, but overall awesome app. One of the better ones I've used.

Constantly getting locked out for too many failed attempts when there has been NO attempts by me and yet no one seems to be able to correct the situation. Locked out and had to change passwords 16 times in 45 days!!!!!!!!

Check deposit doesn't work so well anymore, wouldn't pick up endorsement very well. It kept asking me to retake the picture for the back of the check. The endorsement was perfectly clear. Never had issues before.

difficult . The first attempt to make a deposit ended with me giving up because each time I pressed deposit, it returned me to the deposit page. Then I signed off and tried doing it on my tablet, and it told me that my login credentials were incorrect. Then I went back to my phone and the app operated normally. I'm an IT person, so I actually have an idea of what I'm doing, so I wonder what nonprofessional people do when they incur difficulties like this.

Since they are closing more more branches all the time. This app has become invaluable. I deposit checks, and transfer money into other accounts all the time. No problems whatsoever.

It seems to do almost everything I need it to. Except I cant transfer from my buisness to my personal account. Its annoying to have to write a check or call them to do it. I would have gone 5 stars if that was an option.

I like the convenience of online payments and transfers. I like the low interest rates. One major issue for me is that it's to slow to update balances or show immediate transactions.

Great app. Would be perfect if I could schedule the time for notifications of large withdrawals or deposits to the actual moment. But really great way to manage your account and finances!
