The payment page frequently doesn't work. And the Account PIN feature never does. Three years later, I've changed my 3 stars to 5. APS brought out a completely new app version, with a whole new look, and it works great.

The app used to be good but like several others here in the reviews the app is unusable after the last update. I just see that an error has occurred after attempting sign on.

This app works great for me. I can easily pay my bill, check usage, report outages, and even change my energy plan.

My experience is ruined by all of the constant updates. Usually monthly as i go to pay my bill and bang cannot continue bc my only choice is to update. Dont get me started on how often the update forgets my login/pword info!

The verification process is impossible because you check the email to get the code and you can't get out of the email and back to the site to enter the code. If I try to open the app it keeps sending me back to my Email. Come on guys let's grow a brain your the professionals.

App stopped working a long time ago. Contacted APS through email 2-3 weeks ago and have heard nothing back. What is wrong with this app? Are you going to fix it? "Unexpected error, try again later". Ridiculous. Very inconvenient for me.

I keep having to update the app and every time I do it very slow at pulling up anything I click on.

I like it. Just would ask for the app to show a monthly average of use with the price included. It helps when writing down budget costs.

Worst app ever. The latest revision crashed immediately and reports no data for every button and link. The app doesn't even seem like an app, it's more of a web interface wrapper that is not good. Why force the technology! Okay, updated rating from 1 to 3 stars after the quick update. The app still often locks up when it can't retrieve data such as usage.

This used to be an excellent app, but since the last two updates I haven't been able to log in. I can use everything else on the home page but without being able to log in the app is useless. You turned a useful app into garbage. Three months later and still can't even log in. I keep thinking APS will fix this issue but no luck. I uninstall and reinstall with each new update thinking it will work. I'm running Android 10, so not like I have an outdated phone. Useless.

No value. Their website, while also terrible - is better. Just create a browser link to that on your phone. This app is very slow to load usage data, and when you do - it restricts certain views. For example the "monthly" view only reports days from your last billing period. This app was thrown together quick and they clearly have no plans to make it usable or even slightly better. They don't care about you. After all - its not like you have a choice in providers. Pay up and shut up.

The new app doesn't allow you to see energy usage until its posted on the previous month's bill. This is annoying because I won't remember what devices were used on what days for how long if I'm looking back 1-4 weeks every time. The previous app design allowed it, but for some reason it was taken away on the new version. Also, the new app is much slower and glitchy to where it freezes out. The new app also took away the account number that you use to pay your bill. All-around terrible update.

Easy to sign in , easy to use.

App bugs out and gives me a white screen, powers out and it'll take 4 to 5 hours to get it turned back on, that's unacceptable.

This app is not working. Bio doesn't work, login doesn't work, it just routes you to their website. Junk!!

this app has always worked for me. it allows me to view and pay my bill, that's all I need.

Never works... Okay once in a great while but when it does it's very slow. I'm tired of it being glitchy so I just removed it all together and just added an browser short cut to my home screen. Works much better and it gives you more information than the app does.

Completely user unfriendly! Good luck trying to retrieve old statements, I'm talking like 2months back not 2 years ago. Literally the worst designed app ever. Do better

I can't stand this app! They can't even figure out how to get an account that has been closed for 3 years out of the system and it defaults to it every time I use the app. Complete waste of time.

The app is slow to load, crashes often, and is not very nice to use. SRP has a nicer app. but it does do the minimum of letting me pay and see my usage

APS App is very easy to use and navigate. Prior to moving here from out of state all of APS customer representatives were very pleasant and helpful to talk to on the phone to get my account set up, Thank you!

This app is terrible. Anytime I have tried to login, there is ALWAYS an error message to try again later. Has yet to work for me!

Crashes. Used to work before update.

Very easy to use! I'm not sure what everbody else's issue is but all I did was use my login credentials that I typically use on the regular website and logged in immediately, I didn't have to register or do anything. If you're having a problem make sure that you have the correct Arizona Public Service app. There are 2 of them there's one like a quick pay app that's not the 1 you want you want the 1 that's has the blue background and the white letters. I hope this helps..

Unable to login. App is telling me the username and password are incorrect when the same information works on the website.
