The schedule does not accurately sync days off week to week on the main page unless I log in and resave my schedule each Monday. It's misleading to claim we can set work schedules for 3-months out if it doesn't work. If I don't log in on Mondays that I have set as "off" I get threatening notifications that my password will be reset. I tried submitting a service request and it was ignored. For something we are FORCED to use, it should function as intended. Do better, ASU.
I am having the same problem as others. The app won't open, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. It lets me login and then just spins after I answer yes, I want to log in. Not very helpful as we have to do the daily health check.
Totally non-functional no matter what device you use. Incredibly slow and difficult to navigate, and that's only if it allows you to log in and doesn't shut down 30 seconds after you open it. If you can find an alternative way to purchase/present your tickets for ASU events, definitely do that or you may not get in at all. I don't have anything else to add because honestly the app speaks for itself & I'm just here to lower the app rating.
Links to open documents do not work on a Samsung tablet. Videos do not auto-rotate to a landscape view on a tablet. You cannot have the tablet or phone remember your log-in password. When you hit the back button from a video lecture on the tablet, it takes you back to the MyASU page instead of staying on the classroom page. The usability is significantly reduced from prior versions and impedes learning in an acceptable manner. To not have integrated functionality for tablets is unacceptable.
I've used it in the past successfully to check schedule and blackboard. This time I wanted to see events. Basically impossible. Worst possible interface. Unusable and completely unhelpful. No filters to find specific date. No, instead this annoying app makes you scroll and scroll and then it just stops scrolling. Worthless. Never reached event I was looking for.
This app is super buggy, when I submit health checks it either won't show as submitted sometimes or it won't load the questions. Not only that, but notifications won't clear or show up as actual things in the inbox, just as a red number on the bell, the maps won't load or let you change method of transportation, and i always have to click buttons multiple times to get it to load once. Asu needs to get a better app or find another way to get things done.
ASU’s app primarily seems to be focused on addressing the needs of students faculty and staff at Arizona State University. The apps content stands out with regard to how unique and user-specific it is, the app is tailored just to you which is wonderful. Navigation and use of the app is fairly simple; however, there are a few buggy experiences to be had here and there. As for the design, things feel very ASU and certainly meet their brand standards which allows for a clean visual experience.
Even though a health check is required every day and the app is advertised to accept them but it does not. I've had this issue for over a week now. The app gives reminders and says to submit in the app, but it does not accept. I've had to go through the actual website. Not all, but seriously annoying when the app is not working as advertised.
The app is a fully funtional tool for use in accessing all materials needed to complete course requirments.
Please fix the health checks or at least make a save button on the health check schedule — I keep scheduling the whole month and the app continues to reset and threatens to reset my password.

I really appreciated this app while it worked. However I have not been able to log in for 4 months or so. It keeps redirecting me to the log in page, after I put in my credentials. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I figured they would have fixed such an issue by now.
I usually have a great experience with this app, but the past month or two I have had issues with the app timing out. It loads, freezes, and closes. This happens when I try to launch the app through notifications.
App still having technical issues after following step by step instructions (provided by the app) to correct them. After multiple failed attempts, the daily health check will finally appear, but does not show completed even if it is. Difficult to tell if and when it will show completed
Such trash. Need the app for free student tickets to an event, but I can't actually find the event without several minutes of scrolling and waiting for stuff to load on the events page. No way to search for things specifically. The search bar is only used for looking up people.
Health checks load so slowly that it's a pain to do everyday. And when the box shows up the survey is more often than not blank, making you close and re-open the app and try again; then it doesn't load. So you pick a god and pray, and try again. Every day. Because if you don't submit your check every day, they'll reset your password.
The new update is inconvenient, unnecessary, and also doesn't work. Whenever I try to open the app now, it immediately shuts down. I've tried reinstalling multiple times but nothing seems to fix it. I need this app for my education but it's not allowing me to use it.
Doesn't work at all. If I click anything at all on the app, it immediately crashes. Can't submit daily health check, use email, chat, anything at all on the app. If I try, it crashes immediately. Never works.
Can't log on the mobile app anymore. Even the correct computer passwords. When I was able to do so, it was also frustrating to secure my tickets through ticket masters the same thing would happen with accessibility log in issues.
Its honestly a nightmare to use with its syncing to Ticketmaster. It's best if you screenshot your ticket pass *if you can get that far* than to put in your "mobile wallet" for later because the wallet is nowhere to be found on the app. The login is a whole other story...
"Quick Question" pop ups occur every 5 seconds. it's impossible to use the app with this. I even turned off notifications on my settings and this still occurs. The May 4th release is broken.
This app legit locks up all the time, and doesn't always take a health check-in. It's a quickly slammed together app to deal with covid and it's failing miserably. It's becoming a regular thing that I can't submit a daily health check on here because the app won't take it. I have exams today and the last thing I need to be doing is trying to rest my damn password for my ASU. This is ridiculous and a waste of time.
Daily health check does not always work. Does not confirm responses, so it is unclear if my responses have been processed. Slow loading times, and bugs are not addressed frequently (if ever) - as the daily health check has been inconsistent since it has been introduced
Impossible to login. Like the others, this app is absurdly slow, but when I try to login on my Pixel, the soft keyboard appears (after clicking within the password box multiple times) then it's instantly dismissed by the app. There is no possible way to log in. Now it's just a glorified "rewards" app. I have to do everything on MyASU on a real computer.
