I like this thing had to come here 4 years now. The only thing that I don't like is that it's not automated phone number so you can call to review your transactions you can do it online, or talk to one of the very co opertive bankers. I really like there banking app, but the Zell limits for out going $$ are low.
I have been using quick balance since it became available. I no longer have access to it. Tech support was inexperienced and not helpful.
It's a fairly simple app I don't like the fact that you don't have the option to pay from an account from another institution, and trying to find a shared branch or ATM could be easier to find from the home screen.
App fails the majority of the time and their "tech support" is never available and the girl they have answering has a serious attitude problem. Good luck getting help from the main bank if it's within 15 to 30 minutes of closing; they won't answer the phone. Used to be an excellent bank, now? RUN.
Finger print dosent work, robo test is too hard tosee, and over looked often. Very frustrating logging in.
Excellent financial institution, with a level of respect that's awesome and amazing including a level of customer service that is outstanding and unmatched by many.
Only had the app for about a month but so far I really like it...no issues and easy to use and navigate..

I use to be able to deposit checks by mobile banking and now I cannot. When will this be fixed.
Always easy to transfer money, no bad reception, just a great app to have!!!
Ok except unable to log in with fingerprint. App will not let me set this up

So far i have tried to log in with this app and cant, also have spoken to people at Abf no help, agrivated, may go to a diffrent bank for the loan. What is ashame is that i am a member and an abf emloyee.
Better than having to call them on the phone.

They need fix the problem with mobile deposit. I can never deposit Money gram from Walmart .

I love the app it works fine for me.
It's functional. I can give it that. All the expected features worked for me, save username, fingerprint, various account tiles, etc. I wish the contact page was visible. Navigating is exactly like the webpage. I'm looking forward to the announced update in November and hope the app is brightened up too.
