I don't know why they decided to suddenly outright replace the MyBlueprint app with this one. Should have just made both available for a week or two, to get feedback and iron out kinks. On a Galaxy Note9, I'm lucky if I can even log in-but even if I do, when trying to load my plan details it just gives a nondescript "Sorry, something went wrong" error message (same as when logins fail)...makes an app like this pretty useless if you ask me.

Won't let me log in Just got a email saying to download the app it went through a ton of errors to now freezing and not letting me log in I've never been able to get access to my account just relied on the paper trail in the mail I would really like to give more stars and say it's is amazing but....it wont work please fix this issue

Not user friendly. Won't log in correctly. Entering the birthday is stupid as I have to arrow back too many times because the website won't let me manually enter the date myself. I'm extremely dissatisfied.

This app appeared on my phone today. I made a password and logged in. Then it logged me out so I tried to log back in and keeps saying error !! The password is correct. "Please fix this app."

You can't log in it always makes you change your password I've tried and tried for 5 days to log in never have got logged in don't recommend this and I'm deleting

Ok I downloaded the new portal App so far I'm finally in and it's working! I'll give it 5 🌟 if stays this way.

Terrible app crashes and can't use it.

Its super annoying that when I go to "Pay My Bill" it auto defaults to medical. When I try to tap dental it never registers. It's not an issue of my phone screen bc the problem only persists while using the app. Also it's been overa yr since the app was last updated. Thats unacceptable.

I tried to register my account online but the website wouldn't load. Even after trying on my computer. I downloaded this app and I couldn't even get past the first registration screen. Your representative told me how useful this app can be.... too bad it doesn't actually work. Doesn't even deserve one star.

Manage to login on my first attempt. The app could use a friendly interface and it moves very slow on some searches, but other than that, it does what I need it to.

Super buggy. Says that it is not connected to internet when I am. Also, cannot log in at all when it does say I am connected. The log in button just straight up doesn't respond.

Will not go past log in screen. worked 1 time in 3 months. Customer service keeps telling me app is faster to obtain account info when I call, I keep telling them it's broken, they act like they didn't know.

If I could give no stars I would. The app plain doesn't work. Won't let me sign in. Says session timed out on my phone app and online on the website.

This app is not available for my account. I have to use a PC. Many people don't have PCs when our phones are more capable.

Locked me out of my account now I basically don't have insurance, what a scam

This app will sometimes operate on my tablet. Never works on my phone. They haven't had an update since May. Pretty well garbage for the most part.

I can sign in once and then it tells me it's not available for this account and that I have to go to my PC. I change my password and I can sign in again, then the next time it tells me the same thing. This has happened about five times. Done.

I had the same problem others were having... I tried 3 times to register. After clicking on CONTINUE, the initial registration screen kept coming up. Unable to register!

Can't even log in on app. Says account is not supported on app but works fine on browser. App crashes while loading.

Extremely poor. Prompts you to download the app from within the app. No customer service links work outside of the phone number. Passwords are a max of 12 chars? Why so weak?

Don't bother downloading. I seen so many other reviews saying the app didn't work and they was right. Logged in and it said encountered an error please call blah blah blah

Downloaded app then go to open it and deny access to files & photos. Then unfortionently it has stopped working. So how do I register?

log in and register on my computer. try to log in on my phone and couldnt log in. tryed to delete and install this app. but its constintly knocking me out as soon i try to sign in.

Worse app ever. Reinstalled several times and app states no internet connection. Thanks for being so professional at your services...NOT! 🖕

completely useless, just like the website. I cant register on either one because it wont go to next page after entering my info.

Can't find any providers in my area. Alway got to call to find out. The app is useless.
