it takes so long to load when you log in. i have redownload and uninstalled several times. all other apps are fine. wifi fine. other than that, its easy to navigate. functional. you can transfer funds between accounts. make payments. make automatic payment arrangements. you can send messages and get quick responses. right in the app. i use it all the time.

I had been using the app nearly every day for almost a year without issue when I reviewed it after the 10/2/18 update. After the update, I couldn't log on, and the password reset feature didn't work. Judging by the reviews, many others had the same problem. AFCU offered a new update on 10/3/18, stating that there's never been an easier way to access your AFCU accounts. This is false: it was easier before the upgrades, because prior to the upgrades, I actually could access my accounts!

Made the app worse with current update. My screen is longer than the average screen and yet none of the information fits properly on screen. This includes my account overview and transactions. The transactions list still states things like "Point of sale withdrawal" and "external withdrawal" but it does this before the transaction information where you have to actually select the transaction to view where it came from. Make a symbol for POSW and EW instead of writing it out so the information can be seen.

I had no problems until the update. Now it just crashes and goes back to the log in screen. Now the only way I can access my accounts, is through the online version! I sent a report, notifying of the issue and told to uninstall and reinstall the app, that this would fix the problem. Bit it did not fix the problem at all. This needs to be fixed, pronto! 😠

This app is so great! I enjoy being able to deposit checks and transfer funds so easily. My money feels less like its locked away and more like it's even more accessible. I haven't been able to change the theme when I've tried but that's something unimportant as far as banking and knowing what your spending. keeping yourself accountable and involved its GREAT!!!

please fix this issue AFCU. this is not the first time you have got the app running just fine and then completely mess it up with updates the old app had this issue also. I have a brand new galaxy S9+. the app has worked great and now I havent been able to log in since before December. The part that gets me is every time this happens it takes months upon months for you to fix it. this completely puts a stop to mobile deposit and that is very inconvenient. please fix it!

The app worked fine until one day it would not let me log in. Not sure if it was the update or what but now when I go to log on it just says "Loading" and won't do anything. I have to go through the website and the whole process of having to get a call with an access code. No matter how many times I click register device I still have to go through this every time. Extremely inconvenient when you just need to check your balance on the go.

They seem to have fixed a lot of the issues with sign in. Finger print sign on is working now. That's a huge benefit. Some things could still be improved with the interface, but it works. I use the app to check balances, pay bills and transfer funds, and deposit checks without having to stop at the bank. Very nice.

10/02/2020 - The app has stopped reading fingerprint to log into app! This was a problem before and has reappeared! 😕. I am downgrading stars from 4 to 1 until issue is fixed again. 07/15/2020 - Alot of new upgrades! I like it ok! 11/04/2020-I would give this app 3.5 if I could. It would be at least 4 stars if they would fix the colors of the font for the Concert theme. The background color and the letters are barely readable on LOG IN PAGE! Please fix. Thanks!

My old banks app wouldn't let you view your full account number or routing number or anything, but this one does and it's super helpful! Making transfers from one account to the other is a breeze and so far I haven't had any technical issues using it. It's a pretty easy and straight forward app to use.

Excellent program for a bank. some things can get confusing ie. schedule a payment and you won't see it in the account it is paid from or the account it is being paid to until it is completely processed. 4 stars for the confusion and the CHAT button sits on top of the MENU button so it is hard to get yo the main menu. fix those two things and it will be 5 stars.

Seems to be fixed! Thank you for your follow-up response. Need to fix BillPay. Worked fine up until about six weeks ago. Now when a bill is scheduled the be paid, the app generates an error that the pay on date is a holiday or a weekend no matter what date is entered. Customer Service says they are aware of the issue but it hasn't been fixed in weeks.

Disppointed. The new update to this app won't log me in. It just keeps saying "loading". I have to uninstall then re-install to get it to work. It works for awhile then goes back to being stuck on "loading" It worked great before the recent update. This is such an inconvenience and it's annoying.

It's a horrible banking app. Arvest is better. For some reason nothing posts when it's supposed to and then all of the sudden it posts all at once. It does automatically debit/credit when it's supposed to. Thought it would be more advanced seeing as how we live in a technology age.

Fingerprint login no longer working. I've reinstalled the app, and cleared the app storage and cache. Same results each time; infinite loading screen on fingerprint setup, when inputting login info. Great app otherwise, I'll update my review when it's fixed.

Great app for quick, mobile banking. Uses 2 stage authentication so even if you lose your phone, you can secure access. Simple interface makes it easy to perform banking needs. I have used transfers internal and external, digital check deposits, and loan features.

The app worked well until the 12-13 October system update by AFCU. Now it immediately crashes each time I try to open it. I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall the app as an attempted fix, but that did not correct the problem.

This app use to be good but now when I try to log in it takes forever to load only for it to say " Can not connect to server" So now I have to Uninstalle it and reinstall the app just to view my account. Annoying and frustrating. Big waste of time.

I used to think app was awesome. Now, everytime it just says loading and never does. I have to uninstall and reinstall app every time I want to see my account.... please fix. I would have given it 5 stars before this started happening.

I called the Credit union regarding this app and was told that I needed to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work on my android phone. Truth is I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 4 tines and I still get the loading bar frequently. PLEASE fix this!!! Android users deserve good service too Update 1/25/19 --- STILL having problems with this app on my android phone. PLEASE fix the problem!!!! I am tired of uninstalling and reinstalling the app for it to"wotk" only ONCE! 😡😡

Just as others have stated, this app worked great before I updated it. Now I can't even log in, it just spins and states loading....which makes this app useless. I have now uninstalled it 3 times. it will work once and after that back to trying to load. Please fix!!!

If I could give the app a 0 I would. It has to be one of the worst apps I have tried to use in quite some time. The only time you can log into the app is when you Uninstaller it and then reinstall it. Otherwise it will not connect. Its a big waste of time

Their upgrade is the worst transition I have ever seen!!! Mobile app keeps crashing, online doesn't recognize your correct username and password. Horrible!!! Unable to do the transactions I need.

Ap works great. AFCU is overall good credit union. I did have to move my main banking back to a bank when they stopped taking deposits via the ATM because when I used a teller, they kept putting my money into accounts that were not mine but other family members. I complained repeatedly that this was in acceptable but they were not to concerned and they only way I could confirm my deposit did go into my account was using this app in the lobby and see the money appear in my account. Good app.

I personally love the design of the app. It feels clean and easy to use. I would give it a 5 star rating, but it does seem to have some issues every once in a while. On these occasions the app will open, but won't fully load. I would also like to see a dark theme.

I used to love this all and now I hate it!! The last update has made using this app very difficult. I can no longer login. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall the app. Then it only works a short amount of time before the process has to he repeated. FIX THIS!! IT'S RIDICULOUS!!!

When the app works it's great. For the last few days everytime I try to launch the app it crashes. I've updated to the latest version, I've uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same result. Well a month later and still the same result, still crashing.

The very worst app I've every tried to use. Trying to get help is fruitless. After over a decade of using AFCU I am closing my accts. I understand and can overlook "glitches" but not the complete lack of customer services. So long

Thanks for the upgrade. To keep it honest, the response time is still impeccable, no change there. And the app has always been simple to use. I don however, like the new look though. Keep up the great services!
