Frustrating. The app itself is not terrible. Easy to navigate. However, the app crashes more often than it actually works, it will randomly pop up notifications on my phone that the app is running in the background and I have to "Force Stop" the app on my android in the settings to close it out. This is after I have closed the app out completely.
The stream frequently just stops and I have to force stop the app and reload it. Sometimes it won't play at all. You tap the play button and nothing happens. Again, this requires a force stop and reload. What makes this even worse is that every time you open the app, you have to sit through a 10-15 second loading screen. Overall just a really frustrating app that barely works.
It takes approximately 2 minutes for the app to open. The layout is perfectly fine, easy to navigate, live audio streaming works fine, but live update takes forever, if it even works properly after half time without restarting the app. Also, if your screen blacks out, audio will stop after a few momemts, so huge drain on battery. Somebody needs to enhance their app development skills.
High hopes, but... This is probably the slowest running app on all my devices, and it definitely does not play nice with a VPN. It's hard to convince myself that I trust it enough to run without VPN, but I haven't found an alternative.
I love having the live call to every event right here at my fingertips. As a travelling Hogs fan, I know my Backs are only ever one click away. The speed, and responsiveness of the app has greatly improved as well. Thanks for all the hard work.
As a travelling Razorback fan, I can't overstate how amazing it is to have all my favorite sports info, and all the games at my fingertips. I love the live play by play provided, and the app is extremely easy to navigate.

S l o w to load. Occasionally won't stop running in background. Often takes a while to navigate. Other than that, it's great!
Enjoy the app, although still working through set-up functions. Really disappointed that the app lacks information (schedule/broadcasts) on nationally recognized Arkansas Razorback ice hockey team.
The only redeeming quality is you can stream the radio broadcasts. App is slow, freezes, and is riddled with ads
It lost all my tickets and I couldn't log in. I had to delete and reload the app to get my tickets back. Quite stressful considering that at the same time, the uofa ticket office won't answer their phones and we needed these tickets in 2 days.
This app needs work. It takes ages to load and open. Then when it finally does it lags out and freezes.
Not sure of it is the app trying to do too many things, but I can no longer load the radio broadcast, something has changed since last season....please fix it
I keep losing access to my tickets and have to uninstall and reinstall the app. To get it to work. Don't trust this on game day!
Always freezes and have to restart. Very slow and laggy. Arkansas can do better than this company.

Could not login in with correct credentials !! Had to reinstall and can only login when opening from Google play install window !
Live stream plays for only 5 minutes then stops. Restart it and it plays for 5 minutes then stops. VERY ANNOYING
Terrible. It is stuck in the first quarter. I have updated and there is no information after the first quarter.
Never able to load tickets. Frustrating when this is primary mechanism for using & selling tickets.
3rd game in a row that I've had to go to the ticket booth to get my tickets since the app won't load them..
Very slow & it's not showing the game stats.
Much better than last year's version but still freezes when I select manage tickets.
