I go on the student canvas and it doesnt let me press nothing on the page even the desktop. When I check my grades and go back it makes me restart my whole thing.

I downloaded this to get updates on weather closings. I would get the notification but when I opened the app and inbox, nothing was there. Also in news feed there are two posts, the most recent from November. I would have given 3 stars for parent self serve access but find it very inconvenient to have to click on each course to see the grade average. Would like to see this on the report card tab.
I consider this a very helpful development for the district, to make all information more accessible to everyone. Under the student section, I am unable to open up scholarship PDFs, and some of the hyperlinks. The self serve needs to have an option to keep you signed in. I look forward to the future of this app.
I have a Note 3. If I go directly to the website, I can get a mobile version both for AISD & AHS. With the app, I can only see Mr. Dhalla's pic and icons for calling, emailing or website. Clicking the website takes you to a version that you cannot fit to phones, even though youre using a phone app. How much sense does that make? You should invite the hs students into tech to build a workable version for their hs. Just a thought.
How can I find my teachers, just have websites I here that I can't get to
It shows that I have a message to read and then it never opens for me to view. Otherwise it is very handy instead of getting on the website.
I like having quick access to news and calendar events, but can never read any messages in my inbox outside of my phone's notification screen.
I can't see any messages in my inbox no matter how many times I reload.
I downloaded this app to have an update for weather and while i get nofifications regarding school closings, when i go to the inbox to read the full message my inbox is blank. The app also will stop running for some reason. Doesnt really work.
Downloaded app to get info on school closings, etc. You get push notifications, but when you go to the mailbox to read the message, it disappears! Notifications are very timely --earlier than postings on the website!
I can't ever check messages the school sends out. Gives me the notification, but inbox is always empty. UNINSTALLED
The app is dysfunctional, and it needs to be completely redone. The website is a much better example of how to make a user interface and, if the app was nearly as functional as the website, the app would be worth at least 4 stars
