ArlingtonVA Service Requests

With the ArlingtonVA Service Requests app, you can report service requests or problems directly to Arlington County government, along with a photo of the issue (pothole, broken streetlight, fallen tree, damaged playground, missing sign, etc.). The service requests are instantly routed to the right County division. You also receive a tracking ID for the item you submitted. You’ll be notified when the issue is updated or resolved.

Crashes immediately, cannot open."Whoops something went wrong". Website doesn't work either, so I guess their not accepting repair requests at the moment! Lol Samsung S9

Has a problem recognizing addresses within Arlington before it will let you post a service request. Specifically, fails at Lee Hwy and Quincy in Cherrydale. Dont know where else it might work or fail.

I love this app for reporting and tracking issues that matter to the citizens of Arl Co. It would be awesome if the app developers could add the ability to add multiple photos to a issue. Currently I'm only able add a single photo to an issue, along with a map marker, something that significantly restricts the ability of the issue reporter to show the problem from multiple perspectives.

I downloaded this app because I am trying to report a problem with a street light and every time I click street light the app closes. What a waste of time. I'll just call and bother someone that way.

Wanted to report a pothole, website said to load this app. Clearly never tested
