This app is incredible, I thought I could do the advanced plan, but after painfully completing the first day, I decided to switch to the intermidiate option. But it was incredible. It really helps me to have an app that reminds me to work out, and tells me what workouts to do. 10/10
The experience has been phenomenal. I remeber those times I installed this app on my mum's mobile (didn't have my own then) and loved all the exercises it has to offer. My obsession then to build arms is still prevalent. It has everything you need, exercises tailored, real sweat, and you see the results soon. Really awesome experience with the app, thank you to all creators and mentors and everyone involved. ❤️💪
Good app,runs smooth. Overall quite easy to complete the whole thing (beginners,intermediate and advanced) within a month even if you have never trained before.
Pretty good app with very reasonable exercise routines that go from a beginner level (which is suitable for new commers unlike other apps) to more advanced and heavy training. A great 3 month plan to get fit and well. For experienced people who go to the gym regularly it can offer new workout routines to focus on different muscle groups
Guys, I waited long time to date the app, but I always thought it deserves 5 stars. Using it along to others, I managed myself to be shredded in 7 months. The best spot to explode is the possibility of increase de reps of every exercise, that allows to modify the plans and draw the best. Once again, excellent app 😎
** Feature Suggestion** Give the user option to take a photo of his/her body (the working area) after each session, and after a period of time that you know there should be visible changes, show the working area transformations to user. I think it would be a great reward to encourage user to keep the plan going on schedule. Regards
Helps a lot, it is the hardest one of the leap fitness setup but shows results if you stay dedicated and do it you'll see results no doubt I felt like my biceps, triceps and fore arms where stronger in just a week. And the app does exactly what it tells you it does, it's not some meracle app you are the one who has to do the workouts the app just guides you and that's exactly what it's supposed to do and it does it splendidly for that I belive it deserves this 5 stars
Best app for arms work out its very easy to use everything is clearly mentioned. With two ways you can have work out with dumbells or if you don't have then you can do it with your body it's easy. I like this app very much.

I never write reviews but I am shocked after following this up to day 10 so far I can see such a difference! It is amazing. Ads only appear when you finish workout as well not all the time
It is awesome app that gives you the perfect amount of workouts are not too hard but they're not too easy they're just right I really recommend getting this app if you want to try your triceps your biceps there's one other one I can't remember but bye
Really nice app. I was fat and i can say i couldn't even make a single push up, with training of these and the six pack app too i am able to do way harder exercises now like the 1 hand 1 leg push up, clapping push ups , 5 fingers 1 hand push up, both hands 2 finger push ups, L sit hold, elbow lever and many other benefits. Huge results in small time with this app and the six pack app with a diet. I lost like 6 kilograms and now i have zero fat and got nice muscle mass
Probably the best arm muscle workout app, The others are just too hard and too easy. This app gives these two options. I used this app for 7 days/ 1 week and i feel better, healthy, and strong. Incredible work to the creators out there.
I have this app for about two-three years (along with three more apps from Leap) and I am very happy with them. Always five star ratings...for years. Since the last update on this particular app I cannot reset (restart) my progress, even deleting the app and downloading it again didn't help, since it is connected to Google fit. Edit: it was my fault, that I couldn't reset progress. I didn't do one of the "Rest" days, so I couldn't reset it.
I really like the high quality of this app and all of the apps this company makes, I highly recommend using this app because it really helps and I am talking from an experience, the progression is too good and there were visual changes after using this app for less than 1 month. I just loved it! Was looking for a consistent exercise schedule but I didnt know where to start. this app gives you a series of workouts that actually work to give your arms some shape. I immediately saw the difference after just one workout. Totally recommend. however, some ads pop up during the course. while some ads are relevant, some others are more irrelevant and inappropriate. other than that, enjoy!
I love this app! I've never worked out before (except with weights) and all though I struggle with doing different movements normally, I manage with this app. If there is something I cannot figure out, I just do hand weights instead. 1 day away from finishing the 30 day beginner program. Just a bit nervous that I won't be able to keep up with the next level!
It's a great app the interface is very professional. Starts off easy and gets harder . But it takes alot of time to start showing improvement. Because the app gives you break times and gives you long breaks and relatively easy activities it takes time to see a visual difference . Either than that I think it's a great app for beginners .
Very impressed w/this app. The rest period between exercises is perfect, but I like that you can add more time, & even skip the rest altogether. I like the fact that while you're basically doing the same exercises, it's a different routine each day. I really like the "rest" day. The routines have a gradual increase, that is quite manageable. The "coach" is great. It tells you a variety of things, such as: what muscles a particular exercise targets, how to modify an exercise if you can't quite do it, even how to intensify an exercise, if its easier for you, how you should be breathing. I also like the fact that when it gives you an exercise that has reps, there is no timer, you can go at your own pace. You can also pause the workout, if need be. Lastly, I like the fact that there are different levels of intensity. Sorry for the lengthy review, but I've been very happy w/this app.
I've seen results! Thanks for such a great app. If I were to add anything, I would have different program for different body types that is more flexible, depending on feedback from the user. Also there are some audio glitches, especially at the start of the cool down. Apart from that, thanks for such a great free app!
Makes me sweat in under 10 minutes! the voice coach is easy to follow and there are moving pictures that help you figure out the workout in case you never did them before. I just started, finished 3 days so far, but since it takes less than 10 minutes to complete a workout, I can see myself finishing the whole 30 days beginner and moving onto intermediate! Maybe I'll even hit expert 2 months from now.
This is my first day in exercise.It has a very user friendly interface and good experience. It has a lot of exercise.I will update the experience review by the time.
Not an easy workout but you feel it some exercises are explained a little confusingly but you will get it after a while good app so far
Fantastic. I started the program 3 times, and the the 3rd time I managed to go through the whole 3 programs. Just finished the 90 days workouts. I started with the easiest program even if it was easy for me. The best progr is the one you can stick to. The app is fantastic. Still the diet says its major word.
very good app in just a week I could see the changers of my muscle shape and I like the beginners workout because other apps just give you heavy and bigger level workouts,but this app is better than others rare workout apps

Overall a great app. Very good exercises , easy interface ,I can see the results of doing exercises in just 10 days. But there is just one suggestion by which your app will become best and my 4 stars will be changed to 5❤️- Please make animation guide a bit smoother it's like laggy animation for example - Another app from leap fitness group - *six pack abs in 30 days*, have very good animation guide. And the point 2- make your app interface light colour it's too dark. Overall a very good ap👏🏻.
