Good basis for a start. Exercises work well for arm building. The timing of some of the exercises is off and others are too slow to get a good workout. I use the app for the exercises, but change the number of reps and timing to suit me.
I used it continuously for 20 days ,It was fine .Only problem i noticed is it's timers not precise 😩.You could add up some more voice instructions on trying to do the rep perfectly, so it's effective
I like the app coz it has easy workouts .. with big results .. and the workout session time duration is fun and easy to keep up
Animation is too poor. Lot of advertisement all around. User experience is not upto the mark. Exercises are good, except jumping jack. Because it seems that Jumping jack is not time calibrated. One need to give 100 of jumping kack with the stipulated short time.
To everyone that thinks its to hard for beginners. You have to want it. Push yourself. Failing is better than not even trying, because at least you can say you gave it your all and wanted to make a change. Overall awesome app.
When you starting to be a little difficult but as you get into a more and more you get better and it really helps the body all the muscles and it's a really great workout
it was so amazing like litirey me and my brother work out every day but not the rest day and the last day me and my brother had a lot of muscle like I love this app so much. Whoever made this app made my month like I gave you a 5 star are just so awesome like I told my brother let's do this app and he was like oh no we're not going to get that much muscles in one month and guess what you wouldn't believe it we got a lot of muscle thank you for this app and I really love this app
Simply perfect for excercise...the team need to develop the app with data analysis option will increase the interest of the users more and very helpful...
Me and my buddy workout every day and my friend is pretty small but at the end of the month he could do like 30 pushups in 60 seconds. That doesn't sound like alot but he has really improved
I think this Is an amazing app because in 6 days my arms are in very good condition. And also it gives rest days.The downside is the amount of seconds in a second on the app is about 4. But overall a very good app
I am not even trying. This app is for advanced athletes with lots of muscle mass. On the first day it expects you to perform 180 push ups this is extremely harmful for any beginner.
It is a very good app.i have done all the exercise and I can see the result in just 6 days.before my arm was very skinny and after doing this exercise I arms are pretty big in just 6 days .
This app is awesome 👌 I suggest this app to everyone who wants to see a miracle in their arms, developer should make an advance program also, so that we could maintain our arm physic. Thankyou so much ❤️
A good application, very organized and the arrangement in it is more than amazing, I recommend it for those who want to strengthen the shoulder muscles
This app is very helpful. Im a skinny teenager, but after only three days my arms were sore and i could definatly tell a difference.
Its good but give only a notification when It's time to workout instead of giving notifications even though it's rest day but cool app
Only just started day 1 n I'm pretty well built to start with n I can already tell it's a pretty intense workout program there is no way this couldn't produce results worth giveing a try
Pretty good it is hard for beginners but when you get used to it it gets easier. Overall it is very good

Workout hard means you got big arms and the workout is very hard you daily work out means you got big arms 30days 100% work this is good workout app try this app

Excellent. Can do all exercise in less time and without going gym.that is too effective also.
Great BUT 1 second is like 2 seconds so 10 seconds is like 20 other than that everything is great
Fantastic and ossum app that I never see. I the person who want to make their bisecps amd triceps at home try this app at home once.
Its very useful for no hand power members but its first day very hard and 20 days wents mean we can easily put pushups ect.....
This game is grate like with the other app 6 pack in 30 days sometimes there are ads plz stop ads thank you and what do you call 500 penguins in Trafalgar square the correct one is Lost lol
I dont have equipment and it is not good the animations dont properly tell how to do it some people will not know the right way to do stuff and will keep doing it this can make them get seriously injured...
I appreciate the effort but this is Way to hard for beginners! I couldn't finish my day one exercise after working on my arm mussels ten days later. Plus, somedays are too easy, some days are way too hard. I think whomever designed this app needs to go back and really go through it and see if it makes sense!!! I'm also using an app for my abs which is designed really well, and works great, it actually is the best app I have ever used when it comes to working out!
