Absolutely terrible app and terrible payment processing. Moves at a snails pace and poorly designed. I hardly ever leave reviews but this app makes paying my bill feel like castration.
How does an internet provider have the slowest app in existence?? You would think, given all their talk of fast speed, they would want to reflect that in an app that actually loads.
This is not a finished app, in my opinion. It includes features that allow Armstrong customers to view their bill, pay their bill, view their internet usage report, check their total data allotment, check their remaining monthly data allotment, add or remove services, and manage their account and services all from their smart phone, however there is a huge issue that needs addressed. That issue that there is no email feature in this app. It does have a link that opens your email on the browser.
Armstrong has the worst TV lineup I have ever seen. I waited 4 months for them to be able to hook up TiVo due to the coronavirus, although the state had been open for over a month. Once they did come to install it they never programmed remotes They were issues between the modem and the TiVo. I had to call and demand sternly someone come out to fix these problems. They kept telling me to go to the website for tips and tricks to take care of the issues! $200/mos👎
I have been an Armstrong customer for many years on and off, but I always seem to keep coming back, why? Because the service and the representatives is awesome. When I have an issue with my service there is always someone available that knows exactly what needs to be done to fix it. And now with this COVID-19, Armstrong is the best, our service is phenomenal and with the speed they are on top of it. I just want to thank everyone at Armstrong for their dedication to ensuring that the customers are number one. Again Thank you and be safe. Oh, The most important thing of all is the app, LOL it is the best, I can even pay my bill on the fly...
My Armstrong bill says "Access Your Account Online..It's So Easy" Well I got news for you...No it's not. I can't even access the sign in page because this app hasn't been updated since 2015. 2015? What's going on over there?
The app runs really slow and don't offer notifications about when your bill is due come on Armstrong you can do better then this..why hasn't the app been updated the last time was in 2015
Hot Garbage, can't even look at line item statements. Says not available in app, then why have the click-able option? Cannot wait to be in an area with more than one horrible ISP.
WHY hasn't this app been updated since 2015??? I am a new Armstrong and I cannot even pay my bill electronically because I have an Android s10 and it doesn't support! Get with the times. Guess I'll keep paying my bill through the mail! How stupid

Overall they're ok, however, I have been experiencing issues with their products some since installation to date that as of yet haven't been resolved.
I went to log into my account via that app and it says that my password or Id is wrg. I have everything written down. Even went to look via the website and it acts as if I don't have an account. #frustrated do I need to make a new account seeing as I tried to make a new password and I'm now locked out of my account???
This app hasn't been updated in years. It takes forever to open anything. It's almost 2022. After 7 years it's time to update.
I haven't even used the app yet. 1 star for terrible privacy requirements. Literally uninstalling as soon as I'm done paying my bill.
Slow loading save errors why can't it work much 2022 is near not 2010 app speed fix I use monthly to check for internet useage
Awful not updated from our move can't see my bill ever at all. But tech support says it's my fault

couldn't recover any info such as username or password. kept saying my account number was wrong.
This app has not been updated in a long time. You can't use it for it's purpose at all.

Fios and Xfinity apps let you disconnect devices in your home to the wifi to keep the kids off. Why not Armstrong??????????
They really need to have a much better updated working app. It is horrible. They are an internet/ phone/ tv provider...you would think that they would have a good working app! It reflects very poorly on them.
