Worst bank ever. I haven't had any problems until this year. Money started disappearing out of my account for transactions I didn't make. Transactions disappeared of my statement at midnight. My money never came back. It always counted down and showed me the total balance after a purchase, all of a sudden there's big gaps. I've never had a problem with knowing how much was missing from my account. They got me for $520.
App works great, just the times they choose to do maintenance is ridiculous and the check deposit is a joke. It only allows you to deposit so many checks a month. I work a job where I'm paid in checks and can only do 10 a month is crazy when I hit that in 2 weeks.
So far no complaints the only thing I would change is the My Finance tab on the drop menu to actually be a function of the app itself rather than opening the web browser. The way you navigate the My Finance feature is great but opening a web browser is just annoying because I downloaded the app to save time & effortlessly manage my bank account without needing to use a different app. Would rate 5star but the browser is a HUGE buzz kill. Other than that Id be surprised to see it made any better.
I would give it 5 stars but if you go and look at a check image then return to the transaction list, it automatically goes to the top of the list. That means you must scroll all the way down to look at the next check in the list. It should hold it's place rather than return to the most recent transaction.
Best banking app I've ever used! I have my personal checking account and then I have a joint account with my daughter and I love how easy it is to transfer her money if she ever needs a little extra. I also transfer money from my checking to my mortgage payment every month with ease.
The only criticism I have is that it could be more versatile. You can't set it up to automatically transfer part of your paycheck into different accounts like some apps. Great banking app!
I have been using the online app for a number of years. I only had one major problem during this time and that was caused by excessive use by all customers and then when the appl was upgraded to fix that problem.
It's been a good app up untill the last update. Keeps saying check for updates. Deleted the app as suggested by the bank and reinstalled it and now it is just stuck on the startup screen and will not open past the icon's bouncing! Go back to the previous version before this last messed up update!!!
Changed from 5 stars down to 1 because since this new updated it doesn't work near as well and the new layout I don't care for either and how you have to hit more tabs just to get to 1 area when used to all you did was hit 1 tab not 3. Bad update all the way around
UPDATE: Locking my card in the app no longer locks my card & I receive multiple charges that are not subscription. BYE! ... I used to be able to see that my card was locked without having to open card management. I just updated the app & now I have to open card management to see that my card is locked. Why would you remove that? ☹️ I panicked, thinking my card wasn't locking for some reason. Taking features & options away = I take stars away. 💁🏼♀️
Latest update has caused super slow load times. Trying to see my current balance and just get "retry" errors. Transfers are unable to go through due to the loading and I'm getting frustrated. Please fix the app.
So super easy to use easy to understand and just makes life better
Normally works great, having a recent issue where it just shows error updating and won't give me up to date account info or transactions. Other people I know are also having this issue.
Well i am disapointed in the update. I really liked the rolling tab where it would show your balince after each transaction now i have to do more work to find out my buget. Now the app isnt as usful except to see my balince. Hope to see this get fixed.
Pretty good. You can transfer as often as you like without penalties. It doesn't sync fairly frequently, which is inconvenient.
Works great, and provides the capability for all transactions that I've needed so far.

Everytime i go to sign in, it tells me wrong password. Which i call and they reset it for me. This is crazy, i have trouble every time. So therefore, this app and online does me no good. Cause it never lets me in. I know my password.
It used to be a great app, then it updated. Now it's hard to use and so confusing This app is worthless now. I'm honestly considering changing banks. My sister's bank has a great app. If I could give this app negative Stars, I would
My Armstrong Mobile looks the same as my Republic Bank & Trust Mobile, functions the same. Mobile deposit is working great for me. I have never had any issues with this app. I am very happy with it.
User friendly. Fast loading. No frustrations. Goes right to page without ads trying to sell me something all the time.
I am very happy with Armstrong Bank. If I have questions about anything, I send them a message and they get back to me right away. Very easy to navigate this app. and the customer service is excellent ! ❤️
Love signing onto app with pin number rather than trying to remember yet another password! These guys are awesome! True relationship banking where you walk in and they greet you by your name. From Sam, Heather, Nathan, Shawnda and all the tellers, they know their stuff and how to get things done. Great Bank.
The app is down a lot and won't give you an up to date account balance. I have also been charged a service fee twice this month for one account and received an over draft fee both times on an account with overdraft protection. We have to physically go to the bank to have these issues "resolved".
