The exercises are named and shows decent photos of how to do each one, however, no cues as to what the leader does or when the command to switch positions is given. Also, after every section you go through, get ready for an ad... While this is a step in the right direction, there are better apps out there.

This has ads after closing out it invigorating and not necessary just add a 1.99 charge please to get rid of them specifically for people who actually need to use it
