The app just refuses to connect to the router with the provided credentials. Even after ensuring wifi is on with my ISP. Checking to see if there is a way to remedy and manage only since this app simply won't work.
Doesn't work properly..... It will not login when I input the proper requested info. to login. I put in the correct info. that the application requests and the application still doesn't perform the tasks, which the developers state it will do in the description of the application available in the Google Play Store....Terrible application! Please Fix!
Nothing works but the speed test options And that's only half working. Doesn't detect devices.
Stopped connecting to my router. Had to factory reset to be able to connect some devices. Not recommended.
Skips long in screen to auto login. Can't find my wireless gateway even with proper log in credentials on the same network
Stopped working with the model "TG2482A", an incompatibility message appears and doesn't allow me to get in. Dejo de funcionar con el modelo "TG2482A", aparece un mensaje de incompatibilidad y no me permite ingresar.
Does it still work? I have a TG2492S but cannot even log in. If it's not supported would't it make more sense to drop it completely than having a non working app on Play Store?
The app take too long to release update . It doesn't allow you to update your router. Plz fix.
While Arris has quite a few routers designed by them, this app only supports 16 of them. Total waste.

Fix ur app Folks at Arris it is unacceptable that you don't have a proper functioning Android App for any of your Arris Cable Modems that my cable and ISP force me to use. Shame on this company for such little regard in the North American market. U rate low with me on this, but very high on your web interface for modem admin.

Obviously there was no real world testing of this app. The first two times I entered, it skipped the log-in screen and went to the 2nd screen and would not go further. By luck I backed out one screen and got it working. It took three more tries to actually get it to work. It was like it was healing as I used it.
