More convenient than email + browser. I don't see any cons to using this app. It makes seeing my order status a little easier. No issues. And works seamlessly. If I find out it's got trackers and whatnot, then it's gone! But for now, it's nice to have for when a vendor supports it so I can see my order without digging through my email.
The app was fine at first now I see a bunch of ads. Also it would be nice if there was an actual person to talk to with resolving issues. Recently I was refunded for an order and it shows in the app that I received it but my bank account was not issued the funds. Shop says refund issued and 0.00 net payment. Wth! I won't bother with this app anymore.
Extremely disappointed and angry with this app/company. Just went to make a purchase and usually get given a chance to select which options to pay, instead it only gave me the one option without warning and took the payment immediately. There's no easy or quick way to back out or cancel the purchase, and it's even more difficult to contact their customer support. Do not use!
Only allows you to use two types of emails. Gmail and Outlook, it doesn't matter what you used to sign up. It doesn't care what email you have. The only account it supports it Amazon. For all the above you have to link your accounts so they have access 24/7. The tracker is just a side feature of the app as well. It's mainly a shopping app full of ads. In summary, not only does the app not make sense, needing to have specific emails or accounts without specifying at sign up. Its also full of ads.
Ordinarily I would give this app 5 stars, but recently an update changed to only show one or two orders at the top of the screen instead of the full list of tracked orders, and the rest of the screen is filled with ads for shops and products that "they think I'll like". I don't love the switch from being a super user friendly, focused app to trying to get me to buy random things through it. I much preferred the "Shop" function being in its own dedicated tab and out of the way.
App shows tons of out of stock items not listed as out of stock. Doesn't give full refunds if you purchase one inadvertently...I had a credit that hasn't been returned yet and it's been a week. Support won't answer me about the problem. I've submitted two tickets and nothing. Update: after complaining here and having to put my ticket # in (which I since removed) someone finally got back to me again. Their solution? There was none. Just a "sorry, glitch!" and maybe someday they'll resolve it.
