The app time tables are incorrect and have not been updated in a long time so I have bern missing buses and trains. It needs to be updated or removed from the store. It is very incorrect and a waste of time
Used to be great app, loved it and recommended to everyone. Stopped working completely a week ago. It only shows downloaded timetables. No real time info. No timetable for ferries.
This app used to be a 5 star great tool for using buses on the go and was worth being a paid app. Now that the real time is not available, it's not useful at all.
No updates for a very long time. Timetables have changed. This was great when I started to use it but will have to find am alternatives if no updates soon
No longer does real time info. Looks like the app is no longer updated/supported. Waste of money.
Useful most of the time. Several routes disappear from.timevto time.

So we paid for this and we get f...ed? No more real time updates
Used to be a great app but now sometimes doesn't update, some bus routes eg buses 402-450 have disappeared sometimes there's problems with updating, buses can randomly disappear or jump from arriving in a few minutes being 5 minutes late to on-time and already gone past the stop... There's a lot that can be improved
The app is not displaying real time info and has bugs eg I can't see this as I write it. It used to work ok but not now
This app previously would have had a 5/5 rating from me but stopped working this week. I emailed via their 'send feedback' option and was informed 'Arrivo is no longer actively supported'. Sharing my experience here as I paid for this app.
Used to be the best app for seeing arriving services, but it fails to connect to service half the time now. Missing routes problem from the last few months seems to have been fixed. I would not pay for this app at this stage.

I really appreciate this app. As a schoolchild forlornly gazing at an empty street, I dreamed that something like this would be available one day.
Useless junk now. Links to some bus routes no longer supported. No active support. Don't waste your money as the service data has slowly degenerated and is no longer useable for some users.

my device is better than this app it used to be good now no real time info and really patronizing replies from trip mate.
This app was my go to. Ease of use and exactly what I wanted. However today I discover all buses I take absent from the app despite TransportNSW saying services are normal. Turns out TransportNSW no longer support this app. Such a shame.
Sad to see you go mate, all the best for 2019 and with your future endeavors. Top app, used it almost every day for over 4 years and it never let me down.
No longer supports real time bus and train timetables. Not worth paying for anymore.
It works great but I suspect the backend from Sydney buses lets it down sometimes.

Great app, have been using it for >2yeard as a inner city bus comuter.
Unfortunately no longer supported. Which is a shame because it made seeing what was happening at any particular bus stop easy (regardless of my destination). The competition seems to only to allow me to easily view predefined trips, not stops.
