I can't even do mobile Deposit any more, because the damn app won't even allow me to take a picture. It gets to where it says "take a picture of the front of the check" and I can't take a picture, like the app disabled that ability somehow. I've also been having trouble with connection on the app which makes no sense, even when I have perfect internet or data connection it's always a 50/50 on if the damn app works, or I have to restart my phone just to get it to work.

This app is great WHEN IT WORKS! This app only works right about half the time. Ugh! A lot of times when I open it it stays on the logo screen. So then I exit and try again. When it does open it usually says there has been an error. So I have to close it then reopen it. VERY FRUSTRATING! Please fix this damn app! Update: 2 years later I'm still having problems. How hard is it to fix an app? I keep getting an error message that says Malformed URL or something like that when I try to open it.

This app has frequent log-on problems or would not open for unknown reasons. Update: 12-29-21: Arrowhead Credit Union App make it sound, these problems only happened for a few days, but they still occur frequently. Update: 01-31-22: Nothing has changed. There are still frequent log-on problems with messages like "A network connection error has occurred". Several re-attempts to log in thereafter, met with negative results.

Like most folks... having alot of login trouble. Open the app, login info input, and it stays on the index (login) page. Close app and reopen... same result... un-installed and re-installed... same result. I just want to see my transaction list so I can verify my records... might have to change banks if this persists. I don't want to have to go to a branch to do my banking, that's why I have the app... that doesn't work... most of the time...

The app says error when I try to open the app. This happens a lot. This is why I don't switch all of my accounts to Arrowhead. I have updated the app and it still does not work properly. I use chase app daily to keep on top of my accounts and Arrowhead app is unreliable. I did exactly what arrowhead wanted me to do in their response to my review & guess what, I am still having the same issue. This app is one of the worst apps I have. Will continue to keep Chase!

This is one of the few times I've had the need to vent out of frustration. ACU app keeps going from bad to worse. It appears that a new app developer needs to be hired for this app to not only function but serve its intended purposes. Uninstall, reinstall, different phones, turn off Wi-Fi and turn back on, all making your end at fault and not look in the mirror and admit that app does not work. Whatever you do...calling 800 number will not resolve the bad ratings. JFC...

This app absolutely terrible, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't and for a banking app that is just unacceptable. When it doesn't work the app stays frozen in the start up screen making you feel it's gonna work but instead it just infuriates you more when it doesn't. I've tried restarting my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the cache, all of that stuff and it still does not load. This has been going on for weeks.

4/17/20: App used to work amazing. The last few weeks it has been crashing A LOT. I'm either unable to log in, or it takes a few minutes to load and then it times out. Really frustrating when you can't log in to see your finances. Websites has also slowed down as well. Update: 6/27/20 App is still not working properly. After the update it started functioning fine, but the last few weeks I have been unable to successfully log into the app and see my account balances or transfer money.

11/12/21 Update Over a year later and nothing has changed. I haven't been able to access my account in 2 days due to the app not working. This app went way downhill. You literally have to open and close it multiple times because it just sits idle. I've had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. It's no fun not being able to check your account!

App won't work. Barely loads (if it wants to), doesn't even let me log in. Fingerprint log in not working. This app was good when I first started using it (1 year ago) but its just gone downhill. Not reliable at all. And online banking is doing the same things. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or not. Its getting pretty frustrating.

Long-time user and seldom encountered issues until mid-2019 or so when I lost the ability to sign in with fingerprint. Trying to reengage the function crashes the app, and the most upsetting thing is during the Covid-19 period it's next to impossible to make mobile deposits much less check balances, use Bill Pay or transfers. Needs to be professionally overhauled! 4/14/2020

Slowwww always buffering. Sometimes just has a blank screen after log in. Re- installing hasn't helped.Lots of bugs. Doesn't read checks very well in mobile deposit. Will say that the amount entered doesn't match what is written on the check, when check is clearly written and it clearly does match in reality! Works once in awhile. Trying to lessen the long lines at the bank. You guys really need to fix this please!

Time after time this bank and this app fail. When I just need to check my balance I end up having to wait on the phone and give different people the same information over and over because the app and online banking won't work. To update this review, calling the toll free help line is not helpful at all, and the app developer just tries to put the blame on everyone else instead of fixing the issues that all platforms, Apple, Android, Microsoft, etc are having with this app.

This app ALWAYS crashes. I've over drafted numberous times because I can't access my account, even express view doesn't work. It's a miracle if I can ever open the app without it crashing. That's if it even opens at all. Banking is fine, the app is terrible and it's been this way ever since arrowhead came out with it years ago.

*Update: 2/19/22 - Still not working, nothing has changed, same "an error has occurred message", very disappointing.* App no longer works on my Galaxy S21. Keep getting An Error has Occurred message. It's been several weeks now of continuing to receive this message and not being able to use the app. My phone is up to date. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but it still won't work. App was working fine before.

The app is good when it decides to work half the time it takes forever to open up and then it doesn't open up at all and then gives you a network error no matter how many times you tried clicking on it it still gives you the network error this app I can't stand they need to fix the bugs in it ASAP.

A network connection error has occurred. MalformedURLException. I have removed and reinstall the app and still. I also can not access the website. Just req. ID and a bunch of numbers. Not to happy it happens too often to ignore anymore.

Update they responded turn off VPN- not used, update phone. Last app update was 2021, phone is current my previous review disappeared so here it is a very solid one star this app is a failure. 3 out of five times I try to sign on I get a malformed URL message. I can try the online web page with a Chromebook same result Personally I wonder if they went cheap in the internet band width and only the lucky few can connect when there is an opening? The have a canned response...

App has issues finding network. Constantly with error problems. And no Its not my phone. I end up using the website to conduct my banking because this app is not consistent. Please fix issues of I'll be forced to close out my account and find a competent banking system . As a share holder, I feel the issue reguarding ACU Mobile Developer needs to be addressed.

My app Arrowhead is not working when I long in I update it I turn off my phone I restart it and nothing happened it's still the same. Something is wrong your guys app you guys need to fix it or something This app is not going too well. I get this all the time when The app is not working and not letting me log in.
