Very upset about this app. I'm a huge lifetime Arsenal fan so downloaded this app to keep up when I'm tied up with important Arsenal updates. The developers if this app seem to think I need 4/5 updates a day of nothing but inconvenient rubbish. Multiple videos aren't news. I am now forced to delete because I can't keep turning notifications on and off. Huge disappointment.

Honestly, this is a great app 👏 U get all press conferences, highlights of the games and line ups right on time. I rate this app 100/10 👌 Not only because i support the club but also the way the app is set 👌 For me its just the best footballing app ever. 😉 Keep up the good work and keep supporting arsenal 👏 👍 💪

When trying to play a video first you have delays, as adverts take along time to load and play through until the end. Then once the advert has eventually finished, the video that I'd want to watch loads. After 5 seconds the picture is obscured by some sort of overlay (I guess its something to do with the adverts window not really being closed) . No matter how many times I try repeat the process this always happens. There is no way to watch a video in this app I have to use a PC - App Needs Work!

If i could leave a review of minus a zillion I would. Trying to buy the new Arsenal shirt fo my son at a cost of £100 first checkout £500, tried again £600. Just one of many ridiculous failures of this app. Absolute garbage!!!!

Awful, just like the website. I hold a silver membership but have forgotten my password. Click forgotten password, nothing gets sent though. Unable to activate my membership, can't do anything. Very poor for a club this size

App keeps crashing on opening. Message of app has stopped working pops up every now and then. Please fix asap

App is absolutely terrible. You can't veiw purchased tickets or find your way around at all. There is no profile of yourself other than arsenal rewards.

Worst app ever! The scores are always wrong compared to the premier league app. THIS IS A TRASH TEAM!!! SWITCH TO LIVERPOOL!!!

Decent enough with the content much as you'd expect from an official app (sanitised). The app designer needs to be put up against a wall and shot though, it can't decide if it wants to be in portrait or landscape mode, doesn't allow the user to set a preference and keeps switching between the two. The designers need some usability training.

i love Arsenal. i love that you can get all the Arsenal player videos in the app and see the fixtures/past results. the only thing that's killing me is that it doesn't show the kick off times for the games in my local time. they're all in UK time and as a supporter in the US, it's a bit frustrating. minor detail, but it used to show local kick off times prior to the layout change.

Functional, but high maintenance. Audio not stable, video not stable; neither stay in memory, except for video-- but only if it's full screen. Choppy, clunky UI. Missing or difficult-to-find team and player information. Needs Chromecast support (please). Needs Google api for minimized, floating video player (please).

Amazing work on the app. The current build stops working whenever I try the audio only feature for live press conferences. I use a Redmi Note 10 Pro.

Few months ago the live video match commentary stopped working as the app keeps crashing. Now suddenly even the live audio doesn't work 😔

The app was excellent until recently. The stats report is no longer on mobile view it seems it has been changed to desktop view which makes navigation amd reading rather uncomfortable. Kindly attend to this otherwise keep up the good work.

always freezing when trying to get a specific seat nearly always end up just buying a tickets from the selection offerd yet the rest of the app works OK until I go 8nto ticket master

It's a good app but the developer need to upgrade the notifications settings, the app doesn't always update on what's going on around the Arsenal club. And there should be an option to download images

Since the last update, the picture quality had become worse. I don't know if it's because this new digitisation of the app or format but it caused the picture quality and clarity to be frissy all the time. It would be good if it's sorted out quickly. Thanks.

Love my team app but i found some issues and hope to fix them on coming updates. 1.After reading the news and go back to home screen, it shows from the beginning one. It makes me annoying for scrolling down again and again. 2. And support downloading session for some sort of media(training photos, lineup, etc) for users.

Hello please since this season i can't be able to watch live arsenal matches in this app why ❓

Usually my go to app to keep myself updated with the happenings in my club, but with the recent update I can't log in always having error messages, can't view videos too. Kindly make amends.

Absolutely no notifications since before Christmas last year on my note 9. Latest version, uninstalled reinstalled etc over and over. It used to work no problems, then just suddenly stopped I've changed nothing in settings and all other apps I have continue to work fine. Please help it'll be much appreciated

Generally the app is okay. No better than simply using the website though. But, whilst audio streams are better now, the stream regularly stops playing. What is the point of having a steam that you have to keep restarting... ridiculous.

Used to work now no longer does, have sent multiple upon multiple feedbacks regarding this issue - app just crashes as soon as opened....well it doesn't even get a chance too open as it crashes immeadiately upon being pressed to open it - have uninstalled it now trying it again but after reading several reviews stating same issue, its likely i'll be uninstalling it for good!!

One of the better club sport apps. Some simplification in the user interface and more responsive GUI would push it into a 5 star app. A must have for any Gooner fan, especially when you wish to receive useful push notifications like team line up, etc pre-match.

No chromecast function for video. Sound keeps playing after video stopped. Very clunky. Arsenal player webpage has chromecast but it doesn't work smoothly. It's nearly 2021. Please sort a chromecast function that works like all the other audio visual apps out there.
