Honestly not a horrible app, but very very old school and with no options to just make a payment. Customer service is excellent and timely but the flaw in payments is HUGE for me. And when you want to make a one time payment it costs you $10 EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Do better arsenal, everyone else makes it easy to give them money, just not you.

I don't care for the "convenient" feature icons at the bottom of my screen. I liked how it was before. Otherwise, I've no complaints. Just please try not to make things too simple like up front, in your face icons. I like a simple interface with drop-down lists. Overall, good app and I use it all the time. Thank you.

Horrible. Probably the wrist experience I've had on a banking app ever. Just call in and don't waste your energy on the mobile app or web page. I find it hard to comprehend that's its 2020 and all this easily accessible technology and this app is somehow useless garbage. I would rate lower than a 1.

This is my first time using the app. First times are always a challenge. I kept trying until i figured put what makes this app work. Once we were aligned, I could hear the music. Thanks!

I like the update. Bill payment is easier, and one can see payments and schedules on same page.

I like the idea of mobile check deposit, but it took several attempts to get alignment correct for acceptance. I almost gave up.

5 years of use, and they have only really ever made the app better. The updates arent so often that they just feel forced. They are useful updates.

I just love this app. I hardly ever go the branch anymore. I do miss the interaction with the people there, but I'm always pressed for time.

I love, love, love it! This is so convenient. I am retired and live in Georgia now. I haven't felt the need to move my account because of this app. I go to sister bank, Delta Community, if I need to cash a check or make other transactions that require a bank visit.

Arsenal Credit Union is 1 of the best banks ive banked with. And their app is great to check your account to see all transactions, or to transfer funds.

Takes a little longer then usual to pay Bill's on line. I just set it to pay my car payment and it will take 5 days for them to pay

Too hard to mobile deposit...I had a deposit or a payroll check refused last week. I have moved out of IL and am trying to close this account while keeping my obligations.

This app has made it very easy to securely check my balances and make transfers without the need to be home.

This is a good credit union. The app makes banking online really easy, and convenient.

I log in and it will not load. I'd love to pay my bills but I can't get to my accounts.

I love it. We are not offered direct deposit at my work and going to the bank is out of my way. I love seeing the friendly faces at the bank but this is so very convenient.
