I cant even check out on this app. Been trying to do a photo to canvas, but every time I try to go to the checkout page, it gives me an error. I've tried on both Wifi and 4G LTE networks. Had to spam the checkout button like 5x to finally get to the checkout screen, and when I try to confirm my order, it gives me more errors. When I try to spam confirm, it gives me another error saying I dont have anything in my cart. When I close & reopen app, have to make it all over again, but still wont work
Ordered from them 2 weeks ago. Payed for expedited shipping only to find out on my est. Delivery date. My piece was back ordered for weeks. No email stating this fact to me. This was a gift now I'm left scrambling for a replacement. Do Not buy from them no communication and zero professionalism. Horrible experience.
Does Not Have the Art View Option (ios only?) I downloaded this to help me figure out how to layout a gallery wall, but it does not do that. Even tried to use random photos on my phone, but it only brings up odd frame sizes. Useless for me.

The app and mobile website are the two worst things I have ever experienced in my many years of online shopping. I installed the app because the mobile website was unusable. The app is just as unusable. I've never experienced such an excruciating shopping experience. I don't have enough words to convey my anger and frustration. Complete waste of time and effort. Will be purchasing art from anywhere but here.
Just like their website ... full of bugs and infuriating.
Won't access my account
I love art and I consider myself a learning and a growing artist. I love the abstract style. So when I was building my second company I needed to add some beautiful things to the walls of this 36,000 square foot office. The options for different types of art and their framing seemed to be an almost endless.

My framed Picasso "butt painting" (femme) looked really good and totally worth the price!
App keeps crashing. Cart items, prices and available media formats differ from website and depending on device being used. Same account, different information. The most recent Android used on both Amazon and Samsung devices and iOS12 on Apple device. Very inconsistent, puzzling and frustrating. Even customer service conceded that app was limiting and choices may differ from website. Encouraged me to go online. Uninstalled!!!
