Okay, I love this app except for the constant freezing, and having to redo unsaved stuff, that would be all my review would say if it wasn't for what happened a minute ago. It froze, I restarted it as usual, all 7 layers were there, sometimes they are in the wrong order, but this time, they were all empty. There was nothing there, at all. And I had saved it a moment earlier. All my layers were empty, I love this app, but now I hate it. I was working really hard on that drawing, and then it dissapeared. Fix this, and I might reinstall it, but for now, I'm looking for a replacement app.

No ads, no in app purchases, no log in required. Most of this app seems good. The smear tool is pretty clumsy when you try to do something zoomed in. The worst thing is the saving. Most of the time it works. But sometimes it will block out the bottom of the image with white. Layers make this much worse. Also it freezes a lot, I've waited maybe 30 seconds before closing it out. So save often! Seems to freeze less after a phone restart.

Almost perfect. This is such a cool app for anyone who loves art, from the doodler to the professional artist. There's plenty of tools here & the interface is simple enough to learn in a few minutes. In my opinion, the app would b completely perfect if a blending stick was added with the pencils. Please consider adding this as blending is a huge part of sketching. Thank you. Thank you.

I am quite impressed with my test drive. I needed an image editor which could work on images larger than my phone screen. It does that no problem and has so much basic functionality that I'm already thinking of replacing other apps with it. My one word of advice is to go into settings shortly after you start and reset the tool tips and read them again. Tool and palette controls are a bit unusual to me, but very handy once understood.

if play store allowed half stars, I'd give 4 1/2 but since they don't... only just downloaded and played around for a bit. UI seems alright, but wish there were an easier, clearer way to manipulate the image, such as resizing, shifting, etc., without needing to "copy" and "paste" to another layer. otherwise seems like a pretty nice art app!

This app was working perfectly well up until recently where it crashes each time I try to save, change the opacity of a layer or completely at random while coloring/drawing. I hope this is fixed soon because I honestly really enjoyed using this app up until these many crashes started happening frequently (every few minutes). Edit: I tried reinstalling it and I still have Same problem. It stops working whenever I click anything beside the canvas now, or stops working anyway a few minutes later.

After drawing for a bit the whole picture drops in resolution for no reason (lines and blends become aliased). This is permanent and can't be undone when it happens, it can also happen more than once to a single drawing resulting in a very degraded final product. The opacity tool's broken, doesn't change opacity relative to where the slider is and on low settings will even change the brush colour). Still crashes for no reason sometimes. This never use to happen, i'm ready to give up on this app.

Excellent app for artists! If you are familiar with laptop professional software such as Gimp or Adobe Photoshop, then you will instantly know what to do. It's very easy and intuitive to use yet powerful. It allows alpha layering, color picker, mixing tools and so on. A dream came true for me with this app. If you are a creative person, this app is definitely a must have. The only limitation I found is in the size of the brush tools but I guess there may be improvements and updates coming soon.

Loved this on my note 5 but barely used it with my note 8 due to freezing. Literally I would draw for a minute then back out to home screen just so the app would keep saving my progress. I know a friend's note 9 had the same issues.. but I've recently got the note 10.. soooo maybe I'll get lucky and it will work as it did years ago. Still my favorite drawing app, just curious if the dev's are done with it? Stated as of last update in Feb that another fix was coming in weeks.. almost Sept. now.

Please consider incorporating some customizable gesture shortcuts, like two or three finger swipes to get to quick commands like undo/redo and long press to sample color and so on. The floating tool pod is good, but one still has to perform multiple taps to get to a command and then more taps to minimize the pod to view the work. Thanks

It's great, the only problem is: You can't arrange the layers and the maximum is only 10 layers (when I merge layers it pops at the first page and can't which is disappointing ) but I still use it because it has lower mb than other apps, this app is useful for me in making school digital posters and etc because it is easy to use:).

Overall I don't think it's terrible. However the controls make it difficult to use, especially to zoom in. That is a major drawback for me, so I cannot in my good conscious give it anything higher than a 2 ★ review. If the controls were smoother it'd be significantly better.

The best tools provided for the designs, allows layering of images, can change the brush techniques, the thickness and the textures can also be varied with easy sharing options. This is the best app i have used as far as i am concerned, it provides all features which are available in major standard softwares for designing

Artecture is excellent at emitating real life tools, it feels like you are really sketching using a pencil. But there is a bug when I tried to export an sketch of size 1080 * 1920 (Galaxy Note 3) of any of the export options, it just gives out a "BLACK" image. Please fix this bug in the upcoming update.

I've only made one drawing and I already love it!😘😘 It is easy to understand and they show you what to do at every button you press when it's your first time. It is an excellent app and drawing tool, especially for beginners who aren't very familiar to drawing tools. I didn't like art before, it wasn't very interesting for me. But after installing this app I started to love drawing! Many, many thanks to the people who made this app.😊😊😊😊😊😊

Not compatible with Amazon Fire HD 10 2021 ? It shows up as a white screen then the app shuts down. I hope this can be updated coz I love this app. It's the reason I bought a pen for my tablet. ☹️

Within 2-3 minutes of drawing it froze and it wasn't responding. As I tapped "wait" it completely stopped and returned to my home screen. After it was still frozen whilst before that i had restarted my device. I don't know if this was just my device but if it is I'm very sorry for the negative response.

Hey I love the floating tool panel!! That and the many accessories for it are pretty impressive. I think with more funding you'd be able to eliminate the lag when sketching or painting. If I never had gotten the app that comes with the phone I have, I'd use this app. The tool panel ideal..... I love it!!!

This app has a nice interface, easy to understand thanks also to the great tutorials at the introduction... explains the most required features to start using the all without feeling lost. You can select the resolutions provided or create your own. Thanks for making this app free, is a great app for all level skills in art.

Lovely app for a stylus based tablet. Very elegant and professional. Truly free, no ads or disabled features. Only one bug I can see: Crashes when importing an image as background or inserted picture. Using ASUS CT100 Chromebook tablet. Thank you to those involved in making this app. Very impressive and highly appreciated.

This is very nice app. It will be very helpful if your mobile support S pen or active capacitive stylus. But It is very helpful app for also other smart phone. I tested it on my symphony zvi, walpad G and Xiaomi mi 8. I face problem only at mi 8 when i use more than 2000X2000 frame size. But if i use 2000X2000 frame size and below it then there was no issue. I think This information will help other user. 🙂 When I use this app,then I miss Samsung's s-pen supported mobile. 😣

This app is really fun. Constantly making pics and sending them to family members. I've read the comments about it freezing which it did that also to me but hasn't for awhile. I'm no artist but this app is endless in the different things you can do when being creative. At first I was intimidated by it all and it sat on my phone for awhile then one day I just started trying out the different things and I'm surprised it's ad free and free. Very nice app.

HORRIBLE i tried to upload a drawing to my device after spending 6 hours working on the piece and the app crashed and deleted it all, i cant get it back and i've been crying for the past ten minutes because i put so much effort into the drawing and its gone now. i dont reccommend this app at all. especially if youre working on a big project

I absolutely love this app. Definitely the easiest and best drawing app for mobile. HOWEVER, it is CONSTANTLY not responding and freezing and stuttering. I can do with the edit function being iffy but the constant "not responding" every five minutes is horrible

Out of all the drawing apps I've tried this is the one I always come back to. My only issue is I have the app on multiple devices but cannot transfer my work between them. I would like to be able to start drawing on one device and continue working on it with another

Great app! Completely free, no ads, and easy to use. Absolutely amazing, my only problem I've ever had with it is that whenever you apply effects to a layer, everything becomes really pixel-y.
